It would be useful to have the inability to use custom merge fields in an email template.
Some background on our proposed use this feature and the need it addresses:
Our foundation was attempting to create an email template which can serve as a digital copy of the scholarship award letter we send to recipients. However, we are unable to create a "master" email template that would serve across all opportunities because there is no way to pull in a description of the scholarship each recipient has won.

Create Subfolders for Files
Please allow for the addition of Folders and Subfolders for uploaded files on the donor portal. Currently we upload documents for the "Documents and Resources" section on the donor portal with no way to organize files at all. The additional organization would enhance the experience for both the internal and external user.

Auto email exception
I would like the ability to override which auto email templates to use at the Request record level. I have a follow up form, "Interim report", that I assign primarily for multi-year grants, but also for the occasional expenditure responsibility (ER) grant and maybe in a few other circumstances. For ER grants, the IRS requires the grantee to submit a report to us as of the end of their fiscal year, and to do so every year until all funds are expended. Application Evaluation Assigned Dashboard Customization
Provide the option to select 'Request Amount' once applications move to the Evaluations Assigned Dashboard. It would be helpful for both our staff and evaluators to continue viewing the total dollar amounts requested across all Dashboards. However, there currently doesn’t appear to be an option to select that field once applications reach the evaluation step.

budget
Would love to be able to adjust size of field for budget amount. It seems to be limited to budgets up to $99,999,999.00. Our budget for 1 process is currently over 100 million so I can't track the budget because the field won't allow it.

Batch Deny - Additional Fields
It would be great to have the ability to batch deny requests AND complete any of the prompts on the Denial Form that would apply to all.
Currently, when we batch deny, the only fields available to apply to all are the decision date and the decision comment, but it would be so nice to have all of the prompts on the denial form for that process available. For example, we have an "eligible to return" question on our Denial Form, and I have to select that field for each request individually.

Comparative balance sheets with the ability to input comparative date
IT would be nice to have the option to select the comparative date in the balance sheet comparative presentation instead of only having the listed options (year over year, month over month). For instance, I would like to compare my current balance sheet to the prior year end, and then be able to prepare a cash flow that ties into it for the YTD. In that way, I can have a complete set of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and cash flow) that all relate to each other for the same time period.

scholarship
When we create a scholarship in CSuite and turn it into a grant the grant description is automatically populated as Fund name :: Student name. We don’t want the student names to be visible in the fundholder portal, which they are if they’re listed in the grant description. Can you create a setting which would only pull in the fund name to the grant description, not the student name?

Add Ability to Bulk Delete Email Addresses and Phone #'s from specific profile types.
Add functionality to be able to bulk delete email addresses and/or phone numbers from a specific type of profile. Two options that would help are:
- Add 'type of profile' field to the Download options in Profile Bulk Update
- Add fields 'Email ID' 'Phone ID' in custom report column options.

Rank Order Evaluation
We would like the option to Rank Order applications during Evaluation in lieu of giving a percentage score. For example, if there are 30 applications, only 1 application is given #1, one application #2 and so on. This option would be much easier for our Reviewers. In some cases, it is their preferred method of scoring.
I posted this idea 5 years ago and it is still an issue for us.

Ability to removed closed bank accounts from Account listing
We would like the ability to remove closed bank accounts from the Reconcile Bank Account module. They just recently made a change to include those and we would like the ability to remove them from that list.

This has happened to me twice now. We should be able to delete questions even though we've answered and deleted the responses. This has messed up my applications.

IRS Pub78 Data actually NOT available in reporting
Hello from OKC! I've found a couple of threads that suggest it is possible to pull into a report all the fields available under the Charity Check > Publication 78 tab. I'm able to pull some but not all. I even chatted with support this morning just to make sure I'm not missing this. Specifically, I'd like to pull in the Organization Name field from the IRS Publication 78 tab within the CharityCheck module. I can pull the general org name field from the orgs profile (as they've entered it) but not the name as the IRS has it listed…

Request to make visual layout of LOI, App, Follow-ups, Documents Uploaded easier to follow
Documents: Forms and Files - challenging layout
In the new applicant experience, it appears the applicant will click on "Documents" to access their LOI, Application, follow-up forms, and any documents uploaded by the administrator. It seems confusing for the word "Documents" to encapsulate all of those aspects of the process. And then
it seems odd that "Forms" includes the LOI, the Application, and any of the follow-up forms. Perhaps it's just that I'm accustomed to thinking of those as separate parts of the process and thus should be put into their own buckets.

Evaluation Score Export for Evaluators
It would be very helpful to have functionality built into the Evaluator role that allows each evaluator to download a quick export of all of their scores for each application. The custom columns feature does not allow for enough columns to be added so that all scores can be seen by each evaluator. Currently, Admins have to run reports of all scores and provide these to each individual evaluator so they can see all of their scores in one place.

Display number of Applicant Opportunities selected
When building anything that applies to specific applicant opportunities (eligibility rules, scorecard questions and groups, application questions etc.) one must open the rule, select the Applicant Opportunites tab and scroll down a potentially very long list (133 and counting in our case) to verify which opportunities and how many have been selected. This allows a lot of room for error and creates uncertainty that the accurate number of opportunities has been selected prompting the builder to scroll up and down the list manually counting several times to verify.

Clarify Require Right Digit -actually make it require the number specified
Our GPA question asks for 2 digits after the decimal point and we have "require right digits" turned on, but students are still able to submit a GPA with only one digit after the decimal point.

Funding History in Reporting Tool
We would love to see the ability to pull the funding history of an organization applying to a new process into a form and/or the reporting tool so that we can easily incorporate that data into our evaluation.
Ideally we could access the funding data currently available in the "Print Organization Packet" (# of requests granted, total $ granted, total $ paid), but even a simple Funding History - Y/N available in the reporting tool would be amazing so we don't have to do a bunch of manual work to look up each organization or run multiple reports just to…

Students using Copy Process are bringing over admin answers
We have renewable scholarships and ask the students to fill out a shortened version of the application for their renewal award. We just had a student fill out their shortened renewal application, but when I went to review it, there were internal admin-only questions that were already answered! I double checked the process and they are listed as internal so the student shouldn't have been able to see those questions so how was he able to answer them?

Automated notification to User when Donation comes in from Profile with Specific Relationship Type
