  1. Would like there to be more freedom in campaigns to create multiple choice, free response, and Y/N surveys for volunteer recruitment and tracking and surveys to send after an event to collect feedback.

  2. Currently the only notification related to tasks and notes is the notification that is sent to a user when they are assigned to a task that they do not own. If I add myself to a task I am creating, I would not receive an email.

    It would be nice if the creator and anyone that the task is share with could receive a notification when any notes are added by the user that the task is assigned to.

  4. We'd like to see a field on the main page of the donor profile that allows us to enter donor biographies (2-3 sentences), we'd like it to be a field that will pull into reports. This is a feature Blackbaud offers and is so nice when pulling a donor report for staff, board, and volunteers to prepare them for donor engagement.

  5. Many screens have the 'Log' menu item, but not all of them. For example, Fund fee type has a 'log' button to see who edited it, but Admin Fee types does not. But if you go into "Logs" and add a few filters, you can create a filter that approximated what the 'log' button would have done for that screen.

    It would be best if all screens that had any sort of editable data on it had a 'log' button on it that would create a filtered log list for that item.

  6. When trying to see a full picture of a donor and upcoming tasks, it would be nice to see future Opportunity tasks on the profile. Right now, I have to open the Opportunity to see if there is a future task set (or search All Tasks) and it would be nice if it were just to appear on the profile as a future task.

  7. We are creating an affiliate program as a Foundation, and our Foundation has been in existence for over 30 years. Some of our affiliate partners already have funds set up with us because they are historical partners. We will provide a different level of access to donor information and donation amounts for our affiliates. We are running into setup roadblocks because several permissions are set as global or fund-level permissions that would be helpful to have on a more granular level—at the individual fund advisor and/or affiliate level. Specifically:

  8. The UI Refresh looks great, however when a user decides to go back (disable the shiny new look) to the original look in the Styles Settings. It changes it globally for all the users in CSuite. Please make it so it doesn't change it for everyone and make it based on the users preference. Thank you.

  9. The Donation Comment for historical donations needs to be editable just like any other closed donation. There is an [edit] link beside it, but it takes you to a 404-error page when you click it.

  12. Currently in bulk import of opportunities we are unable to set the stage and add custom fields. I have to manually and individually change the stage if it isn't the first stage. And to add custom fields I have to do v-lookups and do it in different bulk uploads to identify the opportunity id to then bulk update the custom fields. The bulk import of profiles allows the import of custom fields and the default fields. I would like to when doing a bulk import of opportunities to also set the stage it should be at and the custom fields…

  13. We would like to add instructions on when to use individual vs household vs org on the checkout page. Currently, a lot of households use the individual setting and we can't change it on the back-end.

    That, or make the choices more visible. They're easy to miss!

  14. After creating a campaign, there is an option to import a CSV document with the Profile IDs of donors/advisors who received the email. This allows you to add multiple profiles to the campaign at once.

    There should be the same feature for donations attributed to a campaign, we should be able to upload a CSV file of Donation IDs to the marketing campaign instead of having to manually add each donation 1 by 1.

  15. We appreciate the options for new data visualizations. However, the ability to send reports externally from internal data on a recurring basis for any user is concerning. We need to be able to restrict this based on staff who have the awareness of what should or shouldn't be shared externally without review. Can permissions be added for this?

    Internal data needs to remain internal with no ability to unintentionally leak it externally.

  16. When wanting to validate settings on each general ledger account it is hard to double check/verify any of the following settings as they are not possible to view in a custom report or to even export out of CSuite from the Chart of Accounts:

  17. Fund Advisors of scholarship Funds do not receive email notifications when scholarships are paid, even though scholarships are paid as grants within CSuite. Please make Grant Payment Notifications apply to scholarships. I'm fielding lots of questions from anxious FA's about whether or not checks have been sent out.

  18. Allow filtering on the same field more than once for the same report. For example, we might want to see 2 specific dates, or eliminate more than one batch or date from a report.

  19. We have a need to send some notifications for donations on tributes manually while processing others (on the same tribute) in bulk. This is not an intermittent need for us; it happens weekly. We should be able to do this by processing the one-off notifications manually, then running the remaining notifications through the bulk process. However - CSuite doesn't add a sent date to tributes that are sent manually. It does show the action in the log, but not to users or in reports.

    Can you please have the sent date populate for manually notified donations on tributes?

  20. Adding a field for the check number in the grant award letter Templates.

    Due to the high volume of grants processed weekly, it’s very important to ensure timely donor recognition and to streamline the process for recipient organizations. Currently, it can take up to 10 days between the award letter email and the arrival of the check via USPS. This delay makes it difficult for organizations to connect the award letter with the check when it arrives.
