  1. Can a function be created to sync a new Csuite campaign into an already existing Mailchimp tag? Right now, a new Mailchimp tag has to be created for each Csuite campaign causing clutter in Mailchimp. For reoccurring newsletters, having the option to sync individual campaigns into the same tag would be very helpful.

  2. When adding an account group in the financial view, it would be helpful to be able to have a box "select all" accounts and then unselect the ones that are not needed. Otherwise, it takes a long time to select a large group of accounts.

  3. Has Foundant explored the idea of creating their own mobile app for CSuite? I see a lot of requests related to making content more mobile friendly and responsive. I know you are revamping the donation pages with this in mind. But what about if there are staff members who could be helped by having a true mobile app with limited functionality? I'd bet there are many that have to be in the field meeting with folks for at least part of their day, and they would find great benefit in being able to quickly look up profiles, view grant and…

  4. We would like to be able to edit a campaign after tickets are created. Currently, we cannot edit any information on the "Details" tab once tickets are created. Sometimes, we need to make slight changes to descriptions or event names and cannot do this once tickets have been added to the event.

It's great that CSuite can now work with a Stripe credit card terminal, but it would be even better if a credit card transaction could be processed through the terminal without needing to be logged into CSuite. We have fundholders who hold events where they accept credit card payments; however, we will not provide them with access to CSuite so they wouldn't be able to use the new Stripe terminal.   6. It would be great to be able to email a URL link for a Report, so Users can quickly access shared reports, rather than having to tell them the report name and hope they find it on their own. Currently URL for all reports is: https://columbusfdn.fcsuite.com/erp/report/display

    I know there is functionality to email reports, but those don't have live links to profiles, so that is less ideal for many projects and processes.

  7. Currently, you can only attach one file when creating a voucher. Most of our vouchers require more than one attachment, and an extra step is required to attach additional documents before posting the voucher. We would like the ability to attach multiple files when creating a voucher to make the process more efficient. Request by GMF.

  8. The email address has an associated data field named "Other Detail". There is not a way to add the email address "Other Detail" field to a report. The "Other Detail" field is currently only viewable in the CSuite application screen. We would like to use the email "Other Detail" field to hold codes to subscriptions allowed at that address.

    There is a similar data field for the Phone number named "Detail" which is available in a reporting object.

  9. Please offer an option to edit a pledge after it's creation; whether it be to change the amount (accidental zeroes happen!) or change the donor from a household to an individual, it should be allowed to edit. Having to delete or 'write off' a pledge if a mistake occurs can have large and messy complications in our financials. This was posted previously but did not get moved along. Thank you!

  10. Provide the functionality to be able to either copy a grant approver to another grant approver, mirroring the funds they can approve, or allow for bulk adding of funds to a grant approver based on fund group.

    We get interest income from impact investments which are in our investment pool. We would like to be able to revenue share these deposits rather than do a negative voucher to allocate the interest income.

  12. When building a custom report, it would be very useful to be able to report on fields from multiple objects at once. Systems I have used with this capability approached it by starting with a primary object selection (donations for example) and then once you add the unique field for another object (profile id of the donor for example), your list of fields would expand to show all of the fields associated with that new object.   13. Could you please modify the grant description field so that it automatically wraps text when adding or editing descriptions?

    Currently, the field allows up to 255 characters, but it's challenging to verify entries because we can't view the entire description at once. It would greatly improve usability if the description text wrapped within the field during data entry, allowing us to see the complete description without having to scroll. Once the grant is saved, we can read the entire description in one field but still have to scroll when editing.

  15. For us the Created date for a fund is the date the fund agreement was signed which is never the same day we are creating the fund in Csuite. This field used to just be a date field and then turned into a date stamp. Now after we create the fund in Csuite we always have to edit the date stamp to be the date the fund agreement was signed. And being a date stamp, we have to be sure to only edit the date and leave the time in the field or the system won't accept it. This field…

  16. Thanks for all the great recent donation portal updates! I like that we now have the option to show the fund's grant type on the fund listing page. It would be great if there was also the option to group funds by their grant types like how the nonprofit directory works. We like that the nonprofit directory includes the grant types, but it would be great if service areas could be an additional way to filter this page. In addition, it would be great to be able to reorder the tabs that appear on the portal. We don't currently have…

When individuals unsubscribe from Mailchimp emails, it is impossible to discern if they want to unsubscribe just from marketing/ communication emails and who should just simply be marked "do not email". If Foundant could add choices on emails that indicates something to the effect of, "Marketing Emails" and/or "Foundation business" as boxes to check as options, similar to "mailing" or "inactive" for mailing addresses, that would be very helpful. Currently, if someone unsubscribes from a MailChimp blast, there is no way to realistically remove that person from marketing email blasts unless you go 1-by-1 and remove them from every campaign…

  18. Taking this archived idea back up: It would be great if the fund history page showed the fund balance as of a specific date. This is a great page for our advancement team and with the addition of the balance, everything they want to have at hand when talking with a donor about their fund would be on the same page.

I am in agreement that they s/b able to correct their contact information but I think it would be better at the profile level to then be toggled "inactive" instead of disappearing altogether "deleted". Instance that just happened they removed their work email and replaced with a personal email, which is fine but now the work email is no longer on their profile at all. Please change to inactivated vs deleted when changes are done on the portal.
