  1. It would be very helpful to be able to sort by last name withing SLM. Being only able to sort by First name is a challenge.

  2. What would really help us (and I'm not sure in which category to include this idea) would be a tab that allows for a project management view for administrators & reviewers. More specifically, to visualize where we are in the different steps of the process after approval of the proposal: recommendation sent to Board; Board approved; grant agreement prepared. This would really help our team to see where in the grant management process we are. Or is this already available and haven't I found it yet?

  3. Include mergeable fields to be used in templates and reporting based on the staff member assigned to the request. Currently, there are only merged fields for the applicant assigned to the request, not the internal staff member.

  4. Include mergeable fields based on specific request installments (currently this is all installments or the first installment). This will enable us to easily create a cheque request form based on the upcoming installment that needs to be paid.

  5. On the Universal Application, a description of each opportunity is provided to the students on the Applicant Opportunities tab. It would be very helpful if these descriptions could be a merge field in email templates.

  9. My manager and I are looking for a way to track our interactions with non-profit organizations within Foundant. We frequently have conversations, tours, and meetings with these organizations and want to keep a comprehensive history for internal tracking purposes within Foundant.

    I have been told there is no current feature in Foundant that allows us to input and monitor this information. This could be a very helpful feature for donors and their administrations to track and keep a running record.

  10. Could we make the "This request was created as a copy by..." message more prominent? It would help if it jumped out at us so that we can do the required cleanup after a request has been copied.

  11. It would be a huge timesaver if there were an option for Batch Denied applications to be move to Denial Draft.

    If you have a lot of applications, it takes a a very long time to do this one application at a time.

  12. Changing American spelling for Australian clients for Organization and Recognized. (S instead of Z) Currently this is on the payment page for a donation but I am sure there are other spellings throughout the platform and GLM. For our Australian clients/donors it looks like we have spelt it wrong.

  13. We have three SLM UA's that students can apply to and as it currently appears on a student's dashboard, all UA's are in the color blue. Is there a way that each UA has their own color. This will help with an inclusivity for color blindness.

  14. Batch add multiple Processes when assigning new Evaluators.

    We've just discovered when trying to add in a new evaluator to our scholarship process, we have to add in every single scholarship opportunity separately as an individual process instead of being able to select "all", which, is what we need to do.

    So our "Universe" of applications breaks down into "Processes" which are our individual scholarships and because we look at everything from the individual Student (and not the opportunities), we need to be able to batch multiple processes all at the same time.

  15. I would love to have the option to mark a submission/application as revisit. This is where we are not pursuing funds at this time, but we are interested enough to put their application in the "revisit" it will push it to the next cycle instead of flat out deny request.

  17. Request ID number

    We would like to be able to identify a particular request or award by an ID number, and then search for requests based on that number. I wish Foundant assigned a simple ID to each request or award. (not the 32 digit GUID, which is not usuable).

    I know we could add an internal field and assign our own number, but there could be duplication or errors in that process.

  18. Remove the Rating system from Evaluations as a required field.
    Our Evaluations never show as Complete even when they are because we do not use a rating system to evaluate grants.

  19. When searching for users on GLM/SLM, the "Active" box is automatically pre-checked for "User Status".

    Adding a setting so that both Active and Inactive are pre-checked when searching for users would be helpful so that you don't forget to check "Inactive".
