Flagging Unsupported Characters
Members of my team spent hours on chat trying to troubleshoot why they could not upload files to organizational profiles while I could. The issue at hand was the use of an unsupported character in the file name... the system did not give us any indication of this, nor did support staff ask about the file name. We managed to figure it out on our own.
Would be great to either list unsupported characters in file upload spaces, or to have a pop up message when an unsupported character is preventing file upload.

Allowing a true count of students in a UA under the submitted bucket
When a student submits their General Application in the UA, you can only see a true number count by pulling a report. It would be helpful if those individual students would show up as submitted, since they have submitted a General Application. The drafted students shows correctly, but it shows 0 for submitted when that it not accurate. Right now they just get moved to the individual opportunity immediately instead of showing in the submitted bucket.

Multiple Evaluations in GLM
When looking at the overall process, the user is only allowed two evaluations per process. We have a unique situation where we have areas of community need and are looking to divide up the applications. We were hoping to add more evaluations to four (4) so we can create separate evaluations for a better experience for our reviewers. We were also hoping to create unique evaluations that are more in line with each application that comes through our process.
I am suggesting being able to add more evaluations in each process in case two is NOT enough for the process.

Real-Time Score Summation on Evaluation Forms
The Problem: Currently, evaluators can only see the total percentage on their dashboard after submission. While filling out a form, they have no way to see the cumulative raw score unless they calculate it manually. This adds unnecessary cognitive load and leads to "scoring blind," where evaluators aren't sure if their individual marks align with the final grade they intended to give.
The Solution: Add a "Total Score Counter" at the bottom of evaluation forms (or as a sticky header/footer). This counter should update in real-time as the evaluator selects scores for individual questions.
Key Benefits:
Accuracy: Evaluators can immediately…

Automated Scoring
We receive approximately 600 applicants through our universal application each cycle. It would be great if certain components of the application could be automatically scored such as GPA or SAI from FAFSA.
Automating these purely objective metrics would significantly reduce the time burden on reviewers and administrators. Most important to me is minimizing the need for follow-up corrections due to scoring inconsistencies.

Make Registration Fields Admin-Editable
Please allow admins the option to edit user fields. While Foundant Support is generally very responsive to requests, it seems unnecessary to have to bother the team every time we would like a change made to our registration page. thank you!

charity check report
Export ALL GuideStar Charity Check Information
There is an archived idea with this same title that shows as "Implemented", but that's not actually accurate. Currently, the only Charity Check fields available in the reporting tool are:
Charity Check Verification Date
Charity Check Tax Id
Charity Check Publication 78 Date
Charity Check IRB Date
Charity Check BMF Date
Charity Check Deductibility Code(s)
Charity Check Non-private StatusThis leaves out a whole host of other fields that display in the Charity Check tabs. At the very least I would like to have access to the Charity Check organization name so I can…

Batch Download Email History
For organizations subject to Right to Know laws, being able to batch export a request's or a contact's email history would be hugely helpful. As it is, you cannot print out emails, you have to copy them into a separate document.

Make 'See More' in comment windows a different color
On the new dashboard, when comments are so long that they don't entirely fit in the preview box, the user must click on 'See More' to reveal the full message. I find that it blends in and would love for it to be a different color to stand out from the message itself. That's an easy fix, right?

It would be helpful to have an "alternative organization name" field that would automatically be searched when searching for an organization by name. This would be usefull when an organization has had a name change or has multiple names. Thanks!

Customizable Administrator Dashboard
I would like to be able to add and remove buckets from the Open Requests section of the administrator dashboard. I have two different application processes, and I would like to quickly and easily see statuses for both of them on the dashboard, instead of having to click into application statuses, apply a filter to view one process, and then change the filter to view the other process.

Add "Reply to" email as a searchable/viewable field on email templates
The longer an organization is in the system, the more likely they are to have many admins and many email templates. Whether it's a large team that needs to find their own email templates among a larger team or a new admin that needs to update "reply to" fields from their predecessor, there's not a fast way to see the "reply to" for email templates. Adding it to the email template list would be VERY helpful.

Insert an image into emails
Someone may have posted this somewhere, but it would be really nice to be able to put images in an email without having to use a link! Thanks.

Allow evaluation fields to be pulled into merge templates
As the evaluation fields cannot be pulled into merge templates, we have built our due diligence processes into an internal-only section of the application form. As a result, this means that the application is extremely long, and we are needing to continuously scroll up and down to review the required information. It would be much better if we could have a side-by-side view, such as you get with the evaluation stage.
We could build the due diligence into the evaluator 1 stage to do this, but none of the fields could then be included in our merge templates. If these…3 votes -
control number
It would be helpful for me if the system could assign a control number as applications are submitted. Often I use the reports for blind reviews and while I can hide the applicant information it would be best to have a reference number or control number to use instead of identifying the application by title as that is often a cumbersome way to identify/cross reference an entry.

Change "Date" to "Decision Date" in Organization History
This is just a minor UI/UX suggestion. I recently had a grantee miss a deadline because they thought the dates shown on past requests in the Organization History indicated the date the requests were submitted, not the date they were approved. Granted, there are plenty of other ways to check deadlines, but I imagine if it's happened once, it's probably happened other times as well. All this would take is changing the Date column to read Decision Date.

When using the LOI process, there are buttons that say "Save LOI" and "LOI Complete." We use the LOI process for other things than just an LOI, including sponsorship requests. It's confusing to have these buttons when the request isn't an LOI. Would be wonderful if we can customize the language in those buttons. If not, changing those buttons to something more generic like "Save Request" and "Request Complete" would help them be relevant to most scenarios.

We would like the capabilities to delete organizations and users so we can clean up our GLM database.
We currently have an organization that we cannot delete due to a charity check that was conducted. Although this organization has no requests or contacts associated with it, the charity check issue prevents us from removing it. We also would like to have the ability to delete old users who are not tied to our grant applications, not just make them inactive. We currently do not use a CRM program and have used GLM as our main source for data.

applied button
The "applied (with check mark)" is confusing our grantees. Grantees can make multiple applications to the same process. They have no idea that "Applied" means they have the correct application submitted. Can you change "Applied" to "Apply". The following page warns them of duplicates anyway. Why confuse things.
