Allow Multiple File Attachments when Creating a Voucher
Currently, you can only attach one file when creating a voucher. Most of our vouchers require more than one attachment, and an extra step is required to attach additional documents before posting the voucher. We would like the ability to attach multiple files when creating a voucher to make the process more efficient. Request by GMF.

Grant Post Notify Email Subject
Request: Add the ability to customize the subject line of the Grant Post Notify Email.
Fund holders rely on clear, actionable communication when a grant is posted to their fund. The subject line is the first point of contact and should immediately convey the purpose and origin of the email. The current default is too generic and can come across as unclear or even suspicious. Allowing for subject line customization would help ensure that recipients recognize the email’s intent and engage with it appropriately.

Edit Custom Filed for Scholarship/Grant
When a scholarship becomes a grant there is no way to open all the custom fields for editing, like you can with an original grant. We currently have to select each one individually to edit and we have a lot. Can an edit custom field function on the left nav bar be added?

Ability to report on which address a voucher is set to send to once processed
We would like the ability to run a report that shows which address a voucher payment will be sent to once processed. Our Finance Director would like the ability to review these addresses before approving them for payment to ensure the payments are sending to the correct address.
Most of our records default to the primary address. A few direct to the pay address if we have used it, and sometimes we enter an address under "other" so it's currently not easy to pull those fields into a report for our director to review.

Fund Anniversary with Thank You Letter Template
We would love to be able to add a fund's anniversary (this could be at the fund advisor level?) with a letter template option to send a "Thank your for partnering with us" letter on the anniversary date.

Grant Refund - Payment Type
When depositing a returned grant, the only payment type is check. We most often get returned grants electronically and therefore, the payment type is incorrect.

Bank Reconcile - Reconcile List button within the reconciliation
Would love to have the "Reconcile List" button that takes you back to the list of reconciling accounts within the completed bank reconciliation page. As I'm now approving bank recs within CSuite, I currently have to press "Back" and then "Reconcile List" once I've approved a bank rec and I'm ready to go to another one.

Report Filtering
When running reports, it would be helpful to expand filtering options in general. For example, I can currently add a filter for "Ref" under the Notes report and stipulate "NOT profilepayment" but I cannot add multiples such as "NOT profilepayment and NOT donation". The help desk said the only way to do this would be to build multiple reports. I've run into this filtering limitation with other reports/fields as well.

New Portal FUND SUMMARY Recent Grants - 20 displayed only
When a fund advisor is looking at the FUND SUMMARY page and Recent Grants, the list of Recent Grants that displays on this page is a maximum of 20 grants. It’s not a list determined by a lookback of a month or anything that seems to make sense, in fact an advisor of ours made a bunch of grants on the same date and this list was only showing some of them, which led her to believe that not all of them had gone through. Adding to the confusion is that it looks like the advisor can choose to edit the grants that display on the page (from 20 to 100 - see screenshot attached), but even when they choose to see the last 100 grants, it only displays 20. That is extremely confusing!
Once I figured this out, I added an explanation at the top of the page to hopefully clarify confusion – under Portal Options, Fund Advisor tab, Portal Fund Advisor Header. So that hopefully helps a bit, but unfortunately that header content is not exclusive to the FUND SUMMARY page, it also shows up on the general FUNDS page. I don’t see a Content setting to have a header for Fund Summary only but not the entire Fund Advisor page.

Positive Pay Export
It would be great to have the option to export the Positive Pay report as a CSV file since that is the requirement with our bank. It would also be very helpful to have the option to request how the data columns are formatted in the generated Positive Pay report. Our bank requires the data columns in a different arrangement than what is generated in C-Suite. Every week I will need to transfer the TXT file into an Excel document to make the column adjustments and to save it as a CSV file. This is a lot of extra work to revise this weekly report. Our former financial program easily customized the Positive Pay report to fit our banks requirements.

Add Email address "Other Detail" to a reporting object.
The email address has an associated data field named "Other Detail". There is not a way to add the email address "Other Detail" field to a report. The "Other Detail" field is currently only viewable in the CSuite application screen. We would like to use the email "Other Detail" field to hold codes to subscriptions allowed at that address.
There is a similar data field for the Phone number named "Detail" which is available in a reporting object.

Create a report for removed files "found to contain a virus and no longer accessible"
We had an attached file removed by the system and it was only by chance that it was noticed.
An auto email notifying of removal, or the ability to have on demand or regularly scheduled reports listing removed files so they can be re-uploaded would be useful.

Donation Receipt only after posted
Generate receipt option only after donations are posted to avoid errors and accidentally sending a receipt too early, but still allow you to save the donation in the system as a placeholder.

Customize MFA Text for Portal Login
We would like to be able to update the MFA communication from Foundant when our clients login to the Fund Portal. Currently the MFA sends a text with just numbers. Some of our Fund Advisors are weary of Spam/Phishing. Can we add the ability to customize the message.
Example: Austin Community Foundation is sending your one time passcode: 000000

Balance Swaps related to public securit donations
When a public security donation comes in to an investment account for a fund that is associated with a different account, a balance swap recommendation appears as of that donation date. It should not show up until the sale of those securities has been recorded, so the swap amount equals the actual cash in hand rather than the donation value. Without a change, errors can easily occur and create confusion with reconciliation of transactions at the end of the month.

Grant Request Log - Add changes to grantee before grant creation
If an online grant request is submitted and the grantee is changed by a staff member before the grant is created, the log should show us the original information. It only shows the original grantee IF the original was already a profile. If the grantee was manually entered, and a staff member changed the grantee to an existing profile, the original grantee is blank in the log.
Please add a log of all grantee information from the original request (grantee name, address, etc.) if it was entered manually and then the grantee was changed before the grant was created.
This idea was posted before and marked as implemented, but the implemented fix does not account for manually entered grantee information. Here is the previous idea:
