  1. It would be nice if Universes were ordered alphabetically or if administrators could drag/drop to order. You can drag/drop Processes to order them, but not Universes. Universes show in the order in which they were built, which doesn't make much sense when an applicant scrolls down the page.

  2. When we set up forms, the questions alternate between the required types (required, optional, read only) and visibility (internal, everyone, etc.). It would be helpful if the questions required type was visible at-a-glance similarly to the visibility so that we didn't have to click on the actual question and open it, just to see if its a read-only or optional.

  3. We have a large volunteer scholarship evaluator team and would love to be able to track the groups year over year via Profile Types or Campaigns in CSuite. It would be nice to be able to easily sync all Users marked "Committee" to CSuite in a similar fashion to syncing Students when awarding scholarships. We are currently manually creating each profile in CSuite, if they do not already have a profile, and we have over 200 reviewers each year.

  4. People with Board Member/Community Member designations who are in the system only to evaluate grants should only have access to the processes they are assigned to. Right now, they can use the "request and decision" tool and see org history for everything in GLM- this is concerning to us for a variety of privacy reasons.

  5. We ask our awarded students for their photo in their initial follow up/award acceptance. I think it would be great to have a photo spot on the profile itself that we could have the kids (or us) add to their profile once they are a scholarship recipient. Would make it up close and personal every time we have to do something in SLM.

  6. I would love a way to auto assign an internal follow up to the same officer that reviewed the application. Currently I manually assign an internal follow up form to the officer. It gets overwhelming when 20 follow ups come in during the day.

  7. We repeatedly run into an issue with organization records in which one org (such as a university or community foundation) is the "parent" organization, and a department or sponsored program is a subsidiary or component fund. It would be helpful if GLM had the ability to show those relationships, have different addresses where needed for the subsidiary, and to segregate the subsidiary's contacts and grant history. For example, I am far more likely to need information about the McDonald Observatory (part of UT Austin) than the university overall.

  8. It would be great to have the completed follow-ups more easily available from the Requests & Decisions page. Currently, from "Requests & Decisions" completed follow-ups are only accessible by choosing "Follow-Ups Assigned" and then selecting each individual request/organization. I think the narrower group of only follow-ups that have been completed would make workflow better for admins using this page to navigate different requests, as well as board members, evaluators or grant managers who want to view completed follow-ups. For us, there is currently no way for our board members to easily get to completed follow-ups on their own, without being…

  9. Two ideas for this... 1 is just making college addresses that are added in follow up forms to be available for merge templates. 2 is to establish a way that all foundant customers can submit confirmed correct college addresses - share the knowledge!

  10. It would be helpful to be able to print just the questions associated with one opportunity in the Universal Application. Currently you can preview, but when you print the questions list it prints the entire UA. Donors like to be able to see their application, and aren't interested in and get confused by seeing more than what they need.

  11. Please separate the videos back out to different pages for SLM and GLM as well as the different roles. For example, if I send my scholarship evaluators the link that has GLM as well, it is going to be confusing.

  12. It seems like the functionality to adjust the time when a follow up is due is only available when using an auto-due date. But when manually assigning due dates there is no input for time. Also, the system defaults to 12:01 am instead of 11:59 pm. So if I manually enter 7/1 as the due date, grantees see a notification that their report is overdue when they log into the system on the morning of the 1st. This is very confusing for applicants. Can we add the time functionality to the manual due dates also please?

  13. Notifications to Administrator for when reports are marked complete by program staff. Without having this it is making payments go out late due to program staff not sending email to administrator. It adds an extra step.

  14. We input scholarship fund information as instruction questions on our UA application form. We would like to be able to share these to our evaluation forms so that the applicants and the evaluators both have the fund information with staff only needing to update the fund information in one place (currently we have to update in both the application and on the evaluation forms).

  15. It would be great if students could use the applicant copy functionality from processes to the UA and vise versa. We have both stand alone processes and a universal application (different timelines). We have approx.. 250 students who apply to both. It would be great if they could import answers from one to the other.

  16. I know this question has been raised before, but I can't tell how long ago, so I am resubmitting to indicate continued interest. It would be helpful in Organization Search to have a Back to Search Results function. If I do an organization search with multiple possible matches, I have to redo the search if I happen to pick the wrong one the first time.

  17. It would be so helpful for the Process Summary to easily convert to a pdf, for sharing purposes, just like the Question List for the application. Unless I'm missing some training, the only way I can share/get feedback from my colleagues on that is to copy and paste it into a Word document or email. When I've finalized an application process and want to circulate it for input/approval, the Process Summary should be able to go with it.

  18. Currently, anyone with the "Grant Manager" role needs to have requests assigned to them by an admin. Admins do this by going to a request's summary page and linking the Grant Manager there. However, you need to do this ONE REQUEST AT A TIME. We have over 350 requests that we need to assign to a grant manager (we need flexibility in deactivating privileges, so we cannot make them an admin). That means an admin will need to go to 350+ request summaries and repetitively assign the request to this user.
