  1. It would be amazing to have the ability to set up department codes as an optional field that can be selected on each line item when entering a voucher, and thus show up when looking at the GL detail for each expense item.

    We have started doing our budget to actual reporting internally by department and some accounts are used by multiple departments. This would be a huge help!

  2. We have an annual Gala fundraiser event set up as a campaign in C-Suite. The Gala has some tickets for sponsorships, some are tables, some are tickets and some are donation items or underwriting options.

    For only one of those conditions is the best term "Ticket(s)" in the user's Cart Summary page.

    I'd like to be able to provide a noun for use in the cart (in the edit-ticket form), so that respectively above someone could have one sponsorship, two tables, four tickets and one underwritten expense shown in their Cart Summary page as they check out.

  3. It may be helpful with muscle memory to place the new Login Info tab now located on the Native profile to the right of the Notes tab. This would allow the tabs to remain in the historical order. Allowing users muscle memory to remain intact.

  4. I would like to see the option to purchase multiple types of tickets on one screen. Currently, users must add one type to cart and then have to go "back" two screens (or more) to add a different ticket type. It would be better to have a drop down option or the ability to add multiple types of tickets on one screen. This is inconvenient for both desktop users and mobile device users.

  5. Voucher Reference Numbers - please either allow duplicate reference numbers in a voucher and/or pop up a warning when entering the voucher that it is a duplicate and then allow a bypass. When we pay certain bills (phone bill, insurance, etc.), we put our account number in the reference number spot which is appropriate in those cases and doesn't change from year to year. Not every payable has a different invoice number each time.

  6. The new functionality to get MFA by email has now ADDED more clicks for users who have been regularly using MFA apps/PIN. Now we have to select the PIN option before entering. Can we make PIN the default and if someone wants the code by email, they can click that option? Usability and the number of clicks a normal user has to make really needs to be taken into account when making updates to the system. New functionality should try to avoid add more work to the common user.

  7. I want to select accounts to be excluded from balance swaps. I want everything in my grants payable, scholarships payable and spendable accounts to be in my checking account. The system only keeps amounts that are going out in the short term in checking. Giving the option to exclude those specific accounts would be very helpful.

  8. Please make it possible to archive old and unused admin fee types. This has been proposed many times and it keeps getting closed because it's already been implemented, which is incorrect.

    The only way to get rid of an admin fee type is if it's never been applied to a fund or used. This is the error message you get when you try to delete one: This fee type was used in 2 admin fee calculations and cannot be deleted.

  9. Add field 'Sort Key' on Profiles. There isn't currently one field where all types of profiles- Organizations, Individuals, and Households, can be sorted together.

  10. We recently switched from MailChimp to Constant Contact as it offers more options and we believe it is a better platform. Would appreciate it if you would revisit adding Constant Contact as an option for the Campaign API kep.

  11. A new release has changed my scholarship list to include closed funds and designated scheduled funds. It would make my workflow easier if it could go back to just the list of scholarships that I use instead of having to add filters.

We will often build campaigns by adding/removing profiles based on the same parameters used in an earlier campaign, though the profiles themselves differ based on data updates: e.g. invitations to our annual reception, generating the e-newsletter mailing list. There are usually several steps required to correctly add profiles to these campaigns; we have been writing them down and recording them as notes attached to the campaigns (e.g. "filter profiles by profile type id=xyz and add as household; then filter donations by last donation date<xyz and remove from campaign," etc.) It would be wonderful if CSuite could record these steps for…

  13. The new "Portal Options -> Settings" areas in the sandbox (and rolling out to live site tomorrow) are great -- lots of customization! I would love to have the ability to edit the "Recognition Name" field name and description from the Checkout area of the donation portal/giving hub. Our donors don't interpret that field in quite the same way our staff do, and we would like to customize how it appears as we can with the Cover CC, Anonymous, and Newsletter fields.

  14. Please add an edit option to the distribution calculation after you click review and before posting. More than 100 of our scholarships have a defined payout. I change each amount to the defined payout which is shown in the distribution type. (We have 25 different distribution types with a define payout). Sometimes I hit the enter button and it goes to the next page before I finish. Would like to be able to go back in and edit the remaining without creating a new distribution calculation.   16. Could you all add a report pickup location within the system for scheduled reports to be run and then downloaded from within the system? Currently, scheduled reports only have an email option which raises security concerns for donor or financial information being sent unencrypted over email to users.

    Ideas could include putting a time line for expiration for scheduled report downloads (i.e., they are only saved in the pickup location for 24 hours) to prevent clutter.

  17. We would love the ability to enable/disable donor information (name, address, email) for each fund portal/fund advisor on a case-by-case basis (verse turning it on/off by type). While in most cases it is not necessary, we have support several unique fundraising efforts throughout the community where this would be a valuable addition to the donor services we are able to provide for our admin. fee. Ultimately, fund type is not what dictates who we may or may not want to provide this level of information to.

  18. It would be helpful to have the ability to choose different fund statement types for Fund Advisors who advise on multiple funds.

    Example: John Doe's statement type is set to online. He is a Fund Advisor for Doe Family Fund and Designated Fund for ABC School. John needs to be able to view online information and make grant recommendations in the fund advisor portal for the Doe Family Fund. He needs to receive an emailed statement for the Designated Fund for ABC School but because of his role should NOT have access to see fund information online.

  19. When home Home/Donations/Recurring donations - a list of recurring donations is listed. However, it doesn't show the FUND the donation will be applied to on that screen (or when you export the list), I find it frustrating as our recurring donations list is growing. A post about it was archived. I hope to get some traction with this one!

  20. Would love ability to see where a "fund advisor" is accessing, fund statements versus documents versus tax receipts. We are trying to evaluate if our newsletter is being read that is provided at the time of fund statements. Our email directs them to click in documents to see but we have no way of knowing if they actually are.
