Download Folders as one Document from Shared documents
Currently we have our Board Books stored in the shared documents tab of Foundant. Each Board Book folder has multiple sub files. Each subfile can be downloaded, but it would be nice to be able to download the entire folder which would include all the files.

Scheduling Visits in Application
I work with three volunteer-led initiatives where grant applicants must schedule a conversation after submitting their application, but before grant decisions. We used to Jotform and embedded Calendly as an application question, which cut down on the administrative burden of follow-up emails to ensure applicants booked their meeting.
Currently, we have a checkbox that applicants check to confirm their understanding that their application is complete once they schedule the conversation. In the application received/submitted email, we provide them with the link to schedule. We ended up having to do a lot of follow-up. We're considering embedding a scheduling link directly…

customize fields in process summary
We have 5 identical (or close to it) processes for our grants (2 yr cycle). Each process has a Director and Grant Manager(s) that are unique to it. It would be nice to have that information in the Process Summary. It would also be helpful if those fields were available as merge fields.

applicant opportunities - ordering
On the Applicant Opportunities tab on the UA - could we edit the order that the opportunities are listed? I know we can alphabetize the entire list, but I have two separate groupings of opportunities. I just added two new opportunities for 2025 and I want to put them each in a specific location on the list. Thank you.

Ability to group in new giving hub
The new giving hub does not permit grouping of funds. This is something useful that we will be losing. In addition, there be ability to default to "show additional funds" format. In addition, this "additional funds" is not sorted by priority, but only alphabetically.

Change the default for the settings to be CLOSED not open when an applicant first opens the form.

downloadable copy of grants catalog
I would like an option to download a version of the online grants catalog. It could be as simple as a list of the non-profits featured or be more detailed and include the brief request, organization name and website. This would help us mail versions of the catalog to donors who prefer paper over digital and allow our Development team to have a paper document to show when meeting with prospective donors.

drop the 2 factor verification for the scholarship application process
I am having a hard time getting Latino scholarship applicants because it takes 2 factor verification to get into the system. Most of our Latino students do not have cell phones or computers at home so it is difficult for them to apply

LOI Close
We really need the ability to close an LOI and NOT HAVE IT APPEAR on the Board Members' Dashboard. The only way to remove it is to - delete the LOI, Abandon it or Decline. Those options are confusing to the applicant, because we may be considering this grant for a future grant in a different process. There should be a way to keep it on the Admin Dashboard and remove it from the Board Members' Dashboard - because it confuses Board Members - who may not be very computer-savvy, but are doing their best in this digital world.

Our grantees are receiving automated reminder emails attached to their grants at 2am. This is leading to confusion and overlooked emails because folks assume they are not legitimate emails. Is it possible to adjust the time that automated email reminders are sent to during business hours? Thank you!

Admin Editing of LOI/Application Form Fields During Evaluation Process
We'd be grateful if there was a way for the admin to edit LOIs/applications from within the evaluation process (ie. the double-pane view), without having to back out into the org's overview and click in from there to edit the form (and then click back into evaluation mode to get to the next form). We have some internal review fields attached to the LOI, rather than to the LOI evaluation, so that we can carry those fields forward to subsequent parts of the process and have them copied into subsequent processes. Amicable Divorce for Eligibility Quiz & Process
We have a number of pretty straightforward eligibility criteria that apply for all potential grantees. We would like for grantees to be able to take the eligibility quiz at any and all times. A quiz is a more dynamic option than asking people to read through a bunch of text which they often choose not to do.
If their results lead them to a custom pass/fail message, according to their answers, and the road ends there, we will be thrilled.
For our administrative process, the scenario where a potential applicant fails and still chooses to submit an application is easier…

Limit Primary Contact Selection to Administrators
We would like to prevent applicants from selecting the primary contact.
We love that applicants can now invite their colleagues to join their org. If we can make a small tweak so that they cannot select who the primary contact is, that would be really helpful.
Our specific usage example: We use the primary contact to indicate who is at the helm of the organization (ex: this allows us to use the primary contact as a merge field in documents that address the ED/CEO). The word "primary" is confusing to applicants - they think it indicates who is the primary…

It would be very helpful to be able to sort by last name withing SLM. Being only able to sort by First name is a challenge.

project management
What would really help us (and I'm not sure in which category to include this idea) would be a tab that allows for a project management view for administrators & reviewers. More specifically, to visualize where we are in the different steps of the process after approval of the proposal: recommendation sent to Board; Board approved; grant agreement prepared. This would really help our team to see where in the grant management process we are. Or is this already available and haven't I found it yet?

mergeable fields based on specific request installments
Include mergeable fields based on specific request installments (currently this is all installments or the first installment). This will enable us to easily create a cheque request form based on the upcoming installment that needs to be paid.
