Choose a specific date for a follow up form to be assigned
Please provide the option to allow us to manually key in a date for when the follow up form is to be assigned. Where the applicant cannot see the follow up form when they logon and to not allow the applicant to receive any emails regarding the follow up form until the date that the follow up form is assigned. It’s very rare to have down time but when there is any, we can begin to assign follow up forms with a future assignment date.

Allow us to determine when to send auto emails
It would be great to be given the control to determine when our organization sends automatic emails. I would like to send automatic emails when we deny a request and even approve a request but as a Foundant user I am restricted. Denial emails are possibly the biggest concern because you have to navigate in this backhanded way to even be able to send a bulk denial email. Once you deny a request it no longer shows up on your dashboard so it is out of sight, out of mind, and you are relying on an understaffed organization to remember…

Side by Side Questions on Form
Previous similar requests have been archived. I am revising this request, hoping it will gain traction.
It would be nice to be able to drag and drop, or place questions next to each other than have them just cascade down the page. If a question was short enough, it would be nice to save space and place it next to another short question. This would be beneficial for multiple radio button or drop down questions.

Integration of Multi-fund Detail
When sending letters to grantees, I like to let them know which funds their grant came from. We do a lot of multi-fund grants and so I'd like to have each fund and amount listed. Sometimes there are multiple installments from one fund, so I don't want to pull in installment fields. To my understanding, I can only get this information into a merge template if I create custom fields in a form attached to the request (like the approval form) and manually enter them. This is a more tedious than I'd like. It would be great if this information…

Show Decision Status
Show Decision Status: current setting applies to entire site (available under site settings). Moving this setting to the Process Manager and allowing it to be set individually on each process would open up more flexibility to accommodate different foundation's workflows.
Example: two grant programs are open at the same time. one is a rolling basis application process with fast turn around. the other is a quarterly LOI process involving board meetings. the ideal use of "show decision status" for these two programs would be vastly differently; yet the software is forcing one setting for all.

It would be great if text boxes wrapped in the application like the tables do now.

CSuite Notification for Grants Synced/Approved in GLM
Implementing an automated email or system notification to the primary user in CSuite when grants are synced or approved from GLM would greatly reduce the risk of grants being overlooked and significantly improve workflow efficiency.
As the Grants Manager, I work primarily in GLM, while our CFO manages CSuite. We often rely on lengthy email threads to track grant requests and approvals, which makes it easy for information to get lost. There have been several instances where approved grants were missed and not paid out on time simply because the approval was buried in email communications.
After searching the Foundant…

New Column Idea for Grant History
In the GLM, I often use the Request History tab of an organization in my work. I would really like to be able to see a column with the amount of each grant request from that organization even if the grant was denied. Additionally, I believe this "Amount Requested" column would be helpful for both approved and denied grants because sometimes our board approves of only a portion of the requested funds.
Thank you!

Comparative balance sheets with the ability to input comparative date
IT would be nice to have the option to select the comparative date in the balance sheet comparative presentation instead of only having the listed options (year over year, month over month). For instance, I would like to compare my current balance sheet to the prior year end, and then be able to prepare a cash flow that ties into it for the YTD. In that way, I can have a complete set of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and cash flow) that all relate to each other for the same time period.

Internal Notification on Award Approval or Installment Creation
It would be great to be able to set up an email alert to internal staff when an application is approved or when an installment is coming due. If you have one off grants that aren't part of a cycle, it's otherwise very manual to let our finance team know it's time to process payment.

Increase Custom Message Visibility
Custom Message/Yellow Card - In the New Dashboard, the yellow card/custom message card in the upper left corner needs to have the visibility adjusted so more of our custom message can be seen, similar to the other cards. Right now, it is cut in half with a large blank space that serves no purpose.

email cc limit
Add more characters to CC within email templates- Currently only 200 characters is about 5 addresses. We need to email at least 12 addresses in the CC field and be able to add more addresses to the to field.

Adobe Sign Integration
Would it be possible to also get Adobe Sign integration alongside DocuSign? We use Adobe for everything, but also created a DocuSign paid account so we can have the integration for our grant agreements in Foundant's GLM. It would be great if Adobe was also incorporated so we wouldn't need both.

New applicant dashboard
With the New Applicant Dashboard feature, we would love to be able to manually change the status of a request on the Request Panel to Action Needed, even if there is no assigned follow-up form associated with the request. Sometimes, we have applicants that submit requests, and we do a first round due diligence check that requires follow-up on the back end via email with no official form, but action may still needed from the applicant. Under the New Applicant Dashboard feature, these requests would fall under the No Action column even though action is needed, there is just no…

Inactive Users Should Not Require an Email Address
Currently if a user is inactive they are required to have an email address. This is not useful when the new user in their role uses the previous employees email address. ie) ceo@testcompany.ca
If the new user uses the previous employees email then you are required to come up with a dummy address for the inactive employee. This is not ideal.
Inactive employees should NOT require an email.

GLM Initial Set-up of New Account
We've had many grant award checks returned for "no receptacle" or "insufficient address" due to the application in GLM auto filling with whatever address was put in when the organization's account was initially set up. Most people will put their physical address in this spot. It would be helpful if when setting up new accounts in GLM both the mailing address and the physical address of an organization were required, then for the mailing address to be the default for the grant application. Any way around this issue?

Allow us to customize Apply Page ourselves
It would be great if we could customize the students' Apply Page ourselves instead of having to go through chat. The process could be similar to what we can do for our login page under the site settings.
I often want to make tweaks or change minor things and having to go through chat adds an extra layer and creates more work for chat.
