Blind evaluations by process instead of as a site attribute
We have only one process that requires true anonymous evaluations. It is very important those reviewers not see the organization information block. However, the evaluation period coincides with evaluations of other processes that need the organization information block. We would greatly appreciate being able to turn on this feature for only one process instead of the whole site to work for all of our committees! Thanks!

Amount Awarded, shared question comma
It would be very helpful if the comma would carryover from the Approval stage Amount Awarded when it is a shared question in a follow up. Without the comma it is very difficult for grant recipients to read the amount awarded, especially when there are multiple zeros in the dollar amount.
The dollar sign and comma appear in the Follow Up Packet and Approval Packet. This makes me wonder if it's a system glitch.

Have a form type that marks itself complete
Similar to an eligibility review quiz that auto-grades, I would appreciate a follow-up form that does not require review in order to be complete. We have a form, the acknowledgement of funds received, that we do not have a need to review. It would be great if it could be marked complete automatically.

scoring committees
we have 7 scoring teams that annually score grants, it is cumbersome to reset the scoring team for each process... would it be possible to create a mechanism to set scoring teams and have those people grouped together in some fashion.

Enable applicants to be logged into more than one funder at a time
An applicant recently told me of a challenge when working on multiple applications for different funders at the same time which all use the Foundant GLM system. Apparently you can't do it. You have to open a different browser or open private browser windows to login to more than one funder. It would be helpful to enable applicants to be able to login to more than one funder as they can copy/paste information that can be used in multiple applications more easily.

Should be able to copy text from application question without pressing "edit" button
I seem to remember that I used to be able to copy the text of an applicant's answer. But now, I have to press edit in order to copy the text. I don't want to press edit - that makes it too easy to accidentally change the text. I just want to be able to copy. Can that be reinstated?

Easier path from Preview back to Apply
If an applicant enters a code to apply, then decides to Preview an application first, when they are done previewing, they have to click on Apply and enter the code again. It would be be easier if there were a way for them to go back to the apply button without having to repeat the steps. Some of our applicants have gotten confused by this.

Improve View Organization History for grantees
We have chosen to not have full application status available to grantees in the View Organization History. Unfortunately this means that grantees now see grants listed for $0 when they were actually granted. This is an inaccurate view of the data and we'd prefer that grantees just see the grant process, project title and status, but NOT the zeroed out amount granted and paid since this is false.
Also, it would be helpful if I could run a list from my system of all users that have been granted View Organization History status.

Allow us to determine which fields in a User account should be required
It used to be that the only required fields for a new user was the name, email and password. Now, when I create a new user (for example, as an evaluator), I have to include their title, phone, address, city, etc. It's a pain, and I don't usually have those details. Can I change those fields so they're not required? Or change at least some of them? Thanks!

Ability to Edit Payments on the Payment Tracking Page
It would be a HUGE time saver to be able to edit payments on the Payment Tracking Page, rather than having to go into each individual Project and edit the payment there. Just have the edit pencil icon right next to the eye, and the blue plus sign on the payment tracking page. When entering additional comments, after a payment has been posted, it is extremely time consuming to do this for 50+ payments at a time.

Improvements to the New Payment Tracking Workflow Page
I like the quick new way to enter payments on the payment tracking page. Here are two things that would make it Better! If the pop up window had the name of the Organization. I am often entering multiple payments at once and sometimes I lose track of what one I'm entering. Having the Organization Name in the pop up window will help me double check that. Whenever I go back to the payment tracking page it defaults to showing all dates. It would be helpful if it would save my last search unless I log out because I have…

Changing character count to word count
I searched and didn't see this in the idea archive. We receive a lot of compliants about character count. I am guessing character count gives you a better estimate of space needed but folks are accustomed to using word count for other applications. I think word count is the norm.

Comments or Notes Fields for Users
I would like to see a "Comments" or "Notes" field added to User records.
There are a number of interactions that we have with Users that we have no place to record information about, such as when a change in contact information has occurred (I can currently record the new information, but I would like to keep the history about the old information and when the change occurred), also notes about our interactions with this person, or their role in the organization (ie. they are an assistant to someone, etc.)

Reports - Export to Excel
I have noticed that when you export a report to Excel, all the numbers are stored as text. Although it can be done, it's a pain to have to convert them to numbers if you want to work with them as numbers in Excel. So, I suggest in a future release that all numbers in a Report export to Excel as numbers.

Mail Merge for Follow-Ups
I would like to see follow-up questions and attachments available in mail merge. I imagine this is not currently available because we're generating mail merge fields for a specific process (follow-up forms not being "connected" to a process, and thus not included in the mail merge). Is this something that could be added?

Spelling/Grammar Check Tool in SLM Scholarship Applications
It would be helpful for SLM to include a spelling/grammar check tool within the scholarship applications for students to use when writing their essays or short answer responses. I know that some internet browsers have a spell check included, but it might be helpful from the student side to have a more comprehensive tool to help with spelling, grammar, etc. as they write their responses.

Download Folders as one Document from Shared documents
Currently we have our Board Books stored in the shared documents tab of Foundant. Each Board Book folder has multiple sub files. Each subfile can be downloaded, but it would be nice to be able to download the entire folder which would include all the files.

Abandon Option for Follow Ups
I would like to suggest an 'Abandoned' option for Follow-Ups, similar to that for Draft Applications. This way, incomplete overdue reports do not remain on the dashboard indefinitely. This would help with decluttering the dashboard, while also accurately marking the follow-up. As I understand, the only other option (apart from extending the deadline) would be to delete it, however we would want to keep them for record purposes. In the event that a grantee is able to fill out the report, we would then revert it back to Follow-Up Draft.

customize fields in process summary
We have 5 identical (or close to it) processes for our grants (2 yr cycle). Each process has a Director and Grant Manager(s) that are unique to it. It would be nice to have that information in the Process Summary. It would also be helpful if those fields were available as merge fields.
