Show number of users assigned to process
Add an icon or label to or near the 'Assign Users' button (on the Update Process page) to indicate how many users are currently assigned to the process.

Assign evaluations by student in the Evaluation Assigned bucket
Our evaluations are done by student and if I need to edit evaluations assignments in the Evaluation Assigned bucket, it's very hard to ensure all of a student's opportunities are assigned to the same evaluator when I have to assign by opportunity instead of by student. This is still not possible with the new update if a student has already been assigned to evaluators. Adding percentages to the Table feature
We would like to replace our budget template with tables but we need to be able to show %'s for each expense section and revenue area. In particular, we need to be able to identify the applicant's 10% match in the revenue section. Adding %'s to the Table feature would be helpful so we could do away with applicant's having to download the budget template and then upload it again.

Sharing Questions for the Nested Lists
I don't see this idea listed the way that I'm gong to explain it. I would like to use "Nested Lists" but I don't because I cannot share those lists on decisions, follow-ups, etc. It is a wonderful function but useless when I have to go back to the application to see what the responses to the nested questions. I believe that sharing nested lists throughout the workflow would be a great feature to access.

I'd like to suggest adding a merge field in the email templates that pulls in the email address of the student's parent or guidance counselor.

Our grantees are receiving automated reminder emails attached to their grants at 2am. This is leading to confusion and overlooked emails because folks assume they are not legitimate emails. Is it possible to adjust the time that automated email reminders are sent to during business hours? Thank you!

SLM- Third party account view
SLM request from parents/ caregivers and well as mentors and counselors that it would be helpful if applicants could give them viewable access of the users dashboard. In this request, trusted adults would be able to be added to the account by the user. As third party viewers of the account, they could see which applications have been submitted and when, follow up form due dates and submissions.

pdf with no comments
We use the Administrator Comments feature to provide draft review feedback to our applicants. Many applicants use the comments, then want us to remove them so that they can create a clean PDF of their completed application. We don't want to delete our comments as that is part of the grant process record, but we also don't want reviewers to be able to see the comments. Right now, our only option is to make all the comments not visible to applicants, proxy as the applicant, download the PDF, then make all the comments visible to the applicant again. This is…

Applicants aren't able to access their organization's basic info once the application period has ended. They should be able to go into their account at any time and update their organization's contact info - ie address, phone, website... as well as their organization's contacts. We, as admins, shouldn't have to manage this. Additionally, we have some applicants who have multiple EDs listed in their contacts. They should manage this and remove the outdated ones. Not us. It'd be helpful if they had a tab always available to them in which they can see their organization's contact info and the contacts…

Multiple Tributes for online gifts
When people make online gifts sometimes they are giving in memory of multiple people, but we can't connect more than one tribute to the gift so we have to manually keep track. It would be nice if there was a mechanism to help us track when this happens. Support said there is not and to post here instead

SLM - Limited Eligibility Quiz Information using Reports
You can currently pull specific question responses for "Passed" eligibility quizzes using the Foundant reporting system (by selecting Approved on pre-filters). However, you cannot pull responses, emails, etc. for those that have "Failed". We would like to analyze those answers, retrieve contact information and other basic functions using Reports for additional follow-up.

Dropdown Field in Organization and Contact profile
A customizable dropdown "category" field in the contact profile and the organization profile pages would allow for Foundations to create more specific reports. Assigning contacts to a specific "VIP" category or "ED" category could be a game changer for managing contacts in Foundant and pulling these in reports. Same scenario with organizations; having the capability to place them on a hold category, or inactive category would help a great deal in reports.

Would love for Candid to automatically check/verify applicants 501c3 status prior to them submitting a Letter of Intent/Application or at least showing on their submitted application what the status of the organization is.
It would be nice to see all submitted applications and the status of their organization right there on the Dashboard all at one glance or at least within their application.

Universal Application
Create a way to export processes from a universe without having to individually create them in the process tab? Like, if you have a universe full of application opportunities, you would have the ability to move each application opportunity to an individual process by copying every process into its own. This would then move all eligibility requirements, application, evaluation, and follow ups to the new process. Then in each process, you are able to edit out the eligibility requirements that are no longer needed.

GLM/QBO Integration Chart of Accounts
Our GLM site is linked to QuickBooks Online through the new integration. In the Account drop down list on the Installment Form, the one Chart of Account account we charge grant payments to is not included in the list. There are 46 accounts that we can select from....just not the one expense account that we charge all grant payments to!
I would like to be able to have our grant account added to the list of available accounts and the other accounts deleted.1 vote -
