bulk update fund advisor permissions
There should be an option in the bulk updates for funds to bulk update fund advisor permissions for the portal. Currently, if we want to update permissions for what is viewable/what actions are available for users to through the portal, we have to individually update each profile. For an org that has as many fund advisors as we do, this is very time consuming and inconvenient. An option to bulk update these permissions would be very helpful.

SLM UA Separate auto emails: One for submitting Eligibility Quiz & One for submitting completed Application
(Applicable to the UA) We need to have two separate automated emails: one for when students submit their eligibility quiz (to confirm the quiz has been submitted and to then share information on next steps) and one for when they complete a full application for each of their eligible scholarship opportunities. Is this in the works for the UA? Currently the same "thank you for submitting your application" email is being sent to students when they submit their eligibility quiz AND when they submit their complete applications. This is causing students confusion.

Remove the grey!
Can we default reports to export without formatting? The grey seems unnecessary. It would also be great if emails through the system weren't grey either. Thanks!

universal application in GLM
It would be great to have a universal application in GLM like in SLM. Where you can enter the eligibility of each process in the universe and applicants only have to fill out 1 application and get matched to what they actually qualify for. This is crucial!

Pop-up message
It would be nice to have an option for an editable pop-up message that applicants would see once they are logged in (similar to the landing page message, but something they would have to notice and would see only once they log in). It could be used to notify applicants of any changes to the process or, really, anything that seems important.

evaluator submission time and date
I'd like to be able to pull a report based on the time and date when an evaluator submitted an evaluation form. That data exists - it can be found under a request's submission history - but I want to be able to know when the evaluator submitted the form, not when it was marked as complete.

With the new view, email history is very difficult to find. It would be great if there were a tab on the left or in one of the blocks in the new view that would bring users quickly to the email history. Right now, it is not visible, and there are many clicks to get to the email. It is not very intuitive as set up now.

With the new organization view, email history is hard to find. I did find out you can get to them with multiple steps that seem time consuming and awkward. Please put email history link either on the left side of the front page or on the blocks of info. Right now, they are buried.

Ability to group short text boxes on one line
In our application, we would like for organizations to provide contact information for the program's manager when the PM is not the applicant. For data purposes, it is helpful for us to have the contact's info in individual fields (1. salutation, 2. first name, 3. last name) instead of one text box.
Rather than having one line per short text box in the form, it would be helpful if we had the ability to group related short text boxes on one line. For example, something like the admins view when updating user pages in the system.

It would be nice to have a shortcuts option on the homepage or side bar!
It would be great if we could choose to have a "shortcuts" list on the homepage or in the side menu bar for funds, profiles, campaigns, or pages (like "Funds") that we frequently visit.

Customize the Organization Request Summary
I am loving the new organization request summary. Can it be customized? I would like to take an answer from a multiple choice internal question off the grantee's final report and have that show up on the request summary.

Allow evaluation fields to be pulled into merge templates
As the evaluation fields cannot be pulled into merge templates, we have built our due diligence processes into an internal-only section of the application form. As a result, this means that the application is extremely long, and we are needing to continuously scroll up and down to review the required information. It would be much better if we could have a side-by-side view, such as you get with the evaluation stage.
We could build the due diligence into the evaluator 1 stage to do this, but none of the fields could then be included in our merge templates. If these…2 votes -

Alphabetize Process Dropdown
When entering a new request, it would be extremely helpful if the "Process" dropdown list were sorted alphabetically. With up to 50 active processes at any given time, locating the correct one can be time-consuming. Alphabetical sorting would make the interface more user-friendly and improve efficiency for everyone.

Filter Organizations (Active vs Archived)
Suggestion: Having a preexisting field(s) that allows the user to filter active from archived organization in reports without the need for filtering out specific organizations using the "organization name" field.

control number
It would be helpful for me if the system could assign a control number as applications are submitted. Often I use the reports for blind reviews and while I can hide the applicant information it would be best to have a reference number or control number to use instead of identifying the application by title as that is often a cumbersome way to identify/cross reference an entry.

When an application is submitted it should include a time stamp of the exact time of submission.
since our deadlines have dates AND times, a time stamp should be included on the application when it is submitted.

Make grant catalog fields in GLM optional by default with option to make required
We would love to include grant catalog fields in all of our grant request processes so that if a grant would be something that would appeal to a donor advisor fund we could sync the request from GLM to CSuite to make it available online for them to consider (plus track the donations). The problem is, all grant catalog fields are required, so it's all or nothing. It would be very repetitive for the user to type this information twice or for us to copy information from the application to the grant catalog fields.
