Returned Checks From the Bank
Returned Checks. When a check is returned due to insufficient funds, etc. it would be great if there is a feature that allows the original bank deposit to show the original amount of the deposit but allows an individual check to be returned so that the transaction matches what happens on your bank statement. Also, when these transactions cross months, the reconciliation isn't as straightforward.

User Registration
We would greatly appreciate a revamp of the new user registration. Currently, we have a lot of new users at existing organizations in our system creating duplicate organization accounts because of the way the registration ties organizations and users together. We need a way for a new user to be able to register themselves, and then either select their organization and be approved by an admin, or allow an administrator to send a quick invite link to the new user where the organization is already selected for them.

Branching from Individual Table Cells
I'm aware we currently have the capability to branch questions off of aggregated table cells (thank you for implementing!). However, any plans in the near future to branch off of any individual cell responses? That would be so much more helpful for us.
For example, we currently ask on an application for org. leaders' demographic percentages to be entered in a table and one of the categories is "Other historically disenfranchised groups". Introduce ability to audit user interactions with system
I need to be able to pull a report that shows when my VP signs Grant Agreements. Also, could be useful for security--knowing who is logged in, how long they are logged in, and what actions they took.

Address Autocomplete during Registration
During the registration process, it would be very helpful if the address had an autocomplete option similar to how many online retailers do these days.
When filling in the address 1 line, the system would automatically start showing the full street address based on what the applicant has input so far. Then, they'd be able to select their address from the drop-down list and this would automatically populate the remaining address fields on the registration form.
This is a common practice with online retailers today and would be incredibly helpful in GLM/SLM as many applicants don't correctly input their address…

Dashboard notes column for admins (SLM)
It would be very helpful to have a custom Notes or Comments column available that admins can write directly in on the dashboard, especially since pinned comments are not currently an option in SLM.
Use case: 1 universal application submitted turns into 5 scholarship applications, so 500 UA submissions could lead to 2500 applications in submitted. I as an admin then go in by student and vet their applications before marking them complete. If there are notes I want to make for that specific scholarship application, there is currently not a way to do that in the application that are…

Document Viewer in Documents Tab
I would like to see a document viewer in the documents tab similar to the application feature. Even with descriptive file names, it is time consuming to download each document to review it. We use GLM to store all documents connected to a grant so the number of files can get large.

custom fields
Create custom fields that include date and comment fields. The date so we can see when it was last updated, and comments so we can add more detail. This would be a huge enhancement, making custom fields much more intelligent and informative!

Process Summary as a field in Reporting
It would be useful to be able to pull the Process Summary in an email. Every year before I open the scholarships, I send the donors a copy of the criteria using word mail merge. This would be much simpler.

Separate Letters for eligibility quiz and applications
It would be very helpful to have a note go to the students automatically saying that their Universal Eligibility quiz has been successfully submitted and then a separate letter stating that they successfully fille out the individual applications that are part of the application

It may be helpful to have an option in GLM to require organizations to pass a charity check before they can submit an application. This would save some manual steps a little later on in our process.

It would be helpful to allow batch email functionality within the "Organizations > Search Criteria > State" tool from the Administrator Dashboard. Enabling targeted and timely communication to organizations during emergency scenarios, such as California wildfires or other state-specific disasters, to remind groups in need of grant funding to apply for our Disaster Grant.1 vote -
Attach file uploads to admin notifications
If a grantee uploads a file when submitting a follow-up, it would be helpful if that file could be attached to the notification email sent to admins and others so they don't have to log into GLM to download it.
This would also be useful for applications, especially when working with colleagues who don't have easy access to the system (or want to).

Collaborator Permissions
Applicants love the collaborator feature, but they are confused with "Can view, Can edit or Can submit" because they do not understand the permissions are additive. Would it be possible to change these to "Can view", "Can edit" and "Can edit and submit"? Even an explanatory pop-up would be helpful.
Would also like an additional checkbox "Allow to invite other collaborators" or such. My applicants are asking for this. Either that or include it as part of the Submit permission.
I know that this was submitted in the past, I am suggesting it again.
