  1. On the Fund Portal at the top the text says Fund Advisors for anyone who has access. This is confusing as many people with access are not Advisors (for example statement recipients for Designated funds). Please change this text to say something like Fund Access. This label is causing some of our people with fund access confusion about what level of access/advisory privileges they have. Fund Advisor is a specific term for Donor Advised Funds.

  2. The fund listing on the fund portal should show the fund's "public name" field from CSuite rather than the "fund name" field, which typically includes more internal language in it. If there is no public name populated then the fund name field could be used.
    It's counterintuitive not to have the "public name" field populate the fund portal fund listing--a public-facing resource.

  4. For donors who give to many orgs, it could take a lot of scrolling to get to the Grants listing under the Grantee Summary. It’d be great to have a jump link to skip from the top of the page to the top of the Grants listing.

  5. Hi there - right now when there is a "0" spendable the "0" does not appear, only the fund balance. Please edit so the "0" is visible.

  7. Campaigns with multiple ticket types/amounts are causing confusion to donors who cannot tie tickets to individuals. They can see a description if there is a charitable component (in the donation tab), but if it is a straight invoice (no charitable component), they are clueless on the ticket type. Our donors (for a golf tournament) would like to have immediate access through the portal instead of having to wait on ticket reports from staff. It would be helpful if the ticket type/name could be added to the description column in the invoice tab in the donor portal!

  8. Please consider the term "Portal Access" rather than "Fund Advisor," as a great many individuals in the system have access to a fund portal but are not what we would consider a "fund advisor." They have no advising capability but can view tabs in the portal. The term "Portal Access" covers so many more situations and is much less confusing, even internally.

  9. Please remove the newly added feature of the attached Fund Advisor listing as the donor that now accompanies the fund name with interfund transfer gifts. The global hide donor name and information is not suitable for our community needs. We manage many funds where access to donor information is not only based on the fund but at the donor level. Please consider improvements that would allow community foundations the option to offer global adjustment if needed like our partners in Canada and also implement customization at the donor level for other format needs. We would like the option to make modifications to the Donor Portal so during our Giving to Lincoln month, donors who are making grants to participating nonprofits from their donor advised fund can log in and select from the Grantees they've given to in the past, they can then select a check box that this is for Give to Lincoln Day. We could then add the NPOs that are participating in CSuite and this NPOs would pull over to the portal as participating NPOs for our giving day.

  11. Can the "Fund Advisor" section when viewing a fund be renamed to "Donor Portal" to more accurately reflect it's function? We have different levels of Fund Advisors. True advisors, statement recipients only, etc. Not everyone connected to a fund is a Fund Advisor which creates confusion within the system.

  12. Please consider adding the ability for us to check/uncheck a fund advisor who is associated with a fund of an event campaign, so that fund advisor can see who has purchased tickets.

  13. Be able to email / text an invite to campaign from a profile and/or campaign and when registered, not create a new profile. Ideally, have a user portal experience like the fund advisors. This would create ability to see donations, campaigns, ticket purchases, etc.

Although the current fund advisor portal element of the C-Suite platform does offer fundholders the opportunity to make grant advisements, the process is not very engaging and the design appears to the user as more of a back-office accounting process, rather than an engaging user experience. This is resulting in limited use by fundholders, resulting in more manual processing in the advisement and accounting work required in approving the advisements and processing the grant payments.   16. It would be helpful to include the Fund Summary on the Home page of a Fund in the Fund Advisor Portal. This is especially important for advisors who may only log in quarterly or annually to make grant requests. While you're at it, show the fund's Image with the summary.

  17. It would be helpful if a donor would get an email notification, or be able to see a notification pop up on their portal homepage when we have uploaded a document into the portal portal, or shared a file. Basically any updates since they last logged in.

  18. Some of our Funds are Fiscal Sponorships and we'd like to use the Fund Advisor Portal for them to submit vendor payment or reimbursement requests. At the moment, their only option is a grant distribution request and there is no way to copy or reclassify the grant w/o manually re-entering the info.

  20. It would be great if there was a way for fund advisors to see their fund activity broken down by year in the portal. For example, they could click on "2023" and see all the donations, grants, etc. for that specific year in one place.
