  1. If multiple users in the system are involved with a request, allow for the request be cross-listed under both/all user accounts. Similarly to collaboration, users will be able to work together on an application, but the request will then appear in both/all users' request histories.

  2. I would like the ability to manage different GLM/SLM sites on different tabs in the same browser without being logged off automatically. For example, earlier today I was almost done creating an new email template in SLM. I attempted to open up a new tab to assist an applicant and the system automatically logged me out of the other SLM tab. I lost everything that I was working on and this isn't the first time that this has happened. Thank you!

  3. In our process each applicant receives at least three reviews from three different evaluators. It would be nice if I could randomly assign evaluators to the applicants. I currently do this by creating an excel file with the applicants on the vertical axis and the evaluators on the horizontal. I assign each applicant a number and use a random number generator to assign the applications each reviewer is expected to review. To be able to do this quickly within the GLM system would be great. I know some of the competitors provide this option.

  4. Right now if an LOI is being Denied there is no way to attach an email so it goes automatically; it has to be done manually. Can that be changed in the future?

  7. Currently, there is no option to define a default Font Family, Font Size, or Line Height other than the system’s predefined defaults. Each time a user switches a lane or section, the text formatting automatically resets to the system default, requiring users to reapply their preferred settings manually.

    Proposed Enhancement:
    Allow users or administrators to configure and save default text formatting preferences (Font Family, Font Size, and Line Height) according to project or organizational requirements. These settings should persist across lanes, sections, and sessions.

  8. On the new dashboard, when comments are so long that they don't entirely fit in the preview box, the user must click on 'See More' to reveal the full message. I find that it blends in and would love for it to be a different color to stand out from the message itself. That's an easy fix, right?

  9. Provide the ability to set a user inactive from the User Summary or Update User page. This would make it easier to deactivate user profiles while viewing their information. Currently, the only way to deactivate a user is through the Users Search page.

  11. When creating an invoice through the "Invoice" module, it would be convenient for the creator to have the ability to select a specific AR account rather than always posting to the generic AR account.

    For instance, our Foundation has Notes Receivable, Contributions Receivable, Income Tax Receivable, Interest Receivable, and various other AR accounts that we would like to be able to use when creating an invoice, but we are forced to post directly to Accounts Receivable.

  12. I am really enjoying the new organization summary page. I think it would be great if on the "Amount Awarded" table which goes by year, if we could also toggle to "Amount Paid" and look at how much we've actually paid per year to a grantee.

  14. We would like the option to to Rank Order applications during Evaluation in lieu of giving a score. For example, if there are 30 applications, only 1 application is given #1, one application #2 and so on. This option would be much easier for our Reviewers. In some cases, it is their preferred method of scoring.

  15. We have two affiliate funds and one supporting organization, each with its own employees and distinct identity. As we grow, it’s important that none of them feel “erased” by having award letters come only from our umbrella organization. The ability to combine multiple templates into a single award letter would be a huge help for us.

  16.     It would be very helpful to make Fund ID numbers visible more easily on Fund Manager. At the Community     Foundation of the Ozarks, we regularly urge agency partner fund advisors to use Fund Manager to initiate grant requests, but we still have several who email in their requests or simply reach out with questions about their funds. We have been encouraging them to use their fund ID numbers when emailing a grant request or questions, so we can ensure we look at the correct fund, but fund IDs are NOT currently easy to find in Fund Manager.   17. Follow Up Submission Logic setting:
    Instead of the sitewide setting of every Process being set for Follow Ups to either be submitted in Open or Sequential order, can this setting be available on the Process level? This would allow us to have some processes that allow open submission and other processes to require sequential submission.

  18. It is great to have the new simplified way to unassign evaluators from opportunities. However, it would be nice to also have the option to reassign evaluator roles on the same screen. Currently, if I unassign evaluator X from five of the evaluations they have been assigned, but want to maintain the ten they have completed, I have to make sure to write down which evaluations were cancelled so that I can pull them up and reassign them to another evaluator. It would be much easier to enter evaluator X's evaluation assignments, click the ones that need to be 'unassigned'…

  19. Currently, the ability for a user with a Grant Manager role to edit or delete a comment added to an organization or a request is tied to the Manage Requests permission (allowing them to approve, deny, close, and abandon a request).
    I'd like to suggest that Grant Managers be able to edit and delete their own comments regardless of their ability to approve, deny, close, or abandon a request.

  20. It came to our attention in the middle of a committee meeting that a pinned comment was viewable to all evaluators. We've been using this feature to flag orgs for a variety of reasons and this information shouldn't be shared with evaluators. It would be great if there was an option to toggle on/off which users can see these.
