auto populate form submission dates into forms
I've added an Approval Tracking section to our Approval Form (see attached screenshot). Some of the dates are Form Submission Dates. Is there anyway to get that submission data to auto-populate?

show character count to applicant on text boxes

Unfortunately, the text boxes do not show a character count while the applicant is filling them in so they are forced to guess and test their content over and over. This becomes frustrating and causes headaches.
Consistency is key to ease.

Recent Release Change to 990: Hard to Print
As part of our physical record keeping, we print two pages from the most recent 990. The recent release has made this become extra clicks due to page breaks on formatting available on the Financials & Compliance page version of 990s
Example:
Organization Summary > Financials & Compliance > 990 File > Opens as a visual render that breaks pages when printing.
To get to a version that is printable with the correct page breaks, I have to navigate to their Candid Profile first by either:

customization of Payment forms
It would be ideal if "due date" was changed to "payment date" or an option to select from both.
Also, being able to chose from "payment date" (executed) to "payment confirmed (cashed/etc) would also be helpful.

fraud detection
We had several fake applications submitted in our last grant process. Mostly we suspect real people using AI to help them build "believable" documentation for the evidence request, such as fake Schedule F or P&L statements as well as fake vendor receipts for reimbursable activities. We'd love to have some sort of detection tool for spotting those as we had several red flags across the fake apps that were shared. See attachment for details.

Charity Check in Request Summary
Before the change in GLM UI, you could access the Charity Check tab within the LOI form of an organization. It made the work flow easier. With the new GLM UI you have to go to the organization summary page to access the left column of choices to access Charity Check. Is there a reason the Charity Check link couldn't be a part of the new Financials and Compliance tab that is now where the Charity Check tab was in the LOI Form? Custom Logon Page Message
Hello - I am finding myself a little frustrated this time around when attempting to update my logon page message (for both SLM and GLM portal login pages). Even if I format outside of the page and copy to paste it in as I'd like it to display, it is now pulling everything left and not holding the formatting.
My bigger ask to help solve this is can we have better rich text tools in the editing of the Logon Page Message under settings in both SLM and GLM? I'd like the ability to first and foremost choose the alignment…

Docusign
Would love for Foundant to integrate additional fields (besides the signature) so that it’s hardcoded when my templates merge with Docusign. For example/specifically, a box for the Date Signed and the Title of the Signer. This would be incredibly helpful for when we send grant agreements.

We recently started using the Docusign integration with GLM. We have merge templates that create our award documents and can now schedule our Docusigns to be sent on a select date/time. The process works great (almost) because the completed/fully executed documents are then automatically saved in GLM once the Docusign is returned. It removes several tedious steps in our process. There was, however, a problem with an otherwise GREAT system. Review Applicant/Primary Contact Information
It would be helpful for there to be a feature to review information pertaining to red flags on the applicant and primary contact of the organization. The watchlist feature in Blackbaud was helpful in directing staff to dig deeper into researching an agency or individual associated with an agency before moving to the next step in the process.

Prevent Grants Managers From Viewing Data From Processes Not Assigned to Them
We can limit the processes a user with the Grants Manager role can access; however, this does not prevent them from seeing data from other processes when viewing organization dashboards or running reports. It would be helpful to prevent Grant Managers from seeing data they do not need access to.

Limit Organization Applications per Process
Limit the number of Organization applications. We need the option to limit the number of organization applications to one (1). We tried using the "Enable Request Limit" feature, however, this only prevents users from submitting more than one. Multiple users within an org can start applications. This prevents our ability to see accurate number of orgs applying.

Customize Evaluation Dashboard
In GLM, on the Evaluator Dashboard or Application Evaluation Assigned Dashboard the results displayed in the Eval 1 column are super confusing. I have an entry that reads "80% (1/6)" and "100% (2/7)".
Once the evaluation period is closed, I may want to add the average score as a column, but I don't like it or need it while we're in progress.
What is important during the evaluation period is tracking how many have been completed and assigned.
My request:
1. To show/hide the average score (and split from the # of reviews stats)

Order In Which Requests Are Presented
Our board likes to finalize their Evaluation #2 in our board meetings. While we can sort them into alphabetical order, once you have completed your review and Saved it you have to back out and go back to Your Evaluations. There is a button to go to the next request, but it randomly presents one. So the board members never end up on the same request if you select next. Would be helpful if they were by default presented in alphabetical order. Thanks!

Can we have checkboxes for "All" and "Page" selections at the bottom of an application list (right above Batch Action button)
Can we have checkboxes for "All" and "Page" selections at the bottom of an application list (right above Batch Action button)? Right now they are only at the very top of the list. After taking a batch action the page refresh still has the same things selected and to de-select it I have to scroll all the way to the top and then ALL the way to the bottom again to move to the next page of data.

Ability to Hide Future Installment and Follow-Up Forms or Configure Open and Close Dates
In SLM, we award many multi-year and renewable scholarships that require students to complete a new installment or follow-up form each year. Currently, all future forms are visible in the student portal, even though they are not intended to be completed until future years. This often creates confusion because students can begin filling out the forms, but cannot submit them until the appropriate year.
It would be helpful to have the ability to hide assigned forms until a specified date, or have them open during a selected timeframe instead of just a specific closed date. For example, a student receiving…

applicant home page
I recommend adding an optional "home page" that applicants see upon logging in, not just the apply page or their own dashboard. I would love to be able to link applicants to our guides and resources, rather than hosting them on our website (which I'm told does something to our SEO/the AI crawlers, if we have too many resources posted), where non-engaged nonprofits can access those things.

Direct image upload for forms (instead of external links)
Adding an image to a form or process requires administrators to host it externally (on their website, Box.com, postimages.org, etc), and then paste the link. I would like to suggest enabling administrators to upload images directly within the form itself, so the image is stored internally as part of the form, making a smoother form building process.

Is there a way to allow evaluators to submit a committee decision?
I asked Barksley: Is there a way to allow evaluators to submit a committee decision? He said: Evaluators can be assigned to requests and add decision comments when approving or denying a request, but there isn’t a built-in feature for evaluators to submit a single committee decision as a group. Each evaluator enters their input individually during the decision process. I have to create a separate google form to capture the committee's decision as a collective.
