    1. Please create a workflow that allows receipts to be marked at sent automatically when entering donations manually.
    2. Please also automatically post all tax receipts to the donor portal when they are sent.

  2. Add a save button to the top of the profile types list (and other areas where the potential for a long list exists, such as the Philanthropic Interest Type) instead of only at the bottom. In our case, we have a long list of profile types, so scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page each time to click save can be cumbersome.

  3. Select User Window
    It would be helpful to have the User Name link directly to their user accounts in the Select User Window to make deactivating or changing account roles quick and easy.

  4. It would be helpful if Foundant allowed budgets to be broken into user-defined categories. For instance, I would need categories such as Salaries & Benefits, Project Equipment, Project Supplies, etc. This would make it easier for grantors to view and track the budget. Otherwise, I have to manage these categories in Excel (or other software), which defeats part of the purpose of using Foundant.

  6. Currently, when processing grants as a batch from spendable in CSuite, alerts that would trigger when a grant is processed individually do not populate when those grants are processed as a batch.

    Having a screen that pops up prior to creating grants from spendable as a batch listing all of the fund or other alerts that would come up individually all in one place for that batch would make the alert functionality integrate with batch functionality properly, ensuring those alerts are not missed due to which processing option a user chooses to use.

  7. When typing a last name in the search bar, the list of all with the last name of, for example, "Smith" come up. It would be greatly helpful if the Smiths were listed in alphabetical order of their first name, NOT prefix ("Ms., Mr., Mr. and Mrs.). Could that please be changed?

  8. We'd like the Header Image to be visible on Eligibility Quizzes.

    The header becomes visible once the applicant completes and passes an eligibility quiz but not before.

    Having our logos appear on the Apply page displaying the available Eligibility Quizzes would be a nice addition to the new updates.

  9. We should be able to receive an automatic email from our evaluators once they have completed an evaluation. This would be a time-saving program enhancement for scholarship management.

  10. We are liking the new Org Summary page and are wondering if any modifications are allowed? For example, for each request if the follow up has been submitted or closed, can it state that instead of them all saying follow up assigned? It is not helpful to have that if it isn't totally accurate info. I noticed that even if all the reports are closed, it still says follow up assigned and that is frustrating.

  11. It is currently impossible to get rid of a section of the dashboard once you have used it in some of your applications. In our case, we used to have an LOI as part of our application process. We got rid of that over 5 years ago, and yet to this day two large boxes on our staff dashboard screen are taken up by a process that hasn't been relevant in close to a decade.

CSuite/GLM synced grants: Applicants that receive multiple grants from designated funds need to be able to see the Fund Name in order to easily differentiate between the grants they have received. It needs to be available for other forms and merge fields too. Specifically on Follow Up forms and in email merge templates.

  14. One of my Grant evaluators brought to my attention that our tables are skewing very oddly when viewed as an evaluator in side by side mode. I've attached the screenshot they sent for reference.

    It would be great if the table could either scale in size, maintaining the correct ratio, or become a slider box, with a left to right scroll in order to see the whole thing in the correct ratio. Currently it is difficult to read the answers in the table, let alone a long response.

  15. I would love to see the addition of an "opt out" checkbox function when an automatic email is going to be triggered. We use an automatic email that's attached to when a Final Report is assigned. The auto email sends out a grant award notification, but, if we ever need to adjust the Final Report due date, it will resend the grant award email.

  16. There used to be a feature where you could insert an image to the instructions box of a form even if the added question did not have the option for rich text. It would be great if we could get that back! The image that used to be in one of our forms is now broken and I haven't been able to get it back (it says the image cannot be loaded from the passed link.)

  17. Adding a label for Primary evaluator would also be a helpful benefit. We often assign a primary and secondary reviewer to each evaluation and Foundant currently does not seem to have a way to note this withing the system.

  18. In the Application 'document viewer', i was wondering if it would be possible to request the additional of a 'download all' button.

    I need to download all of the attachments as separate PDF files, which currently requires me to click the download icon up to 20 times per application.

    This has been submitted by multiple users over the years. I don't think it would be difficult to implement. PLEASE consider it.

  19. The administrator comments is a great feature- we use it to give applicants feedback during our draft phase review. We usually DON'T wish to share those administrator comments with evaluators. Customization around these comments would be incredibly helpful. For example, it is cumbersome for our Program Officers to click the "share with applicant" checkbox for each comment (and sometimes one gets forgotten and shared with evaluators-yikes!). It would be amazing if we could have access to that in a site setting to default that check box as checked (share with applicant). Or add a feature to share both might be…
