Recurring Donation - give donors option to end or change amount on portal
It would be nice if recurring donors could login or follow a link in their monthly receipt email that would allow them to edit or cancel their recurring donations instead of having to call our office to make any changes or stop their donations.

This is a basic feature for fundraising so doesn't make sense why this can't be done. And as monthly giving programs have become more popular your platform needs to seamlessly meet donor needs of how they want to give.

Added benefit for our donors! Some people feel badly if they need to discontinue a recurring donation. It's personal. This respectfully allows them to manage their donations

That's a whole different module I would think. I've worked in software that has a donor portal/account built in so they can always access their activity. NetworkForGood, of course, that's my broken record reference from my non profit days.

This would be incredibly helpful. It would be helpful if donors could also have a place to download previous receipts instead of calling us at the end of the year.
The Supreme Court will soon be taking up a case that (if passed) will require companies to cancel subscriptions and payments in the same way they first made the transaction. That means if someone made an online payment, they have to be able to go online and cancel the payment without calling someone.
