  1. We would really like to have the rich text editor also available for the email templates. We would like to be able to underline/bold/italics/bullet points/etc for emails that are automated from the system.

    We will often bypass sending an auto email to instead spend the work doing them individually specifically because we cannot add emphasis in the text. Please consider adding this functionality!

  2. I accidentally deleted a comment since I was not use to the new dashboard look and See More is sort of hidden in the preview of the comments. Foundant couldn't do anything to help. Would be great if there was a recently deleted or bold the See More.

  3. Please restore the site settings allowing admins to designate specific org page fields that can be updated by applicants. I recognize that not every client wants this, but as a trust-based org, we'd like to give our grantee partners the autonomy to update their address on their own rather than having to reach out to us. (And if you all don't recall how this used to work, please reach out to me for more details.)

  4. As a scholarship admin, I want a way to communicate with students about the renewal requirements for an opportunity within the system.
    - can do with email types, but it requires lots of manual work

    As a scholarship admin, I want to remove the human review of follow-up forms to verify renewal eligibility.

    I want to set rules for if a follow-up should be marked complete and if they don't does it kick back to draft, email the students, etc.

    Examples of eligibility criteria for renewal
    - GPA
    - School
    - Major

  5. I understand that there is a feature that allows follow ups to be submitted either sequentially or in any order. This is helpful if you want all follow ups to follow the same rules. However, we need most of our follow ups to be submitted sequentially, and then just a couple of them to be able to be submitted at any time.

    We have deadlines for each of our follow ups, but applicants are welcome to submit certain follow ups with a later deadline (i.e. match documentation) before the others (a final grant report, for example, which we do 3…

  6. We utilize several internal grant processes in GLM to account for monies flowing from one of our funds to another fund within our organization. We recently realized that syncing these grants from GLM to CSuite only allows for an external grant to be created in CSuite. It would be great to allow for creation of INTERNAL Grants when synced with CSuite so we can designate Source Fund and Destination Fund.

    We want to use the sync functionality and originate ALL grants from GLM.

  7. We keep comments for several organizations in the organization profile. If a comment is accidentally deleted, there is no way to get it back. A history of previous comments would be super helpful, like how the change log shows up for the org.

  8. We would like the ability to add integrated custom fields from CSuite into Universe Forms.

    We capture data such as DOB on our application and would like that to integrate to a students CSUITE profile, instead of having to run a bulk update.

  9. Make organization profile questions shareable on to forms. We have agreements and other follow-up forms that reference the organization name and address. Instead of needed to retype them into the form or reference the mini profile that appears above but somewhat separate from the form, we would like to be able to pull in the organization profile answers as if they were shared questions. Since these are universal fields for the organization, it seems like they should be universally sharable on to forms.

    1. Allow admins to create additional merge fields for their specific documents. Currently Foundant only has select merge fields without the ability to create new ones.
    2. Update Follow Ups so that admins can insert merge fields into follow up documents. This feature would be very helpful when we are creating grantee agreements as some fields are available in shared questions.

  14. On any question type, if you miss a required field and click into the Applicant Opportunities tab to select opp specifics and try to save, there is no warning showing you have missed filling in a required space, the page goes nowhere, nothing occurs.
    Please add a warning of some sort that a required field is missing.

  15. Show Decision Status: current setting applies to entire site (available under site settings). Moving this setting to the Process Manager and allowing it to be set individually on each process would open up more flexibility to accommodate different foundation's workflows.

    Example: two grant programs are open at the same time. one is a rolling basis application process with fast turn around. the other is a quarterly LOI process involving board meetings. the ideal use of "show decision status" for these two programs would be vastly differently; yet the software is forcing one setting for all.

  16. In SLM, you cannot batch assign follow ups for different opportunities within the same General Application. It is very time consuming to assign the same set of scholarship follow ups to each different opportunity individually. This idea needs to be taken a step further to allow different opportunities within a GA to be batch assigned at once. Thanks!

  17. When can see when a user last logged in but it would be great to be able see their entire log in history. We often get applicants that say “I started the application a month ago”, but we can’t actually see if they logged in a month ago, we can only see they last logged in today!

  18. In addition to bulk exporting a grantee's application and report, can we include the "Documents" tab where I (the administrator) might be uploading other documents like site visit notes in this download? It would be nice to have all associated documents for the application in the same PDF.

  19. One of our evaluators brought to my attention that when she is completing evaluations – that the response to questions set up as text boxes are being cut off and it does not give her the ability to scroll. This seems to create a less than optimal experience for her and others. I realize to avoid this – I could create all questions as Text Area questions, but would prefer not to have to do this.
