Batch Re-Assign Follow Ups to a New User (Program Officer Leaving)
We have a Program Officer who is leaving the foundation. She has over 150 follow ups assigned to her. Reassigning to the new Program Officer is going to require that we reassign each one individually. It would be great to have the ability to batch reassign.

Please add a "Tabled" line in the Application Evaluation section. So much easier to keep track of tabled applications throughout the year if they need to be revisited in a subsequent grant round within the same process.

Inactive Users Should Not Require an Email Address
Currently if a user is inactive they are required to have an email address. This is not useful when the new user in their role uses the previous employees email address. ie) ceo@testcompany.ca
If the new user uses the previous employees email then you are required to come up with a dummy address for the inactive employee. This is not ideal.
Inactive employees should NOT require an email.

Document Viewer for Documents tab and for all Request documents
We would love to have a Document Viewer function for the Documents tab, as well as for all documents connected to a given request. Having to download a document just to see it every time is hugely inconvenient, as is having to go through several forms to look for a given document. More Document Viewer functionality would save a lot of time.

Merge Organizations
When merging organizations, it would be nice to be able to see the information on the organizations selected without having to open up one to see its information and then having to go back to "Search - Organizations - Duplicate Search" to see the information on another one selected. When I try to use the back button it doesn't work. Perhaps I am doing something wrong.

Stop Applicant from Reapplying
Please add a toggle that admin can switch to Stop applicants from applying for the same process twice. This feels like it should be the default anyway. We had over 400 hundred applications this last round. Duplicates cause huge issues with some getting approved and awarded $ twice. A Warning Message isn't enough; if they can still click that Apply button, they will...

Decision Date
It would be helpful if on approvals, we could predetermine a future date and not have to enter it every time. For example, we issue ALL scholarship payment on 07/02/2025. However, this field auto-populates to the current date. If we could have a date set, but able to change it if the payment needs extended, that would be quite the time saver -- especially when processing 450+ scholarships!

Separate, non Follow-Up form to Collect Thank You Notes from Students
The current methods of collecting and delivering specific thank-you notes to donors from students are often difficult. We'd like to see a system where a dedicated thank you note form can be configured and assigned to the student per opportunity and as needed and attached to the request, eliminating the need to use follow up forms. The choice between having fewer common follow ups (general thank you) and a large number of opportunity-specific follow ups (to get a specific follow up) is not a great one. Allow other non-applicant roles (Evaluator, Program Officer) the ability to generate AI summaries with the site admin managing this access through permissions that can be set at both a user and role level.

Report for Visibility by Question on Form
It would be extremely helpful to be able to run a report that gives the current visibility status for each individual question on a form. We change visibility on our LOI after our initial review is complete. In addition to needing to change the visibility setting on each question one by one, currently we can only validate that the setting have been correctly updated by manually reviewing each question again, one by one. New applicant dashboard
With the New Applicant Dashboard feature, we would love to be able to manually change the status of a request on the Request Panel to Action Needed, even if there is no assigned follow-up form associated with the request. Sometimes, we have applicants that submit requests, and we do a first round due diligence check that requires follow-up on the back end via email with no official form, but action may still needed from the applicant. GLM New Process Creation Default to NO ASSIGNED USERS
Is there a way to change the default for all new processes created to not have ANY users assigned to the process?
Currently, the default is that ALL users are selected. It’s one of those things if we don’t catch when creating new processes, grant managers for other processes get confused as they see applications they should not.

Custom Merge Fields for Email Templates
It would be useful to have the inability to use custom merge fields in an email template.
Some background on our proposed use this feature and the need it addresses:
Our foundation was attempting to create an email template which can serve as a digital copy of the scholarship award letter we send to recipients. However, we are unable to create a "master" email template that would serve across all opportunities because there is no way to pull in a description of the scholarship each recipient has won.

Since the DocuSign pdf is attached to each record is there a report that has which grantees has submitted their DocuSign doc and which ones are still missing would be great. I currently do this manually and it take a lot of time.

New Column Idea for Grant History
In the GLM, I often use the Request History tab of an organization in my work. I would really like to be able to see a column with the amount of each grant request from that organization even if the grant was denied. Additionally, I believe this "Amount Requested" column would be helpful for both approved and denied grants because sometimes our board approves of only a portion of the requested funds.
