  1. Allow for the option to add 'all emails' or just 'primary emails' from a report to a Campaign. When there is more than one email on a profile, we want the ability to add them all to an email campaign.

Please consider either adding error handling for the description fields for donations and grant suggestions in the portals to prevent special characters, or adjust the PDF conversion software on the back end to better handle special characters. If the Word template has conditional formatting and any text with quotation marks comes through, Word processes it properly, but the PDF conversion removes or changes the text.   3. Allow for multiple directories to be tied to profiles. For instance, we use the nonprofit directory feature, which is awesome. We would also like to have a consultant directory. I'm thinking same look and functionality, just allow for more than one directory option.

  4. When creating campaigns to sell tickets for our affiliate partners' events, the ticket sales can go directly into their funds, rather than dealing with third party payment processors. However, they do not have access to their ticket sales info, which they need to coordinate the planning of their event. They also need an up-to-date guest list to be generated shortly before the event starts. This is a major strain for weekend activities when the foundation is not staffed to manually monitor and send ticket sales reports.

  5. Pending Grants in the "New" bucket entered by an internal user are visible on the fund advisor portal. These amounts are still in draft form and have not been posted or approved. It would prevent issues if there was a separate tab for grants entered by internal users or when entering a grant to list the external users who will be able to see it or even a "publish to the portal" option for unposted grants.

In the Giving Hub, there is currently no way to differentiate between funds that appear on the promoted-funds page because they are promoted and those that appear there because a logged-in fund advisor is viewing the page. I would like to be able to apply different styles to those two types of fund cards so it is clear to fund advisors at a glance which funds are theirs and which are promoted. To enable this, please add classes to the fund cards that reference the reason they are appearing on the page, such as "promoted-fund" and "advised-fund."

  8. I’m wondering if this label ‘How do you want to be recognized’ could be changed to something like, ‘How would you like to be recognized if different than above.’

    I’m also wondering if it could be moved down to the Additional Information section instead of being in such a prominent location.

  9. Now that closed funds have an option to be viewed in the portal, it would be nice to have the option to add closed funds to the fund advisor designation so folk can see the history in the portal.

  10. For numeric fields in a custom report there is currently a "Total Column" checkbox option to total the data from all rows in that column. The total will display in a new row at the bottom of the column.

    We'd like the same thing but with the option for Average, Min, Max, Count, etc. Those are only possible now by grouping and removing all other fields. We end up with the calculated value but can't see any of the individual records or details. We can get what we need in Excel by exporting and adding a formula but would like…

  11. Has Foundant explored the idea of creating their own mobile app for CSuite? I see a lot of requests related to making content more mobile friendly and responsive. I know you are revamping the donation pages with this in mind. But what about if there are staff members who could be helped by having a true mobile app with limited functionality? I'd bet there are many that have to be in the field meeting with folks for at least part of their day, and they would find great benefit in being able to quickly look up profiles, view grant and…

  13. Revise the login page so I don't have to scroll down to enter my username and password, and the same with the next page when I need to scroll down to enter my choice for authentication, and the next page when I have to enter the code. Attached are screen shots showing the inconvenience.

  17. Currently, journal entries are displayed sorted by debit and credit values, which makes it difficult to review and approve entries efficiently.

    When comparing entries against the entry spreadsheet, which lists them in the order of journal entry ID, the current sorting method disrupts the sequence and increases the likelihood of oversight or error. This misalignment between the system view and the entry format complicates the review process and slows down approvals.

  18. In CSuite: Allow Foundation staff to HIDE organizations from donors in the portal. (Eg: The Ohio State University – Scholarships)
    * Allows Scholarship orgs to be ACTIVE, and allows them to be paid directly from CSuite without going into SLM
    * Reduces the possibility that a donor will send a check to the Bursar.
    *Offers Foundation's the option to manage unsuitable nonprofit organizations, while investigating concerns.
    *Marking the grantee INACTIVE is NOT manageable in our workflow.

  19. The check register export needs to include a Description from the voucher/grant. When I send the check register to committee members, they will ask why did I send a $ amount to a particular recipient. If the description is included, the distribution would be more clear.

    A custom check report could be used to send out. That way you could add the columns that you would like.

  20. Please add a Fund ID column to ANY report that lists funds (at the very minimum if fund group/subgroup/division can not be added)
    When in Accounts and click on the account hyperlink to see what funds are associated with that account - it is a combined name i.e. "xyz fund::Designated" with no fund identification. Makes it very difficulty to export/copy-paste and do any v-lookups.
