  1. There needs to be a report that calculates each Donor Advised Fund's percent payout year over year. With the proposed legislation, it is important for community foundations to be able to show the active philanthropy of their DAFs as well as to encourage more active grantmaking in DAFs that are below a certain threshold.

  2. For those funds that specify a dollar distribution (ex: $6,000/year), it would be nice to have the ability to create and apply that distribution type. I understand it can be modified during review but could be easily missed, particularly by newer staff. If there's a good work around I'd appreciate suggestions.

  3. We process a great number of interfund grant/donations and really need for CSuite to generate an automatic notification to the recipient fund advisor informing them that their fund has received a donation from another fund at our foundation. Is there any way you can do this for us?

  4. Be able to email / text an invite to campaign from a profile and/or campaign and when registered, not create a new profile. Ideally, have a user portal experience like the fund advisors. This would create ability to see donations, campaigns, ticket purchases, etc.

  5. We have quarterly operating grant transfers we process. We have set these up as recurring.

    1. Hate that you have to wait until that exact date to post them if you are trying to work ahead. Someone has mentioned that and I have voted on.

    2. Most importantly- When these recurring grants are created... the voucher date should default to the next date on the recurring grant record- not the day you go in a create those grants. All of these grants that are recurring are electronic and we do in large batches. After I run the large batch.... I have to…

  8. 1- Reissues: A clear way to mark a grant that was reissued. Including a note for ACH or a new check number. Currently we don’t see it in the records, and it is hard to give accurate information

  9. On an organizational profile record, the static fields "Contact" and "Contact Title" allow you to type in a name and title, which then populate the address blocks on that record. Those fields appear on check letter and grant letter templates.
    There is also an option to select an individual which is linked to the organization as a "Primary Org Contact". That selection makes a dynamic link to the individual. However, "Primary Org Contact" is not an available merge field on any template.

    It would be ideal to have that dynamic, linked indication available as a merge field or (even better!)…

  10. When viewing a fund on the donor portal on a mobile phone, the text is posted to the far right of the image, making the page look clunky and creating a large space between funds. Instead of paying an outside web designer to fix this, this should be fixed internally at Foundant.

  11. We love the new user interface but the font is rather small for some of our users. It would be amazing to have the ability for each user to pick from a Small, Medium, Large font size

    Using CTRL and Zooming in Zooms the entire browser (all tabs, no matter the website) meaning other websites are now huge font.

  12. The ability to create additional account types would be a huge timesaver. The Account Types offered currently are too few in number and can't possibly align with the account types (or groupings) of the typical user. Custom account types would also simply the process of creating financial views.

  13. Please add the 12 individual quarter balances that are used to calculate the average for Admin Fees to the Admin Fee Audit Details report. The 12 individual quarter balances are included in the Distributions Audit Details report (column O) but it would be helpful to have it in the Audit Detail reports for Admin Fees as well.

  14. It would be helpful to include the Fund Summary on the Home page of a Fund in the Fund Advisor Portal. This is especially important for advisors who may only log in quarterly or annually to make grant requests. While you're at it, show the fund's Image with the summary.

  15. We are looking for a third party "wealth search" software to integrate with CSuite. iWave, DonorSearch and WealthEngine do not integrate with CSuite. Please partner with a third party for this type of software.

  16. When marking an opportunity related task "done" and subsequently adding a note, the note shows up on the profile of the household and/or individual, but not on the fund profile DESPITE the fund field being specified. In normal notes, if you make a note in a profile and add the fund, the note will show up under the fund, too. This does not happen with the opportunity task notes, which is not efficient or streamlined. It would greatly enhance opportunities if the task notes show up under the fund designated in the notes, just like normal notes.

  17. With the downturn in the markets we have more funds than usual that are underwater and have no spendable income available to grant. Those funds are currently showing a negative number in the Fund Advisor Portal. This is confusing to Fund Advisors. Is it possible to update the calculations so that if the available to grant is negative it would show as a zero on the Fund Advisor Portal. Or is it possible to turn off the showing of the Available to Grant by fund instead of all or nothing?

  18. Positive Pay - Template Edit Capability. In past softwares I've dealt with, we've had the ability to create bank groups which tie to a specific bank's positive pay file requirements because each bank has to have their own unique template. The bank group templates are then linked to the bank ledger account so, as you issue checks, the system knows which format to file for the positive pay export. Currently, the only option we have is to download the export and tweak it manually to meet the bank's needs. It would be preferable to have the system be able to…

  19. When we "Make Inactive" a CSuite user when an employee leaves, it should automatically turn off any notifications to that user.

    Currently, we have to remember that a person is receiving "grant request notification" emails for example, and uncheck the box manually BEFORE deactivating the user, or else those emails will continue. Worse, when you go to see whether they are included in the list of people receiving this notification, their name won't even appear... which requires you to reactivate the user just to be able to turn the notifications off.

    It's nice when you don't have to do these…
