Bulk Adding Profile Types from a Campaign
I would love to see a new left side menu option in a Campaign to "Bulk Add Profile Type" for profiles that are included on a specific campaign. I end up spending far too much time figuring out which fields to use in the custom reports area trying to achieve this. It would be a great way to streamline bulk adding/removing profiles to/from profile types for things like memberships.

Closed Funds - indicate in search results that fund is closed When you search in the general search box, add "(Closed)" after the fund name,
When you search in the general search box, add "(Closed)" after the fund name. This was a previously implemented idea but I'd love to see a tweak to it - can you change the "(Closed)" to RED letters? I love that it's there but still often click on the wrong fund because it doesn't catch your attention

User favorites
You should create a favorites page for each user or make it part of their dashboard. Users should be able to select or favorite the items they frequently use, so they don't have to navigate menus to find them. If I want journal entries, vouchers, donations, account transfers, and reports as my favorites, then I can just see those instead of all the menus.

Fund Reps should not see interfund donations that have not been processed
Hello - we have had issues with fund representatives being able to view partially posted interfund gifts to their fund, namely interfund gifts in the approval bucket. We would really like to be able to have an additional new bucket to stage grants so that our new bucket does not get so cluttered.

note type
Could we make Note Type mandatory? Currently, anyone can create a note within the system, and leave the Note Type blank. In terms of reporting, having Note Type filled in is key.

additional award letters
We need to send different letters to students throughout the year, but the Csuite system only allows for one. If you 'regenerate' for a second/different letter, it deletes the previous one. This is fine if you made a mistake and want to resend one, but we need to both send the original award letter, AND a reminder hey your payment is coming letter (not the scholarship letter) AND in some cases a renewal letter.
Can you please develop a way to send more than one template email/letter to a student from the award record?

Grant Catalog Donation Review
If you have the Review bucket turned on in donations, grant catalog funding doesn't update until the Review (Needs Review) button in Donations has been clicked. This unnecessarily delays the grant catalog update.
Can grant catalog funding and other internal donations (from one fund to another) be excluded from the Review bucket?

Add Ability to Filter Donor Report by “Has Not Given Between X and Y Date”
Many foundations need a quick way to identify donors who have not made a gift within a specific date range (for example, donors who have not given during the current fiscal year or within the last 12 months).
Currently, users can filter the Donor Report by Last Donation Date, or view Year-over-Year donation columns, but there is no simple way to directly filter for donors who have not given between two specific dates.
A few examples of common use cases:
-Identify board members who have not yet made a gift this year
-Identify lapsed donors who have not given within the past 12–24 months
-Identify previous donors who have not yet given during the current campaign or fiscal year
-Build stewardship or re-engagement task listsWhile some of this can be approximated using the Last Donation Date field, this does not fully solve scenarios where organizations want to:
-Exclude donors who gave during a specific period
-Identify donors who gave previously but not during a specific timeframeSuggested enhancement:
Allow users to filter donors using logic such as:-No donations between [Start Date] and [End Date]
-Has not given during Fiscal Year X
-Has not given within the past X monthsThis would significantly streamline donor stewardship workflows and eliminate the need for exporting data to Excel or using custom reporting for additional filtering.

Archived Fund Fee Types
We archive unused fund fee types to get them out of the way. Please update the system so that archived fees don't show up when editing a fund. It would be much easier to not have to wade through fee types that are no longer used.

Fundraising Campaign - Goal Thermometer
We noticed the new feature you added for using Campaigns in fundraising—it's a great addition and works well for efforts like the annual appeal or other targeted campaigns. It would be even more exciting and engaging if a goal thermometer could update in real time as gifts are received. That visual element could really help boost motivation and momentum!

Attach to fund using Outlook add-in
Thanks so much for the Outlook add-in for CSuite!
We would love to be able to attach an email directly to a fund. Is that possible?
Sometimes we might be having an internal communication about a fund and that's where we want this note to be attached, rather than associated with any one Profile.
It would help encourage good documentation practices as you're able to build in more options to this wonderful add-in. Thanks for your consideration!

recurring grants
It would be nice to have a report that shows when a recurring grant expires - showing on a report to easily know what donors to contact.

Donor Portal Financials - Only Allow Reporting on Closed Periods
We would love to enable the option for fund advisors to run manual fund statements or view financials. However, if we enable this, they can run these on any time period, closed or open. Until we close a period, information in an open period should remain internal only and not be available to fund advisors as it is subject to change. We have donors who would get upset if they saw something change from one day to the next.
Can the portal be configured to only allow financial reporting and manual fund statement generation for fund advisors within closed periods? I've been told that investment reporting only occurs on closed periods, so it seems like the functionality may already be available or easily converted to be similar. Obviously, staff still need the full access, but the donors do not need this confidential information until we are ready for it to be published.

1099 - Add Mailing Address to Report
The 1099 report pulls the Primary address for a profile, but we need it to pull the Mailing address, the Primary for us is the Physical address. Please add a column for the Mailing Address so that we do not need to check each profile and update addresses before submitting.
I also suggest that you add a column for primary email address as then we could email the 1099s through the filing systems.
Thank you!

Secondary Assignee Notification/Tracking
While it’s great that we can now add a secondary assignee to an opportunity, it doesn’t add much value if the secondary assignee isn’t notified or made aware of their designation. At the very least, it would be helpful if they received an alert letting them know they’ve been added, but ideally those opportunities would also appear on their “My Open” page so they can easily keep track of them.

Re‑run a Charity Check Directly from the Grant Record
Allow users to re‑run a charity check directly from the grant record. Currently, users must navigate back to the organization record to perform this action.
Adding this option at the grant level would reduce extra steps, save time, and streamline workflows, especially when managing multi-year grant payments. It would also help ensure ongoing compliance by making it easier to verify charity status before processing grant payments.

Pay email for customer invoices
When we email customer invoices the primary email is the default email, even if there is a separately marked pay email on the profile. Invoices should default to going to the pay address, not the primary. If you email invoices individually you can select what email address to use but you can't see which email is marked primary or pay unless you go back to the profile which is tedious, and the bulk email does not even list the option to switch the recipient email . We have some organizations we email invoices to and also email grant letters to so we need the ability to easily send these notification emails to different individuals.

Totals on Fund History
Can we please have totals when we are looking at grant and donation history detail within Fund History, especially once a filter is applied. It would be so helpful and avoid the extra steps of exporting to Excel each time!
