Portal: update breadcrumbs when tab names are changed
When a tab name is revised in Portal Setting, have the 'breadcrumbs' on the portal reflect the new name and not the original hardcoded tab name. Example: if revise Nonprofit Directory tab name from 'Directory' to 'Index', would be great if breadcrumbs back to previous pages reflect 'Index'.

Return Check
It would be great to have a return check feature. When you complete a bank deposit and a check gets return, there needs to be a way to show that check was deposited but returned. The current way requires you to unpost and delete the check/donation. This is problematic especially when crossing months and the reconciliations don't match your bank statement.

Track principal balance
I recently created a new fund and in my haste, breezed past "Endowed" because the fund was not endowed. However, it will be so we needed to track principal. Clearly my oversight but I'd like to suggest changing "Endowed" to "Track Principal Balance". This would follow the "Track Spendable" format and clarify the purpose of the term "Endowed".

weekly recurring grant
The current options for recurring grants are monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual. Could a weekly option could be added in the future? A donor would like to send a grant to his church on a weekly basis.

Allow Dynamic Images to be turned on only for the Fund Image or the Additional Image area
The Dynamic Images resizing setting is nice for the Additional Images field, but it looks messy on the Fund Image side of things to have different sized images either in the promoted funds section or on the Nonprofit Directory side.
My idea is to allow us to turn on Dynamic Images either for just the Fund/Profile Image or the Additional Image.

bulk manage note and task types
This is reopening and combining a few previous ideas. We have tons of note and task types, please give us the ability for separate types. It would be so helpful if we could streamline them by changing them from one type to another as can currently be done with profile types. Thank you for reconsidering this option.

Memo for recurring vouchers
A memo for recurring vouchers would be helpful. There is a "Memo" field for a single voucher, but not for a recurring voucher.

GLM "See All" function when searching Organizations and Users
I would like a "See All" function when you are in the Organization and User Search pages so we can review everyone who has created an account regardless of if they have started a process.

Would really like to be able to see a calendar view of tasks and deadlines in CommunitySuite or be able to integrate with their Outlook or Google calendar.

Expand Outlook Integration for reading notes & profile details
The new Add Note to CSuite add-in is much appreciated but would be even better if you could also use it for composing an email and view existing notes & profile details. When we were demoing a competitor's platform before signing up with Foundant, they had an integration that would have a pop up showing the profile picture, details, and notes for the recipient with a live link to the profile in the platform. Would love to see something similar developed for Foundant.

Show 'private' funds in the Foundation Fund search dropdown when in the advisor portal
Add 'private' funds to the Foundation Fund list when clicking on 'Create Grant Request' on the Advisor Portal. These funds currently don't show. We have fund holders who want to make an internal grant from one private fund to another private fund.
Also add the option to search for 'other Foundation Funds' when choosing 'Search Grantee'. An advisor should be able to search for a grantee OR a foundation fund. Currently, searching for a foundation fund is only available when clicking on the 'Previous Grantee' button not the 'Search Grantee' button.

scholarship award lettter
The email template (from Scholarship/Content) for a Scholarship Award Letter only offers one field for the Dear "Student.Name" . Please give us options - at least "First Name" because sending and email that says Dear Last Name, First Name is kind of terrible.

Save Report Columns Options (ordering, naming, showing, etc.) on Print Screen in Financial Reports
Please add the option to save changes made to the Report Columns options when on the Print screen in Financial Reporting. The new changes made in Financial reporting allow for additional print options, but it is not possible to save these changes for future use. Please provide the option to save these changes so they can be loaded when re-running these financial reports in the future.

Grant Post Notify Email Subject
Request: Add the ability to customize the subject line of the Grant Post Notify Email.
Fund holders rely on clear, actionable communication when a grant is posted to their fund. The subject line is the first point of contact and should immediately convey the purpose and origin of the email. The current default is too generic and can come across as unclear or even suspicious. Allowing for subject line customization would help ensure that recipients recognize the email’s intent and engage with it appropriately.

sort order of funds
I would like to be able to adjust the sort order of Funds.
For example, I would like a fund entitled The University Fund to appear under U instead of under T. Or John and Jane Doe Donor Advised Fund to appear under D instead of J.
The report that I use most often that I would like sorted this way is the Fund Balance Report in Financials. I cannot figure out a work around to make this happen.

event ticket fields required
20+ pages of ideas for events should raise a concern that the current campaign solution is quite inadequate.
Several fields for in-person events are not set up with a radio button allowing us to make them required. We cannot make guests' names (first and last) and main entree choices in Requests required. This causes extra work for our two-person organization that the software could prevent with basic modifications.

"Profile Linked Name" in Opportunities - can it just be a profile name field for reporting?
Hi - really like the ability to link multiple profiles and the advisor to an opportunity. However, in reporting, the profile name that pulls into the report is the one that shows the main name, plus any name linked to that name (Profile Linked Name). This includes if the opportunity was for an organization. Ideally, I would like to choose the profile field for one name only, and the profiles I would like to associate with the opportunity, and not have all linked profiles appear. Thank you!

Giving Hub - Customized Questions
It would be great to be able to add customized questions to our online giving pages. These could be both fund specific and also questions consistent across all forms. For example, we used to allow our donors to sign up for specific publications (versus just generally signing up for communications on the current giving pages). We also used to have a question that allowed them to choose whether they wanted their information shared with internal committees or withheld. This option formed the basis of several policies related to the way we share donor information, so it would be great to…
