Merge Template - Attach to Email Feature
My proposed idea is to create a "Create Document and Attach to Request AND Attach to Email" button next to the current "Create Document and Attach to Request" button. This would perform both actions at the same time. Currently, attaching a document to an email requires manually uploading the document.

While chatting with support@foundant.com they suggested I submit a request to be able to customize the date when manually entering a historic application because unfortunately it shows today's date for the date of submission and I want it to show a date from years ago.
We have an applicant that last applied in the mid 90s and is applying again. We don't have their historical application in Foundant but we have the hard copy file. Make collapsing groups optional/a setting
Not sure if this should be form building or reviewing, but the default now when editing or reviewing the UA and other processes is when you open one question group, the other collapses. I would like to ability to have multiple or as many question groups open as I want at the same time, in case I'm trying to review items/questions between them. I understand some people may want to only see one at a time, so making this a setting would give admins an option to decide which way they prefer.

data validation
I wish i had a way to confirm existing vendor ids that are hand entered. If my grant managers make a mistake here, the wrong people get paid.
I looked at using a branching question. But there is no way to see if the answer to Q1 matches the answer to Q2...

Closed Evaluation Custom Columns for Evaluators
Currently we can add two custom columns to the Your Evaluations tab for our evaluators, but when the evaluations are closed and we allow our evaluators to see all the closed evaluations prior to our Board meeting, there is no way to add custom columns on that page. We do not review the grant applications by alpa order of the organization or project name. We assign grant numbers and will review the grants in that order. SLM: Customize Third Party Dashboard Columns
I'd like to be able to customize the Third Party Dashboard columns to indicate if the request is a transcript, a letter of recommendation, or something else. Currently, the requestee has to click on each request or remember each email to know what is waiting for them. It may be helpful to have a descriptor column of the nature of the request.

bulk update
Howdy! We are trying to increase our usage of electronic payments for grantees and are updating tens and hundreds of profiles at a time.
As it stands now, updating ACH settings in CSuite require two separate bulk updates - one for ACH settings to add account and routing number, and the second for changing the default payment type. That means culling two reports to 'match' the profiles ID (which is the most labor intensive part of the process).

Automatic Scholarship Thank You note submission
It would be nice to hook a donor email to a scholarship opportunity so that students can automatically send them a thank you note from their follow up form. I know this would be possible to do through the third party field but it would be too much work to add the donor email to each follow up form. Plus, this would require us to give a donor email to the students, which some donors may not like.

Ability to export page URLs as a report field
In GLM, it takes a LONG time to navigate to a specific request. Summary of that process: home screen > search > organizations > type org name > wait for results to load > comb through all results > click on correct org name > requests > comb through all requests > click on correct request name > finished. That's a TON of steps.
It'd be very helpful if we could export the unique URL of all requests. I'm thinking it could be a report field? this would enable us to set up an offline spreadsheet containing direct links to…

Export batch as separate documents
Currently, exporting a batch of templates compiles all documents into a single file, which often requires them to be manually split at a later stage. It would be greatly appreciated if we could automatically export all selections to separate documents.

Shared Question Across Forms
Currently only questions that exist on the Eligibility, LOI, and Application forms within a process can be added as a Shared Question to the Evaluation, Decision, and Follow Up forms. We would like the ability to add a Shared Question to ANY form within a given process no matter what form it was originally added to.
For example, if we add a "Reasons for Decline" field to an Evaluation form, we'd like to be able to pull that same field in as a Shared Question to a Decisions form.

Project URL in Evaluations
It would be great if we could click on a Project URL during an evaluation and it be a hyperlink to take us to the URL. Instead we have to copy the URL and paste it in another browser window to view it.

Admin ability to move a request from draft to submitted - move button to top
Please move the button up to the top. I have multiple processes so when I copy to a new one, the button to mark draft or submitted is often off the page and out of view so I miss it. Then I copy again and have 3 applications in the system and have to delete two of them while making sure I am deleting the correct ones. This is a simple fix.

Report Complete Automation
It would be helpful for our grantees to receive a message when a previous report was accepted (completed on our end) so they can move onto the next report that’s due. The only notification they receive is if the reports are sent back as incomplete.

automated email
It would be great to set up an automated email sequence for applicants that was timed around incomplete draft applications. For example, one week after an application is started, an automated template email is sent with a "thank you for starting an application, if you have questions or need help please reach out to....don't forget the application deadline is X"....and similar. I try and send reminders to our in-progress draft applicants regularly; having an automated sequence would be really great--similar to what you see in email marketing packages.

GLM : make the organization name visible throughout a form
It would be useful to see the name of the Organization at all time when working in a request. When we have long forms, the name is not visible as we go down the form.
When we go back and forth between other applications, it could be practical to be able to see the name without going up the page.

Email template logic
It would be so useful to be able to incorporate logic into email templates. If I could have one sentence if a certain condition is true, and another if it's not, would save me from having to create (and maintain!) a multitude of templates.

"Close Request" button
The "close request" button has caused confusion for our staff. It's being clicked accidentally. As you go through the scholarship workflow, you often click the buttons in the bottom right corner. The Close Request button is located in the bottom right, but is not a button we want clicked. I also think using the word Closed is not the right word to use. Could the button be moved and the name changed to indicate something more drastic? "Close" can sound like you are just finishing this particular step in the process. Thank you!

redirect to main page after password reset
Redirect to login page after password reset.
Can you please have the system automatically redirct to the main login page after a password reset has been completed? This seems like an easy fix and should be automatic but currently users have to then go back in and locate the login page after they just reset their password.
In a perfect world, we could also have the system automatically send folks a password reset when adding new users to an organization vs. having to tell them to go reset themselves or manually having to send them an email reset link.
