copy previous answers
We are currently use processes for each scholarship we hold at our Foundation. We have a scholarship advisory committee for each scholarship. We have some people who serve on multiple scholarship committees, so they do end up evaluating the same applicant for multiple scholarships. We are recommending that evaluators have the ability to copy previous scores/comments from one evaluation to another for the same applicant. For example, if they are evaluating on their GPA and academic performance, that won't change from application to application. They are requesting to copy the scores and comments as a previous answer to another evaluation…

revert status
I'd like to request more control over the "Revert Status" function in SLM. Batch revert capability would be wonderful, and also the ability to choose from any stage in the cycle to revert to rather than having to revert one step at a time (i.e. from denied to denial draft, then from denial draft to complete).

Evaluator view grid
I heard from an Evaluator who was frustrated with the view of a grid/table on his evaluator view. As he was working in the side-by-side (evaluator/application) view, he coudln't see any of the content of the (in this case) Student Activities grid. There was content in boxes that he wanted to see but the dropdown carrot took up most of the space and he couldn't read the student replies.
Getting rid of the carrots would probably help but just in general, some way to better view the contents of a grid format answer would be wonderful.

SLM: customize Evaluator dashboard view by Process
We have a scholarship with a 2-step evaluation process. It would be great if we could customize the dashboard view of Evaluators to show not just the score, but Evaluator responses to one of the custom questions. Our committee is sophisticated enough that they are comfortable changing the sort order on the available columns, and adding an additional column to show an additional assessment question would provide them with more flexibility.

follow up due date entry field
It would help to eliminate the globe icon in the Due Date box. It takes up too much space and makes it difficult to see/enter the date you want.

EIN Prepopulating Organization Names
Would it be possible in the future for applicants to type in their EIN and it would prepopulate their Organization Name? It would help ensure that there aren't differences in spelling/format between organization names and would get rid of some steps for our merge template creation!

Using Multiple Docusign accounts
When sending documents through DocuSign via Foundant we want to let multiple people be able to do it. At the moment Foundant only allows it to be connected to one account so other people are not able to receive the documents that they sent out on DocuSign. If there was a way to have separate Foundant accounts connected to different DocuSign keys.

It would be helpful to have a grading mechanism at the organizational level; i.e.: consider strongly, consider, don't consider.

Move Save Summary button above process description
After more than 6 years at Foundant, I still forget to click Save Summary when editing process summary bc it is usually out of my line of sight. Clients do this all the time. Moving it into line of vision would really help people not lose changes.

Add DocuSign "bucket" to Dashboard
I'd like to have a DocuSign bucket/status box added to the DashBoard, just like the buckets for all other forms and their statuses (LOI, Applicaiton... FollowUps, etc.) to ease tracking the status of our grant agreements.

Better tables with predefined choices for columns.
Often I have a series of yes/no questions that might be easier or less intimidating to an applicant if they were in a single table. While I know that I can create that using a drop down menu, it would require less of the system, and potentially move faster if it were a choice for a column setting. The same concept (creating a column setting) would also be useful to number rows that data is entered in.

SLM Profile Telephone - Option to Select "Mobile"
In SLM, I think it's good to make a telephone number a required field, but it would be nice to have a checkbox next to it to categorize it as "Mobile" or "Mobile #" since most students these days only have that anyway. Otherwise, they end up typing their mobile number in the second field needlessly.

GLM Metrics Dashboard Award Rate of Applications
Provide a metric that shows the ratio of applications that received an award to the total number of applications submitted. It can help measure the competitiveness and success of the grant program.

Invalidating data in a field
Prevent invalid data in a field with a stop alert. It would be great if you could invalidate an applicant's improper entry in a field. For instance, if a certain org. budget size is an eligibility criterion, It'd be great if non-confirming entries got a "stop" message to refer back to instructions, guidelines, contact staff with questions, etc. So if an award cycle is intended for orgs. with budgets less than say $200K, it would offer an alert or error message to the applicant for any figure above that amount.

Add a link to Organization Summary from Request Summary
Since the contact information was moved to a tab, when you click into the request you are defaulted to the "request" tab, and have to click to the "contact" tab in order to get back to the organization summary (or tell what organization you are looking at). I am generally back and forth to different things and it is frustrating to not be able to look at the request summary screen and a) know what organization I am looking at a request for without clicking the "contact" tab and b) be able to navigate back to the Organization summary without…

Can we have checkboxes for "All" and "Page" selections at the bottom of an application list (right above Batch Action button)
Can we have checkboxes for "All" and "Page" selections at the bottom of an application list (right above Batch Action button)? Right now they are only at the very top of the list. After taking a batch action the page refresh still has the same things selected and to de-select it I have to scroll all the way to the top and then ALL the way to the bottom again to move to the next page of data.

Managing different GLM/SLM sites on different tabs
I would like the ability to manage different GLM/SLM sites on different tabs in the same browser without being logged off automatically. For example, earlier today I was almost done creating an new email template in SLM. I attempted to open up a new tab to assist an applicant and the system automatically logged me out of the other SLM tab. I lost everything that I was working on and this isn't the first time that this has happened. Thank you!

LOI Denial Emails
Right now if an LOI is being Denied there is no way to attach an email so it goes automatically; it has to be done manually. Can that be changed in the future?

Return user email history link to primary user summary page
I check all applicants' email histories when they submit their application, as students frequently misspell their teachers' emails and will not get third party responses unless that gets corrected. With the new user summary page, it's now an extra click to get to the email history, and its location is not at all intuitive.

Ability to set user Inactive from the User Summary or Update User page
Provide the ability to set a user inactive from the User Summary or Update User page. This would make it easier to deactivate user profiles while viewing their information. Currently, the only way to deactivate a user is through the Users Search page.
