  1. I am having a hard time getting Latino scholarship applicants because it takes 2 factor verification to get into the system. Most of our Latino students do not have cell phones or computers at home so it is difficult for them to apply

  2. I'd like to be able to customize the Third Party Dashboard columns to indicate if the request is a transcript, a letter of recommendation, or something else. Currently, the requestee has to click on each request or remember each email to know what is waiting for them. It may be helpful to have a descriptor column of the nature of the request.

  3. We would really like to have information uploaded to an Organizational page/section. For example - one-time upload of 501(c)3 documents, board members, organizational chart, the reason for non-profit, D&O insurance ect. A place where they can change when needed, but not each grant cycle.

  4. Sometimes I need to create a set of the same question multiple times within the same process/application. For instance, I might need an option to add an address for a second parent/guardian and I don't want to have to create all the address fields again. I'd rather just duplicate the previous group and edit the heading.

    A similar solution might be to create a question bank of all fields that have been created within the instance and then be able to select any I'd like to add.

  5. Howdy! We are trying to increase our usage of electronic payments for grantees and are updating tens and hundreds of profiles at a time.

    As it stands now, updating ACH settings in CSuite require two separate bulk updates - one for ACH settings to add account and routing number, and the second for changing the default payment type. That means culling two reports to 'match' the profiles ID (which is the most labor intensive part of the process).

  6. We really need the ability to close an LOI and NOT HAVE IT APPEAR on the Board Members' Dashboard. The only way to remove it is to - delete the LOI, Abandon it or Decline. Those options are confusing to the applicant, because we may be considering this grant for a future grant in a different process. There should be a way to keep it on the Admin Dashboard and remove it from the Board Members' Dashboard - because it confuses Board Members - who may not be very computer-savvy, but are doing their best in this digital world.

  7. As a high volume organization with many departments deploying grants, the internal user interface is increasingly becoming unwieldy and unorganized. It might be helpful to implement a "foldering" system so different departments/teams can better organize processes, forms, and email templates which look different for each team.

  9. Change the symbol of the Integer question type away from a # to something else.

    In our application we ask for percent of people served in our county. We built that question with the integer question type because that was the only question type where we could restrict the entry to two numerical digits.

    But our applicants and reviewers are confused because we are asking for a percentage but the little symbol next to it is the number sign, so it almost looks like we are asking for the raw number of people, not the percent of people.

  12. Additional standard merge fields available in email templates and the ability to customize / add your own to the forms. We have information that must legally be included in our approval and denial letters which are not available to be merged into the email, so we need to stop and fill in each manually, reducing the efficiency of automation within GLM.

  13. On a couple of occasions, I have accidentally reverted an application from application draft to LOI draft. Unfortunately, this erases all entries that were made to the application. I would like to see if this can be altered to allow all information that is entered in application draft to be retained. Otherwise, the applicant must re-enter all information and upload associated documentation again. I understand this is my mistake, but this is not a user friendly feature. Thank you.

Currently, once a manager evaluation has been assigned, if the manager reviews it and then realizes it should be reassigned to another manager, if he saves it (even without answering any questions), it locks the evaluation and it cannot be reassigned. This is an issue and has not always been this way. I would like to recommend this be changed so if needing to reassign an evaluation, it can be done without issue by the administrator, even if it has been saved.   15. I need a denial email to be sent to the applicant when I hit deny on the application. When the application is approved, an email is sent. But I have to go in and send a separate email after I have denied the request. I don't want to deny a request but forget to notify them!

  17. It would be nice to hook a donor email to a scholarship opportunity so that students can automatically send them a thank you note from their follow up form. I know this would be possible to do through the third party field but it would be too much work to add the donor email to each follow up form. Plus, this would require us to give a donor email to the students, which some donors may not like.

  19. In GLM, it takes a LONG time to navigate to a specific request. Summary of that process: home screen > search > organizations > type org name > wait for results to load > comb through all results > click on correct org name > requests > comb through all requests > click on correct request name > finished. That's a TON of steps.

    It'd be very helpful if we could export the unique URL of all requests. I'm thinking it could be a report field? this would enable us to set up an offline spreadsheet containing direct links to…

  20. Running reports is too complicating. It would be great to have an easier user interface for running reports / saving reports / even automatically emailing reports on a pre-set frequency.

    Have a standard batch of already created reports for the most commonly run reports where you can easily adjust a few parameters/filters like process, date range, funding category, etc..

    But also keep the ability to customize a report if a standard report does not give you the information you require.
