  1. I created a test opportunity in the sandbox to explore the new features, including assigning a primary assignee, two additional assignees, and a professional advisor. While I appreciate the effort that went into developing these updates, I did notice something that could become problematic.

    Currently, when viewing the assignee, additional assignees, or professional advisor profle, it appears that each of them is also shown as having a duplicate opportunity identical to the donor’s. From a fundraiser's perspective, this could be quite confusing and potentially overwhelming.

  3. Shiny New Look: Responded to user feedback on the new UI updates, particularly around visibility and shading:
    - Increased contrast when grouping a custom report.
    - Increased contrast between enabled and disabled action buttons according to user permissions.
    - Updated buttons for generating award letters on scholarships.

  4. It would be helpful to be able to split accounts by functional expenses. For example, Occupancy accounts may not change allocation year over year, so it would be great to be able to set Occupancy accounts to be, for example, 75% G&A, 25% Program. You have enabled allocations on vouchers, but it appears accounts have to be set up as all or nothing, and that is not overly helpful.

  5. The paid invoices bucket has the oldest invoice at the top rather than the most recent. Please resort this bucket so newest invoices are at the top when you open the paid invoices bucket.

  6. Copilot (AI) data integration for optional feed into a client M365 tenant. This would allow clients to leverage their CoPilot (or other AI) licenses as they deem appropriate. As of now, there is no good way to utilize AI with data from CSuite. Please add an optional API or other integration that would allow staff to be more efficient when reviewing reports, profile notes, and other information in the system.

    The prime example is how CoPilot can help you prepare for a meeting by reviewing emails, calendar meetings, and notes pertaining to the topic. It would be great if we…

If I mark someone's organization role as a member and put a date range indicating when their membership ends, it would be great if CSuite recognized when this date passes and automatically changed their role from "Member" to "Former Member." Currently the system will only italicize the word "Member" from the CSuite view to mean not a member anymore. However, f I were pulling a report and wanted to know the profiles' org roles, it would only tell me "Member" and not show the italics meaning former.

    I cannot pull a report simply by Org Role ID "Former Member" unless…

I have recently been surprised by some new implementations/announcements that are very disruptive to my work (specifically, the change in the fund search function and the announcement that there will now be a Donate button next to the grant request button in the advisor portal). Can there be a more democratic process for the ideas that get implemented? Currently it seems that the process is to get some/lots of votes in Idea Lab or to be an "important" person/organization and get your wishes granted.

  9. With the "shiny new look", the Edit button for funds is at the top of the screen. If you're scrolling through the setting tab and find something that needs editing, you have to scroll all the way back up to the top of the screen to hit the edit button. In the past it was always on the left menu wherever you were in scrolling through the settings options.

  11. Please make the update that moves quick tips to the quick reference guide an opt in / optional update. Maybe some will find this a better interface, but as it shows in this roll out video (http://player.vimeo.com/video/1086467921), it would be a big step back for us. Being able to just hover over the ? icon and see the quick tips makes the system super intuitive and easy to verify field purposes. But with this update we would have to click a link to another page and search for that field through that list to see the tip instead.

  13. In reports and Data Visualization, you are able to create a report that shows all the opts and tasks associated with a Fund. We would like to be able to run a report or DV to show all funds that do not have tasks in a given date range so that we know who which fund advisors we need to touch base with. Currently, the only way to do this, is to run a report for all funds, and run a second report that shows funds with tasks, export both lists, and then do a vlookup in excel against the…

  14. When pulling the registrant list for an in-person events, it would be ideal to select the info and layout of the list, such as all registrants with guest info below, and organization info if the participant used their organization.
    As it is now, there is a lot of sifting necessary to narrow down the list to make an effective check in list.

  15. I noticed a suggestion a while back to include $0 funds in the Financials: Fund Balance Report, and I would like to bring that back up. Or else a custom report where you can pull balances as of a certain date, not just the Current Balance. This would be extremely helpful for various reasons.

  19. If you post a voucher before you add the campaign, you must unpost it before the campaign can be added. It would be easier if you can add a campaign to a posted voucher, similar to adding a campaign to a posted donation.

    With every other function, a user can add the campaign after the entry is posted except when dealing with vouchers. It is extremely frustrating to have to un-post, edit and repost to add a Champaign or change if required.

    This idea has been achieved before.... But I think it would be very helpful.

  20. LYBUNT Report in Dashboards is not accurate because it counts donations from households and individuals as separate.

    For example, if Jane Doe only donated in 2025 but the Jane and John Doe household donated in 2026, the LYBUNT report would show Jane Doe which would be incorrect because Jane actually did donate in 2026 with John through the household.

    I suggest having the LYBUNT report consider donations from indiv and their households as one unit to prevent this issue.
