  1. My manager and I are looking for a way to track our interactions with non-profit organizations within Foundant. We frequently have conversations, tours, and meetings with these organizations and want to keep a comprehensive history for internal tracking purposes within Foundant.

    I have been told there is no current feature in Foundant that allows us to input and monitor this information. This could be a very helpful feature for donors and their administrations to track and keep a running record.

  2. Could we make the "This request was created as a copy by..." message more prominent? It would help if it jumped out at us so that we can do the required cleanup after a request has been copied.

  3. It would be a huge timesaver if there were an option for Batch Denied applications to be move to Denial Draft.

    If you have a lot of applications, it takes a a very long time to do this one application at a time.

  4. Changing American spelling for Australian clients for Organization and Recognized. (S instead of Z) Currently this is on the payment page for a donation but I am sure there are other spellings throughout the platform and GLM. For our Australian clients/donors it looks like we have spelt it wrong.

  5. We have three SLM UA's that students can apply to and as it currently appears on a student's dashboard, all UA's are in the color blue. Is there a way that each UA has their own color. This will help with an inclusivity for color blindness.

  6. Batch add multiple Processes when assigning new Evaluators.

    We've just discovered when trying to add in a new evaluator to our scholarship process, we have to add in every single scholarship opportunity separately as an individual process instead of being able to select "all", which, is what we need to do.

    So our "Universe" of applications breaks down into "Processes" which are our individual scholarships and because we look at everything from the individual Student (and not the opportunities), we need to be able to batch multiple processes all at the same time.

  7. I would love to have the option to mark a submission/application as revisit. This is where we are not pursuing funds at this time, but we are interested enough to put their application in the "revisit" it will push it to the next cycle instead of flat out deny request.

  9. Request ID number

    We would like to be able to identify a particular request or award by an ID number, and then search for requests based on that number. I wish Foundant assigned a simple ID to each request or award. (not the 32 digit GUID, which is not usuable).

    I know we could add an internal field and assign our own number, but there could be duplication or errors in that process.

  10. Remove the Rating system from Evaluations as a required field.
    Our Evaluations never show as Complete even when they are because we do not use a rating system to evaluate grants.

  11. When searching for users on GLM/SLM, the "Active" box is automatically pre-checked for "User Status".

    Adding a setting so that both Active and Inactive are pre-checked when searching for users would be helpful so that you don't forget to check "Inactive".

  13. We have a number of evaluators with conflicts. Would be great if we could record these conflicts in a form and then have the system prevent us from assigning an evaluator to read a request from an org they have a conflict with

  14. currently have an evaluator bulletin where reviewers can post questions to foundation admin that they need to ask the applicants. Questions are linked to a project, other reviewers can see all the questions and the answer. Staff receive a notification when a question is posted, all evaluators get a notification when a response is submitted by staff.

  15. Thank you for being willing to receive suggestions in this forum. You are brave folks and unique.

    Increasingly most grantee correspondence takes place via email or telephone. Might it be possible to have email more strongly integrated into the Foundant GLM? It would be especially helpful if emails that we generate in the system could be saved with each specific grant - along with the grantee's email responses back to us. Maybe there could be a way the grantee can initiate an email to us - through Foundant? Copying and pasting Subject lines and message texts into the "Comments" section…

  16. It would be awesome to be able to assign a default answer to a multiple-choice question (radio button or checkboxes). maybe a check box in the list for "Make this the default answer", if unchecked, there is no default answer. If checked, that selection is the default.

    This would be helpful when we have an internal question that is required, but will not need to be answered unless a change is needed. For example, "Does the board require an amendment to consider this grant for approval? Y/N." The grant manager doesn't need to answer this question until after the board…

  17. It would be nice if we could assign visibility to entire groups of questions, so we could have an "Internal Use Only" group of questions that our applicants can never see. And every question in that group would be "Internal" by default.

    I would like the existence of internal follow ups to be visible on the applicant's dashboard. Even if they can't see the information in the internal follow up, the lack of visibility/availability for the client interferes with sequential follow up assignment. Internal/applicant visibility should be a separate issue from interna/applicant assignment.

    It would be good if an applicant could see that there is an internal follow up assigned associated with their request. This visibility could be controlled via a setting toggle.

  20. Please provide a way to remove completed electronic signature agreements and completed interim reports from the "follow ups complete" list without having to close the grant. either separate tabs for each or a way to remove them altogether.
