Be able to update RSVPs in bulk
Our foundation manages certain donor-initiated events and fundraisers where the ticket buyers are not great at adding the Profile Campaign Ticket Guests after they check out. Please make it it possible to update the RSVP list in bulk or make the Profile Campaign Ticket Guests mandatory to be filled out before check out. This would be such a time saver.

3/5/2025:: In a campaign on the Ticket report, accessible from the Tickets tab, has been upgraded to a custom report. This update provides the ability to filter and export the report for enhanced flexibility and analysis. "To Assign" column has been added to the Ticket report. This new column allows users to quickly view the number of tickets that are yet to be assigned, streamlining the ticket management process. When selecting the Ticket Report, users will see a Resend Guest Link option in the left hand menu. This is a bulk action and will allow the ability to resend the Guest Link. Campaigns: The TypeID is now displayed in the Request table, providing more granular visibility into request data. A Short Name field has been added to requests. This short name will appear next to the request response in the report, providing an abbreviated version of the request name for easier reference. A Request Report has been added to the left-hand menu under the Request tab. The report now includes the following fields: Request, Guest Name, Organization, Phone, Email, RSVP, Attended, Group This report is fully filterable and exportable, giving users more control over their request data. Selecting a Request ID will run a filtered report for that specific request. From the profiles tab, converted guest list report to a custom report. This change allows for the ability to bulk edit: Attended, RSVP, Delete Guest, Convert to Profile, filtering and export. Added Request column that displays the Short name on the request with the selection and converted the ticket id to a hyperlink.
Added the pledges to the income statement reports on a campaign. This report will reflect pledges that are attached to campaigns moving forward, not retroactively. Using the Pledges Report in the left hand menu will reflect total pledges for a campaign, date range may need to be adjusted. Updated the label for Total Donations to reflect internal and online donations.
Added the ability to import Auction Items. The new options is found under the Add Auction left hand menu in Campaigns, or if the event already has auction items by selecting the Auction id on the Details tab. The csv file will allow users to import the Name, Item Description, Silent Item, Item Value, Low Bid Amount, and Minimum Bid Amounts.
Custom Reports-Campaign Profile Ticket: Added columns available to this report to include: Payment Method, payment id, and converted dedt id(ticket id) to a hyper link. Campaign Profile Guests, Campaign Profile Guest RequestsCampaign Request and Campaign Request Type reports have been added to custom reporting. This will allow users to create reports based on the the campaign request fields.
Portal Options-Giving Hub Content-Campaigns: Added a Resend Guest Link Content area. This will allow users the ability to customize the resend guest link content.
Things to note: Users will need to link pledges to the campaign, just links a campaign to donations that is paying to a pledge will not apply to the campaign income statement. This is because the revenue is tied to the pledge.

Agree with the struggle that Stan expressed. Also think this pairs nicely with the idea of not requiring an invoice to "sell" a free ticket in the backend -

Hello,
We are attempting to run a private event and record RSVPs using the campaign/ticket system. Currently, the campaigns system doesn't seem to facilitate free tickets with guests well.
For us, free tickets do not prompt individuals to enter registration information for multiple seats (for attending party or guests) until after finalizing the transaction and subsequently clicking through a "Donate again" style button. This is confusing, as a registrant is much more likely to click out/exit the page rather than click through that button. Even if they click through it, they have to notice an additional tab on the donate page, rather than being taken to a registration information page after clicking that first button.
From what we have seen, if we handled the registration through a third party platform instead, we could still not bulk upload a csv (even one generated from the email mailing list) to record RSVPs. We would have to manually track RSVPs in the system by clicking through the RSVP toggle (which can get a bit unwieldy at 400+ invitees).
It seems the only method we can use is to attempt to compile lists and manually record them by hand into the system.
I think the best fix, if possible, would be to redirect individuals immediately to the registrant information page after they check out their cart - or, at least, to put a button on the confirmation page so they immediately know to do so. Even better, though perhaps harder, would be to allow people to enter information during the checkout or ticket selection process.
If not any of these fixes, then at least a bulk upload ability to handle RSVP and attended so we could use CSVs generated from 3rd party supplied data would be nice.
Thanks!

Same thing for Attendance! We sometime have a few hundreds or even more than 1000 people attended an event, and the only way to track RSVP or Attendance right now is to manually click yes/no in the campaign page one by one 1000 times!!!

Also would be nice to be able to bulk update 'Attended' in the same manner.
