  2. It would be great if Fund Advisors can upload files they would like kept on record and for others to view. Currently, I have groups that would like to upload their Board minutes, impact reports, press releases, and other documents for present and future members to view in the portal. If fund advisors upload the information, it could also be automatically marked as "shared".

  3. We've been using the gift description field for insider notes and things we want to flow into a gift receipt template - such as specifics about stock gifts. But many of our funds are set up by clubs and organizations, so the people using the portal shouldn't see that information. Please make the gift description something that can be turned on and off depending on the fund advisor, like we can turn receipts and the grant catalog on and off.

  4. When the donor/advisors are filtering by date for grants paid, it would be nice to have a total included in the view. The total is the reason for filtering the information. Without a total displayed, the donor/advisor must calculate the total manually.

  5. Our old software isolated recurring grants in the donor portal which was very helpful for the donors/fundholders. It would be great if the donor/fundholder didn't need to scroll down on the grants tab to view recurring grants in the middle of multiple rows of grants listed but instead have a separate tab to "manage/view recurring grants".

  6. Could there be an option to allow donors to view the donation and grant history of closed funds on the donor portal? Currently, if you close a fund, there is no longer any access and many of our donors would like to continue to see the info.

    For example, one of our donors with multiple funds was done with a fund so it was closed. However, they would like to see their grant/donation history in the portal. The only option right now is to re-open a fund that will never be used again and leave it open, or have them…

  7. Some of our funds have several fund advisors. Some of these fund advisors do not want and/or need statements. It would be helpful to have a statement option at the fund advisor level to suppress statements or indicate "No Statements". Currently, the checkbox for statements is at the fund level. At the fund advisor level, the only selections available for statement type is paper, online, or email. Can we get an option to suppress statements at the fund advisor level or a statement type that states "no statements"?

  8. The graphs on the fund advisor portal are great....except that we do not share donation amounts with the fund advisor. If you hold your cursor over the graph for donations, it shows the amount. Could we have the option to turn this off? Or have more options about what we could have on each portal? It might be nice for some just to have their grant history. The graphs are very impressive & we think our advisors will appreciate the visual.

  9. Although the bulk edits are handy, it would be better if we could do the edits by fund group or some other filter. The "Set Tab Permissions" button has this functionality, but the "Set notify" and "Set Statement Type" do not - it is all or nothing. All the bulk edits should have the same functionality.

  10. The Recognition Name is not shown as a column on the Contributions tab of the Fund Portal. When the information is exported, the Recognition Name is shown, but that isn’t something that a fund rep is going to do every time they access the portal to look at donations. Donors are misled into thinking that the Recognition Name is being shared with the fund rep, when, in actuality, the fund rep has to make an effort to find it. Can this be added?

  11. Feedback from donor, the Create Request link when searching for a Grantee doesn't look like a link. Highlight or different colored text to draw attention to the Create Request so fund advisors know it's a link! Thank you.

  12. Please link donation notes so they are viewable in the donor portal. It is labor-intensive to have to compile all the notes for a particular fund and send them on to the fund founder. We recently had 168 gifts made in a donor's memory and had to pull these into a separate file to share with his widow.

  13. The other day we had a check that printed on plain paper by accident. We had to adjust all the grants in the batch (cancel payment and then pay again) in order to re-print the check. Every advisor received a notice that payment was cancelled. This caused a lot of confusion. Is there a way to program CSuite so it does not send a notice when "cancelling" a grant payment?

When you're in the Sandbox the red boxes make it clear you're working in the Sandbox but if you click on the link to the Sandbox Donation Portal or the Sandbox Fund Portal there's nothing indicating that those are part of the Sandbox. Is it possible to add a red box on those pages as well when accessed from the Sandbox?

  16. We are grateful to have more content areas where we can help our fund advisors navigate the portal. We noticed that the Fundadvisorgrantrequesttabheader only displays on the initial grant request page (...fcsuite.com/erp/fundmanager/list/grantrequest). It does not show again on the next page where the grant request details are entered (...fcsuite.com/erp/fundmanager/list/grantrequest_enter). Can that header be enabled on on that page as well?

  17. We were very excited to see Tribute Names show up on the fund advisor portal behind the donation description.

    However, now that you implemented the Non-Notify Tribute, the non-notify name is no longer showing up on the Fund Advisor Portal in Contribution Details.

    Even if there is no one to notify, we still want to make that information available to our fund holders.

  18. Rename Unsubmitted Grant Requests to Grant Cart ... people are used to having a cart. Right now we have to check the "list cart" to make sure donors aren't leaving intended grants in their cart. Also, any thoughts to send emails to donors if they have an unsubmitted grant in their cart to remind them? Like you receive if you left something in your shopping cart?

  19. Allow/Require Donor to choose Grant Type on Fund Advisor Portal in every grant they make.

    Many donors give to orgs that have multiple aspects to their mission. Example - the YMCA provides youth development, housing, food access, climate etc. Currently, C Suite allows for only a default Grant Type (on Grantee record) to be applied to each Grant to that org - which doesn't drill down to the real purpose of the grant.
