  2. Have the heading in the fund advisor portal match the tabs they fall under. Currently you can change the name of the tabs, but the headings inside those tabs do not change. See screen shot. We changed voucher tab to invoice to better describe the content in there, but the heading in the portal stayed voucher.

  3. It would be nice to have the option to transfer/share the File Categories to the Fund/Donor Portal and be able to sort them as needed. ie. We share Thank you letters with some Advisors, by uploading and selecting the proper category in CSuite, it could sync over the Category and file to the files tab in the portal. This option would also make it easier to view for Fund Advisors.

  4. The ability to sort fund statements on the portal was just implemented. It's better, but the static sort appears to be by the Publish Date. We sometimes publish an older statement after newer ones, so they still get out of sequence. Ideally we'd like the ability to sort statements by the displayed column headings. That would be much better.

  5. With the downturn in the markets we have more funds than usual that are underwater and have no spendable income available to grant. Those funds are currently showing a negative number in the Fund Advisor Portal. This is confusing to Fund Advisors. Is it possible to update the calculations so that if the available to grant is negative it would show as a zero on the Fund Advisor Portal. Or is it possible to turn off the showing of the Available to Grant by fund instead of all or nothing?

  8. We are continuing to have problems with Fund Advisors telling us that they are not receiving system-generated emails from us. We believe this is because the name and the email address do not match. That is, our organization's name is in the sender name but the domain in the email address is fcsuite.com.

    Has there been any discussion to investigate the possibility of changing "no-reply@fcsuite.com" to what is entered in the "Default Email Reply To" setting in Systems Data?

    We believe this would pass more smoothly through spam filters.

  9. The profile information link in the fund advisor portal is now located in the top left of the screen. We'd like to make it a tab, like the other sections, or have it on the top right of the screen. Location at the top right seems to align better with here people look for "My Account" or other similar profile information on other websites.

  10. Create a Board portal. A place to put documents, ByLaws, minutes, agendas, governance documents etc. Board would login here to retrieve documents for meetings instead of email and re-emailing with changes.

To ease styling for new features like the recent change that allows Fund Advisors to change their profile contact information and to enable two-factor authentication, it would be helpful to have an identifying class of some sort within the code, or at the very least, a class added to the body or ftcontentcontainer div that tells us what page we're on (so that we can style things within that div differently than on other pages).

  13. On the Donor Portal (Fund Advisor Portal), we like the recent enhancement that allows a Donor to click on an individual Grant Number to see the payment detail. What we really need is the same feature for Recurring Grants, so that when the Donor clicks on the Recurring Grant ID, they see the grants that have been paid thus far as part of the recurring grant. It should also include the next date.

  14. It would be super nice if our Donor Portal fund advisors had the same, great search experience that we do in Community Suite. As it is now, they have to type the grantee name exactly for it to come up in the list. For example we'd like them to be able to type "Cancer" and all the grantees with that name appear for them to choose their favorite. Thanks for the consideration!

  15. In the Donor Portal, from Recommend a Grant tab, there's a highlighted alert that reads: NOTE: There is an active grant catalog happening. You can give here.

    Let's make this field editable so that folks who've changed the name of their Grant Catalog can offer consistent language for fund advisors.

  16. Vender Payments/Vouchers
    From the portal it would be great if fund holders could submit a vendor payment/voucher requests similiar to what they do now for a Grant Request Name, Address, Amount and where they could upload back up documents, etc.

  17. Donor portal - list vouchers in date order rather than by individual/organization. Many of my fund advisors want to see vouchers by date order rather than by individual/organization. I know you can export this information to get it in date order; however, it would be better if the Vouchers tab looked similar to the Contributions tab - in date order.

  19. The Fund Advisor Portal has a donate tab so advisors can donate or set up donations to their fund even it it isn't public - GREAT! HOWEVER, if they set up a recurring donation, this is in no way marked in the contribution tab. Advisors should be able see, just like the recurring grants, that they have a recurring donation set up.

    There should also be editing capabilities for both recurring grants and donations for fund advisors in their portal. They shouldn't have to contact us if credit card information changes or if they want to increase the size of…

  20. Several of our Fund advisors have logged in to the Fund Portal to obtain a tax receipt, but are unable to access it because the gift was attributed to the household. Please update to allow a fund advisor who is part of a household to see the household tax receipts, in addition to their individual tax receipts.
