  2. Merge multiple docs to applications: It would be helpful to be able to choose multiple requests and have the option to create a merge doc and save to the request for each one, all at once. This would give the option to create merge docs and save to requests in batches.

  3. When creating a merge doc, it would be helpful to be able to dictate what the document will be named when it the docs are downloaded, or just make the default the Organization name. Right now, the default is process name and applicant name, which places the documents in alphabetical order by applicant. This creates a lot of work when creating zip merges. I create dozens and dozens of files that I have to rename with the organization name.

  4. When we move from LOI or Applications from Submitted to Complete - an automatic email to be sent would allow an applicant to know where the application was in the process. It would be an efficient way for us to communicate with applicants.

  5. It would be helpful on under the Committee tab to see evaluation status. Being able to add a column on the main committee list that shows 2/10 evaluations complete. Then when you click into that committee, you could get more details on who hasn't completed their scores or their status. Currently the only way we see this is by going into each process separately. This is time consuming when we just need an overall whole number.

  6. Please give an option to allow Collaborators to have the ability to see the Administrator comments. This causes many problems within our application process. Maybe include the option for admin to click a box that either allows visibility to ONLY the primary applicant OR the primary applicant AND collaborators. Same with uploaded documents.

  7. It would be great to have a follow up tab in the application (admin view) so outstanding follow up reports for an organization can be noted quickly. We don't allow organizations to apply for a grant if they have an outstanding report. Having a way to quickly check this (like the charity status) while in the application would be handy.

  8. It would be nice to be able to customize the decision status viewability by school (and to select a specific date, rather than a set number of days after the decision has been made).

    I have a healthy selection of schools that would like us to hold notifications to the students until they host their own award ceremony. These schools want to make the initial announcements of awards to the students (keeping the awards a secret until then).

  9. Can there be a popup/warning message implemented for when users are entering in pledge payments taken in before the pledge date? When payments are taken before the pledge date, it can cause issues for the accounting team. Having a popup message put in there alerting the user that the payment is being taken before the date would stop those issues from occurring

  10. It would be great to be able to bulk edit the a table in GLM/SLM to change cell content, visibility etc without having to open, edit and save each cell individually. It's time consuming and a tedious process. Being able to edit the table, change all the fields, and then save, would be awesome to see!

  11. We need a more efficient way to track which references students have requested, including contact information and submission status, without having to open each individual application. This is especially important for third or fourth references, which are only required for certain scholarship opportunities or unique situations.

    Additionally, there should be a way to automatically notify a reference if a student changes their selection, so the original reference knows they are no longer required to submit. Currently, a significant amount of time is spent responding to emails and manually confirming when reference requests have been withdrawn.

  12. We have 13 affiliates. Right now, we do not allow our affiliate staff to have access to CSuite to update CRM data, but we would LOVE to be able to do that. They all have to use a third party software to do so because we do not allow them direct access. Our concern is with donor privacy and we do not want affiliate staff members to be able to see contacts that have not donated to their affiliate funds.   13. Please allow evaluation fields to be shared as read-only fields across forms.

    We use evaluation forms for internal review and coding, with one reviewer per request. Our first evaluation captures the initial review prior to the Grants Committee discussion, and a second evaluation is used to carry forward key information for the board docket and final decision. Having read only shared fields would prevent re-entry, reduce errors, and ensure consistency between evaluations.
    While this may not apply to workflows with multiple evaluators per request, it would be extremely valuable for organizations using evaluation forms for sequential internal reviews.

  14. I'd love to see the previously-available bulk unassignment functionality in the Evaluations Assigned bucket preserved alongside, rather than replaced by, the new User profile level evaluation tool.

    With the recent update, it appears the ability to bulk unassign reviewers directly from the Evaluation Assigned bucket has been removed. Previously, we could select multiple applications and remove assigned reviewers in one action, a workflow that was essential for managing large review committees.

    The current workaround, navigating to each application individually and removing reviewers one by one, is not scalable when adjustments need to be made across dozens of applications at once.

  15. It would be very helpful to have an additional status between “Application Submitted” and “Application Complete.”
    Our organization manages more than 300 scholarship opportunities, and when a student submits an application, the system automatically tests their responses against the eligibility rules for each scholarship. However, if staff discover an error while reviewing the application, correcting it becomes a complicated process.
    Currently, we must re-test the applicant to determine whether they still qualify for the same scholarships. If the corrected information changes their eligibility, staff then have to manually remove or deny those scholarships. This creates additional work and can be…

  16. Right now, when our grantees apply for renewing grants, they see a pop-up box that tells them have already applied. Eventually there is another button to "apply again" but overall it's a very confusing process and we are spending a lot of time walking applicant through it. Is there a way to streamline this or make it easier? Feels like the older system worked better.

  18. I wonder if there is a way to create a report that shows certain information by Organization. For instance, if I wanted to see which organizations are in a certain area, I could run a list with addresses. If I wanted to see Board information for a particular Organization (or Organizations) I could run a list that would have the Organization name along with a list of the board members they included on their most recent grant request. Or maybe I could go to a certain grant cycle and run a report on that one cycle that shows addresses or…

  19. Current Limitation
    As I understand it, SLM users can send a batch email by filtering students within Open Requests. While helpful, it only exposes a limited set of fields. Meaningful segmentation often requires additional reportable fields, custom responses, or workflow-driven data points that are not available in the Open Requests filter. As a result, users frequently must export, manually filter outside the system, and email students separately.

  20. For our processes it would be helpful to have the option for a "conditionally approved" status that lies between regular "draft approved" and "approved". Also being able to make batch actions on any of these three levels of approval is also ideal.
