  1. While I'm encouraged that a 'Balance Change' report has been added, there is no option to drill down by month/quarter/year...please add the option to do so, or this report is not nearly as helpful as it could be.

  2. It would be great if there were a total when batch creating vouchers in the grants area. There are totals in each area of of the process such as posting, and approving, but not during the batch voucher.

  3. We have been instructed by Foundant's support team to populate the "Sponsored Org" field on grants with the Sponsoring Org. Can this field be renamed to "Fiscal Sponsor" so that it aligns with how it is intended to be used. This would also require "Sponsor", which appears on grant reports, to be renamed to "Sponsored Org". If that cannot be implemented across CSuite due to other clients using these fields as they are named, can we be given the ability to rename these fields within our specific CSuite site?

  4. The "Donation Report" page for a Tribute shows each gift amount (which we may not want to share with the person being notified) but does not show the mailing address of each donor (which we do want to share). Ideally, the "Donation Report" page would allow us to add or remove columns. The only work-around is via a Custom Report, which shouldn't be necessary.

    This is a common-sense revision that shouldn't require action based on the number of votes it receives.

  5. When an interfund grant is processed the donation side of the transaction lists the name without the corresponding fund number when reporting. It would be helpful if the full name including the fund number displayed on reports.

  6. There are times throughout the year where it is necessary to put several recurring grants into the system to set everything up for the next year or based upon requests from a fund holder. In order to do this it has to be done one by one in the system. It would be helpful to have a way to get several recurring grants into the system via a front-end import.

  8. We would like to be able to hide statement vouchers in the Fund Advisors voucher tab. These transactions are sometimes confusing for the advisor We would like the vouchers they see to be relevant. Maybe this goes further to be able to filter and hide certain vendors?

  9. When we receive donations from a DAF fund or Trustee it would be nice to have that as a profile type to select instead of Individual, Household or Organization.

  10. Add ability to add a note to a Group record under System Configuration. As a system admin, I am currently keeping a separate record of notes for each of the user groups I create. Different teams, and members on those teams, have different access requirements so I am documenting the purpose of each targeted Group. It would be more convenient to have these notes included on the Group record but there is currently not a button to add a note to that type of record.

  11. It would be amazing to have the ability to set up department codes as an optional field that can be selected on each line item when entering a voucher, and thus show up when looking at the GL detail for each expense item.

    We have started doing our budget to actual reporting internally by department and some accounts are used by multiple departments. This would be a huge help!

  12. It may be helpful with muscle memory to place the new Login Info tab now located on the Native profile to the right of the Notes tab. This would allow the tabs to remain in the historical order. Allowing users muscle memory to remain intact.

  13. Have the ability to decrease the spendable amount on an internal grant for the Source Fund. I've seen references to apply the amount to spendable to the Destination Fund, but I need to decrease the spendable on the Source Fund.

  14. When we off-board someone, we inactivate their account in CSuite. Depending on the situation, this may be done quickly. Whether it's quick or not, later on, we may need to re-assign their tasks to someone else. They also may have valuable custom reports that they neglected to share. Either one of these two require us to re-activate the user so that we can login as them to address the items. When we do that, we lose tracking on when we originally inactivated them. It also is a security concern that we open up an ex-employee’s account, making it active, albeit…

  15. The new "Portal Options -> Settings" areas in the sandbox (and rolling out to live site tomorrow) are great -- lots of customization! I would love to have the ability to edit the "Recognition Name" field name and description from the Checkout area of the donation portal/giving hub. Our donors don't interpret that field in quite the same way our staff do, and we would like to customize how it appears as we can with the Cover CC, Anonymous, and Newsletter fields.

  17. Please add an option to be able to delete more than one report at a time. I'm searching for reports I've created by date last run (in this case 2022) and after I search, select a report to delete, then confirm delete, the screen goes back to all custom reports and I have to research and do the whole process again to delete another report. Add an option in the Bulk to also be able to delete reports.

  18. When selecting [clear] next to a tribute on a donation, you are brought to a confirmation page which says "Confirm Donation Delete" yes or no -> the wording on this page is confusing as it seems you may actually be deleting the donation, not the tribute.
    Would be nice to update the verbiage to something more clear like "Confirm clear tribute" to avoid confusion

  19. We support multiple communities. When we show promoted funds on the portal, it would be nice to be able to show them by either Service Area or Group:Division. (Internally, we would be willing to use either of these attributes to assign the appropriate community.)

    So when the portal is displayed, users could easily find funds in their community.

    Donors do have the option to search by a service area, so if you displayed them on a fund record, they could sort on "xxxx" and a list of those funds would display. We don't plan on adding sort option to the tables, but are considering more filter options in the future. So changed the title to reflect what is possible.
