  1. Notifications to Administrator for when reports are marked complete by program staff. Without having this it is making payments go out late due to program staff not sending email to administrator. It adds an extra step.

  2. When viewing a follow up, it shows tabs beside it with the Approval and Application; however, it does not show all follow ups. It would be helpful if each follow up was visible and I could click on all information associated with that particular application. For example, I usually have 2 follow ups with an application. One is the grant agreement and one is the follow up report. I'd like to be able to click between the two.

  3. Track Changes and Users Making Changes on all Process Forms (Application, Evaluation, Follow Ups)

    Right now there's track changes in submitted applications, follow up forms, approval and denial forms. We really needed this on these important process forms to capture when changes are made, so we can follow up on items that go missing, come out edited differently than the last time we downloaded the application or what have you. Change logs are typically standard in databases.

  4. In an LOI or Application, when you click on Edit Comment for the Administrator Comment box, you then ALSO have to put your curser in the box and click to be able to type a comment. It would be super helpful if it automatically put the curser in the box to type. That is why you open the box.

  5. When an individual is added as a collaborator, they seem to skip the registration process? They are not tied to an organization and don't have a role assigned. I'm getting emails from people that have been collaborators and think they have access to the system but don't. I'd also like to assign follow ups to a collaborator without having to add them as a user first. Can they automatically be granted applicant status?

  6. Could we keep the search bar and headers at the top (freeze them)? When you are scrolling down (up to 500 rows), it's easy to lose track of the header and I have to scroll all the way up just to search if I can't find what I'm looking for. If the search bar stuck, I could just enter my search criteria and keep moving without all of the scrolling to top to view the header or search.

  9. We have different evaluators for the Evaluation 1 step. It is dependent on the location, etc. of the applicant. We can have any one of three different evaluators for the Evaluation 1 process.
    When we batch assign evaluators for Evaluator 2 process, requests go to all board members. However, when batching Evaluation 2 assignments, all other participants in the Evaluation 1 process (even those not assigned because of request particulars) receive an Evaluation 1 assignment as well. So now all other Evaluation 1 members receive the request in their Staff Evaluation bucket as well as their Board Member bucket (some…

  10. In reporting our board /vetting committee would like to see an organization's prior request/grant amount. We have numerous applicants that are coming back for funds too soon and it would be great if there a field that would show this information.

  11. It used to be that the only required fields for a new user was the name, email and password. Now, when I create a new user (for example, as an evaluator), I have to include their title, phone, address, city, etc. It's a pain, and I don't usually have those details. Can I change those fields so they're not required? Or change at least some of them? Thanks!

  12. I would love to be able to break up long applications into tabbed sections or, better yet, separate pages. The ability to add section breaks and group questions that came with GLM 2.0 helps. But I still think it would be easier for grant seekers to navigate long applications if questions were organized on different pages.

    Survey Moneky has a nice interface for organizing questions in multiple page surveys. Their interface doesn't allow users to select pages by clicking on a tab, which is what I would love to see, but it does allow users to flip between pages that…

  13. I would like to have the option to batch delete abandoned

    requests -- it’s tedious having to delete them one by one. Could this be an

    option listed at the bottom of the “Search Requests & Decisions” page? I

    can understand not wanting folks to accidentally delete other items on this

    page. With this in mind, could it be built to only appear as an option when a

    search is done for abandoned requests?

  17. We need to be able to track scholarship specific information (such as associated high school, minimum award amounts, maximum award amounts, criteria, funding use limitations, etc.). Custom fields on scholarships that are REPORTABLE are needed! Custom fields on awards or funds won't suffice because a fund can have multiple scholarships and an award is too far downstream in the workflow. SLM doesn't allow for tracking of this information either so without custom fields in CSuite we are forced to continue tracking this information in Excel :(

  19. When assigning follow up forms, add a warning that comes up if the person assigned is a collaborator, as they will not be able to edit the form. As it stands, the organization gets the assignment and can see the form but does not know why they cannot edit.

  20. I was wondering if anyone would find value in the ability to weight evaluation questions. We are exploring the idea of funding general operating requests and project-based requests, all from one process. If we were able to weight questions or make some scoring questions optional, this would prevent and help us with our evaluation of LOIs and Applications.
