  1. Completing a CSuite sync from Live to Sandbox breaks the integration with GLM sandbox. It would be extremely beneficial to have this integration re-establish automatically where there is a connection in live.

    This avoids having to contact support each time a sync has been completed from CSuite Live to CSuite Sandbox.

  2. I know it is not currently possible to report on pinned comments, but if there is an opportunity to add that feature in the future it would greatly be appreciated. One of the main ways we used pinned comments is to make notes about previous grantees who have not submitted long, overdue reports or had another important interaction that it is helpful for all administrators to know.

  3. Remove archived admin fee IDs from the available option in settings. When making edits to the admin fee field in the profile settings the archived admin fees still appear which causes confusion in selecting the active admin fees. Our current work around is to change the admin fee name to include zzz or 'DO NOT USE.' I wish the system would look at the active list and connect only those IDs to the available list. Thanks!

  4. Would it be possible to add a feature that allows administrators to trigger a third-party reminder email or access point from within a students application?

    We’ve found that third-party users (recommenders, principals, etc.) are struggling to locate their original request email. An admin-triggered reminder option within the application would allow administrators to quickly resend the request and help ensure third-party users can complete their requested information more easily.

  5. Please add the ability to export the history of grants made on the Requests Page to an Excel sheet. Currently, you cannot copy nor export, so I end up retyping the history for my board which is tedious and allows for errors in the data.

  7. GLM - In the Eligibility Center it would be nice to have search options of First Name, Last Name, Eligibility Form, as well as Organization Name, to be able to see any submissions by anyone in the organization, (within a selected time frame).

  8. Eliminate separate journal entries from being produced when there are multiple funds attached to a single journal entry. The creation of multiple journal entries makes it more difficult to review.

  9. Please allow admins the option to edit user fields. While Foundant Support is generally very responsive to requests, it seems unnecessary to have to bother the team every time we would like a change made to our registration page. thank you!

  12. The new, current checkbox was recently released as part of the Giving Hub updates. We would like to duplicate the checkbox into the Grant Portal, under Grant Requests, so that fundholders have to check a box to acknowledge Miami Foundation-specific terms.

  13. Export ALL GuideStar Charity Check Information

    There is an archived idea with this same title that shows as "Implemented", but that's not actually accurate. Currently, the only Charity Check fields available in the reporting tool are:

    Charity Check Verification Date
    Charity Check Tax Id
    Charity Check Publication 78 Date
    Charity Check IRB Date
    Charity Check BMF Date
    Charity Check Deductibility Code(s)
    Charity Check Non-private Status

    This leaves out a whole host of other fields that display in the Charity Check tabs. At the very least I would like to have access to the Charity Check organization name so I can…

  15. When third parties are assigned letters of recommendations for scholarship applications, sometimes they are not able to upload the letter themselves. Instead, a member of the scholarship administration team will upload the letter (which was emailed to us) on their behalf. Even when we upload the letter for them, it is still marked as incomplete from the applicants view of the application. It would be helpful if it was marked as complete if the letter was uploaded, whether or not it was uploaded by a third party.

  16. It would be great if we could assign follow up reports to multiple users within an organization and they could sync. In our program, we typically have multiple people involved in the grant award and currently, we only have the ability to assign a follow up to one person, meaning that if another is to fill out and submit the report, I need to manually change who it is assigned to.   17. Follow Ups are showing up as Yellow - even though the Follow Up Report was submitted and marked complete by the administrator. Visually it looks like the charity owes a report, but once you go in and look, you will see it has been submitted and marked complete. It's confusing. How about making it a different color (i.e., purple), and then it might remind administrators to close it out.   18. GLM/SLM - Process Request Limit: Limit the number of requests submitted per applicant with the new 'Maximum Number of Requests per Applicant' option in Process Manager

    For the above new option, we would like to have a time-frame added to it. We sometimes use the same process from year-to-year and our applicants are permitted to apply each year. We just do not want them to submit a duplicate request for multiple projects in the current grant cycle, so adding dates would be helpful.

  20. Right now our process is that when a grant is approved, we add the installments and then when I sync to CSuite I have to manually select what funds the grants are coming out of.

    It would save me a lot of time if I could select the funds in GLM and then when I sync the grants, they are automatically assigned to the funds I picked in GLM.
