  1. It would be helpful to have more than 2 evaluation options for Universal Applications. Scholarship Opportunities vary vastly in what is important. Being able to have the Internal Evaluation and a choice of either the complex or simple evaluation form for the 2nd choice would be most helpful!

  3. It would be helpful if we could print the question list based on the current preview options. When using the Universal Application there are supplemental questions for specific opportunities. You can preview as a Reviewer and for a specific opportunity, which allows you to see what the reviewer will see when evaluating applications for that specific committee. But if you choose the Question List from that point, so that it can be printed or downloaded, it brings up everything, even the "administrator only" questions. We need to be able to print a Question List to send to our External Committee's…

  4. With the new feature that allows a grants administrator to select which auto-emails should even appear in the auto-email list, it seems to be sorting them in a random fashion. I would like the auto-emails list to be sorted by stage in the follow-up lifecycle. See the attached file for an illustration.

  6. Some of our scholarships are available to students already in college, so they can apply multiple years in a row. It would therefore be nice to provide a feature in the SLM universal application in which they can transfer certain items/ answers from one year's universal app to another. This would save them time. Perhaps we could determine what we would allow to be transferred when we set up each new universal app, or what questions MUST be answered by all. Again, time saver for returning applicants.

  7. Can we add a feature to reporting to be able to pull responses to specific questions on the evaluation forms? I have a question that is an action item: Refer to Board, Ask for more info, or deny app.

    I need a way to count the # of responses to this question by their answer. We use this + eval rubric score to assess the quality of the applications we receive. I've not been able to figure out how to pull this in the reporting module.

  9. In the UA, it would be nice if we could print a pdf of individual opportunities for the donor(s) to review that only has the eligibility questions and supplemental questions of the individual opportunity listed.

  10. I recall there is a feature where applicants can copy responses from one application to another if we turn this on. Would you consider adding a copy feature for follow ups so applicants who need to complete multiple follow ups can copy responses from one follow up to another?

  11. Hi Idea Lab! I'm having an ongoing issue when it comes to creating reports that have a date field that has been modified with a formula. E.G., I have grants that have an "Award Period End Date" and a "Amended Award Period End Date" for those that have been extended. In reporting, I can configure it so that I see one column that displays the original end date is if it has not been modified, or an amended end date is if it has been modified.   12. Maybe this exists already....it would be so helpful to be able to filter evaluators by process - we have a committee for each grant and clicking through each time while referring to the original committee list is cumbersome. If I could filter evaluators to only show the ones who would score a particular grant program, I could get through assignments much quicker.

  13. We often have to turn off automatic e-mails for short period of times when we work on individual requests and do not want the applicant to receive a notification.

    Sometimes, we forget to turn the automatic e-mail back on in the tool manager and it creates confusion.

    It would be great to be able to toggle off (an on) automatic e-mails for an individual request, directly in the request.

In sending out emails to applicants, in most cases they are already going to the primary contact (grant writer, Dev Director, program mgr. etc.) And the ED or CEO is almost always the secondary contact. It seems silly for the drop-down option to be "cc primary contact"...when it should include the option of "cc secondary contact". We just completed our entire first GLM process, and have only now realized that we've not been cc'ing the ED of most organizations!! This puts the onus on the primary to share. And yes, I guess we should have been adding a cc to…

  17. add a pop up when you click Application Incomplete to say "are you sure? this will revert the application to Draft" or a popup similar to when you merge an org. and have to type MERGE to confirm.

  19. We have a few grantees who missed completing final grant reports from some years back.

    It would be great to have the option to close a request that would still show the final grant report as a draft or incomplete somehow in the organization's request history. It could be coded as "incomplete" or something similar. In order to clean up the dashboard, right now the options are to 1. unassign the follow up, 2. submit the follow up on their behalf, or 3. have it show up in the follow up draft bucket indefinitely (ie not clean up the dashboard).…

  20. It would be great if all fields were available for email merges. Specifically, we schedule in person meetings as part of our review process, and those times are loaded into the application and evaluation so that I can display them for evaluators. I'd love to pull that field into the applicant emails. This is currently the only process email that I have to send outside of Foundant.
