  1. On the Sship ID level, add a field, or allow the description field, to move with the scholarship through to the grant/voucher process and appear in check letter.

    At this point, there is no way to communicate necessary payment instructions to schools when sending scholarship checks without a workaround that is time consuming when managing hundreds of scholarship grants in a week. At this time, the workaround is broken and is part of ticket ID #170033.

  2. In CSuite: Allow Foundation staff to HIDE organizations from donors in the portal. (Eg: The Ohio State University – Scholarships)
    * Allows Scholarship orgs to be ACTIVE, and allows them to be paid directly from CSuite without going into SLM
    * Reduces the possibility that a donor will send a check to the Bursar.
    *Offers Foundation's the option to manage unsuitable nonprofit organizations, while investigating concerns.
    *Marking the grantee INACTIVE is NOT manageable in our workflow.

  3. It would be helpful to be able to set both a default email tax receipt and print tax receipt templates by fund. Currently you can only set one default per fund but we want to include an image of a signature for an emailed tax receipt but want to sign printed tax receipts. Being able to setup two defaults could make this possible without significant work.

  4. To enhance our grant funding process, I recommend implementing a feature that allows us to batch multiple funds for a cycle of grants. This would enable us to:

    Select Multiple Funds: When bringing over a cycle of grants, we should have the option to select multiple funds for distribution.

    Automated Fund Distribution: C-Suite should automatically calculate and distribute the correct amounts from each selected fund to the respective grants. This would streamline the process and reduce manual errors in fund allocation.

  5. I propose two key enhancements to the Fund Advisor Portal:

    File Upload Feature:

    Allow fund advisors to upload files directly through the portal. This would streamline the submission process for grant requests by enabling them to attach relevant documents, such as proposals and supporting materials.
    Customizable Fields and Questions:

    Implement a feature that allows administrators to add or modify questions and fields in the grant request forms. This flexibility would help ensure we gather all necessary information tailored to different grant opportunities and donor requirements.

  6. Can we add sponsored org to the profile of a organization. This would be helpful so if we create a check for an org, that sponsor automatically goes on the check and gets paid. This will also help with record keeping when we pay grantees.

  7. Automatically Populate Grantee Contact on Internal Grants:

    It would be great if the grantee contact field would automatically populate with the primary fund advisor on the recipient fund for internal grants and/or we could have a drop down menu with fund advisors to pick from, as opposed to having to manually enter the grantee contact via profile ID each time.

    This already happens for external grants-- so it would great to have the same functionality for internal grants.

  8. Hello! We just had an issue where we accidentally opened the books back 10 years because of a typo in the date - can you please either put a warning on the open books feature or password protect it if it goes beyond 1 year? This caused a big issue from some Small Dog fund updates that did not close properly after reclosing the years.,

  9. Provide the ability to indicate on a profile the use of 'bulk mail pointer'. This was a function in FIMS where the profile could point to a different profile when a mass mail list was being produced. The report (campaign) would have an option to use the bulk mail pointer. This is very helpful when individuals are on more than one profile for different roles they hold. A good example is when a Professional Advisor has a professional profile w/ business address but also has an IND/HH profile w/ home address. We only need to send mail to the home.…

  10. In the new Fund Portal, users have expressed several issues with navigation and confusion because of a lack of information:

    1. When in a specific page on the fund portal, the tab is not highlighted, nor is the text emboldened, in the left-hand menu to reflect what page they are on.
    2. Add a logout button in the top menu options without clicking through to profile.
    3. Add customizable text options to the Profile page - we currently don't allow users to update their contact details while we are merging profiles on the back end. We want to add text to let them…

    Request #2 and #3 are complete. There is a content block that can be customized in Portal Options: Portal Options>Portal Content>Profile tab>portal_profile_header. The option to logout has been moved to the top menu next to change profile.


  11. When I complete a recurring task, it would be a nice to have the option to add a note. Currently, when clicking complete on a recurring task, the task disappears, and the next recurrence is added to the profile. For other tasks without a recurrence, there is an option to add a note. Please add this flexibility. Thank you!

  12. Be able to add text to explain tribute notifications in Giving Hub. Many donors don't understand the purpose of the notification. They are using it to receive notification that their donation was processed. Later, someone chooses that tribute for their donation (because you can't tell who will be notified from the dropdown), and some random person(s) gets notified of the list of donations given using that tribute. It gets ugly.

Please create a report that includes the Logs fields When (date and time), Who (who initiated the system action), Ref (link to the specific system action), Log Message (summary of the action) and the Profile Log fields When (date and time), What (profile update information), Who (who initiated the profile update) with all the fields available in the Profiles default report.

    Please allow filtering by all of these fields.

    This will allow us to see relevant information about updates to profiles all in one place, including profile name and ID, date, user, system action and summary of action.

  14. When displaying tributes for donors, in the dropdown on the Giving Hub, to select from, show who will be notified. We have tributes with different people to notify for the same person being honored/memorialized. For instance, the son's friend wants to notify the son of their donation, not the spouse. You see multiple tributes for the same person but have no idea why or who might be notified. We also have people put their own name in the notify thinking this is how they will get acknowledgement of the donation.

  15. Some of our fund holders are confused by some language and say it is not intuitive and feels too "jargon-y." We appreciate the option to edit language on some of the headers, it would be great to extend that to more places on the portal. We add instructions at the top of each page, but sometimes that isn't enough.

    Some specific requests we've gotten to update the language are:

    "COPY" button under the grants tab.
    "Search Grantee" and "Manual Grantee" buttons when requesting a grant
    "Description" and "Additional grantee contact" when requesting a grant.

  17. The alert banner automatically breaks words when the page gets resized. It isn't possible to edit language in the banner so that when the browser is resized, the words stay together -- it automatically moves characters to the next line. See example attached

  18. It would be great to have a toggle at the top of each section for "show inactive roles/links" that would then show the table as it is, but otherwise would only show the active roles. Another option would be to seperate out the dates from the "Roles" column into their own column to make it easier to read and add a column for "active" with a check for active and nothing for inactive.
    The current structure for the org roles and profile links works well when there is only a couple links, but it is very difficult to read once…

    You should be able to create this in reports. In Custom Reports, find the Voucher default report. This can be grouped by Vendor (or filtered to a specific vendor). The Amount and Amount Paid fields can be totaled by column. This report defaults to current year, so the Voucher Date filter can be changed to the date range you need (including All in the relative filter).

  20. We have Staff Users who are also Fund Advisors. When the Primary email is set to their work email address, they receive all csuite notifications to the Primary email address, auto emailed csuite reports, which should go to their work email but they also receive notifications for their personal Funds. I was only able to update the Donation Notify to be linked to their Personal and preferred email address but there is nowhere else we can update their email/communication preferences to try separate their work email and personal email/notifications. This also happens in reverse, if their personal email is set…
