Organizational Summary
For the organizational summary page, it would be helpful to distinguish between open and closed grants. For example, when viewing a grantee with multiple grants, the summary currently shows all requests—even those that are closed. Displaying only open requests in the summary would make it easier to see active items at a glance. If users want to review closed requests, they can click the ‘View’ button.

Non-Assigned Users to View Follow Up Forms (GLM)
I have several agencies with multiple representatives involved in the grant process. I'd love for a way to allow non-assigned applicants to view all forms (during all statuses) and have the option to submit forms; or create an "all-inclusive collaborate" option so the person who initially applies can allow others to submit any forms and not one specific follow-up.

Donation Only for Event Campaigns - Check Payments
Currently, donors can donate to an event campaign without having to purchase a ticket through the giving portal, but if a donor would like to donate to a campaign by check, there is no option to manually enter a donation only transaction using a check payment through c-suite. By allowing us to add an additional donation with manual ticket entry, this would create much more ease in allowing donors to have a variety of payment options when contributing to a campaign.

Enhance the group email feature to extend to consumer provider list views (list of applications within a Cycle)
Our grant managers need to be able to use the Group Message feature for the applications list view within the Program Manager > Cycle.
We have asked Support and Client Engagement multiple times to get this feature enabled, but we can currently only install workarounds.
The current Group Message setting, when enabled, appears to only be available when choosing the Cycle record (not while choosing the applications within the Cycle)
Current selection made: Program Manager > Settings > Security > Feature and Function Permissions > Cycle > Enable Group Email > Add roles here (Foundation Associate and System Admin)

Shared Documents
I would love to be able to organize/rearrange the files I upload into the Shared Documents. A drag and drop feature like the e-mail templates would be fantastic.

Branching logic rule groups
I use branching logic all the time. Creating groups is not logical. Creating branching logic on the question would be nice without creating a group.

Inhibit tax receipts if a event purchaser covers credit card fees
Simplify the email follow up event purchasers receive so all required documentation is in one email. Currently, if an event attendee pays via Stripe and covers the CC fee, they get an event email AND a tax receipt email if these are both turned on. The tax receipt email is clunky since it's not merged for event purchases. We had to turn off auto-emails for tax receipts through Stripe in order to keep this process smooth during our event sales.

new layout mobile
New layout of website does not work well on mobile devices - especially iPhone. I used to be able to look up a grantee and get quick information (last grant, details, amount paid, etc) - now I can't even see the landing page to navigate to a specific grantee. And if I get to their grant history, I can't see the grants listed.

Download request history into excel
I would like the ability to download an organization's request history into an excel. I used to be able to copy / paste as a workaround, but cannot do that any longer with the new dashboard.

Add And/Or Search Options to Search Requests & Decisions
We'd love to have the option to use the "Search Requests & Decisions" function in GLM to quickly figure out how much we've granted to an organization. Unfortunately, some of our larger grantees have used different fiscal sponsors over the years, so we are unable to get an idea of the number of grants and their amounts through the "Search" and "Quick Export" tab. Can we have the option to have an "Add" and "Or" button so we could target multiple specific organizations or request titles? Thanks!

Minimum Character Count
We currently have the option of a maximum character count, but I would love to have the option of implementing a minimum as well. It would be very helpful on application questions, especially since there are a lot of varying expectations for the length of a "short answer/essay."

Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could program LOI/Application Evaluation Dates into the process AND ALSO set up automater reminder emails that go to assigned evaluators before these deadlines?!

Is there a way to allow evaluators to submit a committee decision?
I asked Barksley: Is there a way to allow evaluators to submit a committee decision? He said: Evaluators can be assigned to requests and add decision comments when approving or denying a request, but there isn’t a built-in feature for evaluators to submit a single committee decision as a group. Each evaluator enters their input individually during the decision process. I have to create a separate google form to capture the committee's decision as a collective.

I'd like to be able to view my approval form side by side with the application. This feature is available for evaluations but often times we do not engage in an evaluation stage and go straight to approve/decline phase.

Annual Tax Receipt Email Text
We are trying to email our annual tax receipts automatically through CSuite this year, BUT there is currently no option in CSuite to edit the email content. You can edit the receipt template easily, but the content (email subject line and body) is the first time the donor sees. It would be great to be able to have a message that says something like "Greetings from the community Foundation! Thank you for gifts in 20XX! Please see attached document for your annual giving summary for 20XX. Reach out to me with questions at email@address.org".

Ability to Create Own "View More" folder in Organization Documents
Similar to the Form 990 on the Organization > Documents -- it would be great to have the option to create one for other types of documents that Organizations submit annually. My personal example of this would be Financial Audits; where the Folder would be called 'Financial Audits' and when you click "View More" you would be able to see each year uploaded. Currently, each document is it's own file and it can become very cluttered.
BONUS points if a question from the application/end of grant form could push to this folder

Custom Column for Follow Up Assignment Popup
It would be nice for the follow up assignment popup to be able to include a column that notes if the contact is the primary contact for that organization and/or include contact title. This would help with removing extra workflow steps for ensuring that the correct person is being assigned grant agreements, etc.
