Sync documents to C-Suite
It would be great to be able to attach documents to a GLM request to sync over to C-Suite. We require grant approval documented in C-Suite before paying on grants and this would keep our workflow contained within Foundant.

"Click to Drill In" on Amount Awarded on the Dashboard
It would be wonderful if there was a "click to drill in" ability for amount awarded on the dashboard.

Email Confirmation
It would be nice to have the ability to change the email confirmation sent to a new user. We find most applicants select "Continue without checking" resulting in emails sent through Foundant ending up in their spam folder.

Add deletion confirmation for Reporting Data Sets
Add a pop up window that confirms deletion of a Reporting Data Set. It's far too easy to accidentally hit the delete button instead of the edit button - and per support, it is not possible to recover a deleted Reporting Data Set.

Move Save Summary button above process description
After more than 6 years at Foundant, I still forget to click Save Summary when editing process summary bc it is usually out of my line of sight. Clients do this all the time. Moving it into line of vision would really help people not lose changes.

Add DocuSign "bucket" to Dashboard
I'd like to have a DocuSign bucket/status box added to the DashBoard, just like the buckets for all other forms and their statuses (LOI, Applicaiton... FollowUps, etc.) to ease tracking the status of our grant agreements.

Sub-subtotals in Tables
The addition of the subtotal function within tables is great, but more is needed for it to be compatible with my workflow. In particular, I would like to be able to have a subtotal that captures other subtotals.
For example, I have one grant that has three funding categories, and one non-funding category. I can subtotal each of the three funding categories, but it won't let me then see a subtotal of those three added together, only the total of the three funding categories plus the non-funding category (which I also need, but I want to see both). Better tables with predefined choices for columns.
Often I have a series of yes/no questions that might be easier or less intimidating to an applicant if they were in a single table. While I know that I can create that using a drop down menu, it would require less of the system, and potentially move faster if it were a choice for a column setting. The same concept (creating a column setting) would also be useful to number rows that data is entered in.

Include Applicant/User Registration information as a shared question
It would be helpful for grant agreements to be able to have the organization and user registration information available to populate the agreement form. Otherwise they need to be entered again to have a stand-alone document.

Document viewer hyperlinks
Hyperlinks are not clickable in the document viewer. Which means I would need to download the file to access links (defeating the purpose of the document viewer). Being able to click to links right from the document viewer would help streamline our work.

GLM Applications synced to CSuite as an attached file
PDF of successful GLM applications are synced over to CSuite when grant awards are made, living under "Attached Files" in the grant record

Processes
Hello, I would like to suggest to add a function that will allow to re-order the filter for processes (not process manager). If processes have years currently the old processes will appear at the top and new processes at the bottom. And as we work more on new processes as older processes are almost complete, the function to re-order them will be very helpful. Thank you

UA- Assign evaluations for a reviewer across different processes
UA- Assign evaluations for a reviewer across different processes. We have randomized reviews for our UA applicants (usually 500 applicants) and 70+ reviewers. It is so time consuming to assign each evaluator to their 20 applicants (which can be 200+ unique processes for each evaluator).
This is similar to another idea, but I want to make sure it inlcdes UA too.

SLM Profile Telephone - Option to Select "Mobile"
In SLM, I think it's good to make a telephone number a required field, but it would be nice to have a checkbox next to it to categorize it as "Mobile" or "Mobile #" since most students these days only have that anyway. Otherwise, they end up typing their mobile number in the second field needlessly.

auto email at grant period midpoint
Option to send auto emails at the midpoint of the grant period. No need for any reporting at that point, but we want to remind grantees to contact us if they have questions or anything has changed.

"organization changed" administrator notification, don't copy org primary
For the "organization changed" event type notification, it would be nice to have the option to send a notification to GLM Administrator ONLY, and not copy the the organization's primary contact.
There are many cases when I would like to be notified of organization updates, to ensure they're done correctly or to turnover in an organization, but would not be appropriate to copy the org primary.

Telephone Number
It would be nice to have a 'phone number' question type to select when creating an application so that the applicant doesn't have to worry about how to format their phone number when entering it. Something like --xxxx would be great so that every phone number entry followed the same formating.

GLM Metrics Dashboard Award Rate of Applications
Provide a metric that shows the ratio of applications that received an award to the total number of applications submitted. It can help measure the competitiveness and success of the grant program.

evaluator
Maybe this exists already....it would be so helpful to be able to filter evaluators by process - we have a committee for each grant and clicking through each time while referring to the original committee list is cumbersome. If I could filter evaluators to only show the ones who would score a particular grant program, I could get through assignments much quicker.
