batch delete abandoned applications
I would like to have the option to batch delete abandoned
requests -- it’s tedious having to delete them one by one. Could this be an
option listed at the bottom of the “Search Requests & Decisions” page? I
can understand not wanting folks to accidentally delete other items on this
page. With this in mind, could it be built to only appear as an option when a
search is done for abandoned requests?

History for comments under org profile
We keep comments for several organizations in the organization profile. If a comment is accidentally deleted, there is no way to get it back. A history of previous comments would be super helpful, like how the change log shows up for the org.

Indicate Canceled Grants
There needs to be a straightforward way to indicate and run a report of canceled grants. A canceled installments report is not viable because it’s not uncommon for us to have grants that are awarded and then canceled or withdrawn before any payout occurs or for a payment to be canceled without the grant being canceled.

Eligibility Quiz - Failure Message
I'd like the ability to customize the failure message within an eligibility quiz to be able to show the applicant what question(s) caused them to fail and provide a bit more context to them regarding those specific items.
Currently, there is only one "Failure Message" option that shows no matter what questions caused them to fail, so it can't be specific and the applicants don't know why they failed.
Using conditional logic to say if Question 1 is answered "Yes," than show this custom failure message could help to provide more context and less back and forth after a failed…3 votes -

In GLM and SLM, when onboarding new staff members who will be administrators to the environment, there is not really a clear way to lead them through training. The training used to be straight forward with Base Camp and the videos were sequential in logic to help build a true understanding of the software tools. Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't find anything like that now in the Learning Center. There's a catalog of videos and FAQs, but unless I go in and hand pick the ones I want my staff person to take, there's no great way to…

Minimum Character Count
We currently have the option of a maximum character count, but I would love to have the option of implementing a minimum as well. It would be very helpful on application questions, especially since there are a lot of varying expectations for the length of a "short answer/essay."

Administrator Comment Default to "Share with Applicant"
The administrator comments is a great feature- we use it to give applicants feedback during our draft phase review. We usually DON'T wish to share those administrator comments with evaluators. Customization around these comments would be incredibly helpful. For example, it is cumbersome for our Program Officers to click the "share with applicant" checkbox for each comment (and sometimes one gets forgotten and shared with evaluators-yikes!). It would be amazing if we could have access to that in a site setting to default that check box as checked (share with applicant). Or add a feature to share both might be…

Intergrate CSuite Grant # into GLM/SLM Email Templates
We recently moved from Word document letter templates to email award notifications, and would love the ability to include CSuite Grant ID# in our GLM email correspondence. Currently, the selection of fields that can be merged into an email template is very limited, and there is no way to include a unique identifier that grantees can use to reference a specific grant.

New Organization Summary - Add Amount Paid to Amount Awarded
I am really enjoying the new organization summary page. I think it would be great if on the "Amount Awarded" table which goes by year, if we could also toggle to "Amount Paid" and look at how much we've actually paid per year to a grantee.

Add Eligibility tab to Organization record
We would like to see the history of Eligibility Quizzes taken for an Organization within the Organization record, rather than having to do a search in the Eligibility Center (which we would have to do for all dates, then sort by Organization, since there's no search criteria for Organization). Our program folks believe this information would be useful in giving a an overall picture of an organization.

Form Completion Indicator configured on applicable questions
Form Completion Indicator. It would be nice if the completions indicator could be configured based only on the questions that are actually applicable or mandatory. Right now it seems the indicator counts every single questions in the form, regardless of whether they are mandatory or not or if they are just displaying a question which can be misleading to the applicant who is applying

Batch Re-Assign Follow Ups to a New User (Program Officer Leaving)
We have a Program Officer who is leaving the foundation. She has over 150 follow ups assigned to her. Reassigning to the new Program Officer is going to require that we reassign each one individually. It would be great to have the ability to batch reassign.

Please add a "Tabled" line in the Application Evaluation section
Please add a "Tabled" line in the Application Evaluation section. So much easier to keep track of tabled applications throughout the year if they need to be revisited in a subsequent grant round within the same process.

Inactive Users Should Not Require an Email Address
Currently if a user is inactive they are required to have an email address. This is not useful when the new user in their role uses the previous employees email address. ie) ceo@testcompany.ca
If the new user uses the previous employees email then you are required to come up with a dummy address for the inactive employee. This is not ideal.
Inactive employees should NOT require an email.

Can over character limits be formated to be red?
Ok, we all know red means alert. I have so many applicants who get confused about not being able to submit an LOI, Application, or Follow-up due to being over the character limit. There is no visual cue to direct them. Can that please be changed and save me the time of having to figure out what the problem is, having to increase the character count or explain it one more time?

Document Viewer for Documents tab and for all Request documents
We would love to have a Document Viewer function for the Documents tab, as well as for all documents connected to a given request. Having to download a document just to see it every time is hugely inconvenient, as is having to go through several forms to look for a given document. More Document Viewer functionality would save a lot of time.

Merge Organizations
When merging organizations, it would be nice to be able to see the information on the organizations selected without having to open up one to see its information and then having to go back to "Search - Organizations - Duplicate Search" to see the information on another one selected. When I try to use the back button it doesn't work. Perhaps I am doing something wrong.
