  2. It seems like we are limited to the fields given in the Fund Statement - All Fields List. Let's create a way to manipulate field codes to give us unique data.

    For Example, if I want to take the funds {{beginningbalance}} and subtract {{donationstotal}} to make a new data field.

  3. On the donation page, it would be great if the Tribute Bucket would also reflect when something is sitting there and needs attention. We try to check this regularly, but it's easy to forget when you are a small shop.

  5. Make it easier to change the default fund statement format, like make it doable on the Fund Statement format page rather than selecting the default format edit it, save it and then go edit another format to make it the default.
    Another option would be that if a default is not selected that when you create fund statements, you could select which format you would like to use.

When a Fund Advisory clicks on an organization in their grant history with the intention of making another grant please add a link/option directly on this screen so that they have the ability to make the grant request. Currently there is no streamlined process for this - they have to leave this screen and go to the Make A Grant Recommendation tab.

  8. Adding an On/Off toggle to the "Post By Payment" dimension for scholarship creation would be helpful for our Foundation. We’ve requested that members of our scholarships team not use the “Post By Payment” feature when creating scholarships, but it still happens on occasion by mistake. This causes a variance between the General Ledger and the Grants by Fund Report which our Finance Team prefers to avoid when possible for a variety of reasons.

  9. Work Phone No. - Many facilities include an extension. Would be nice to be able to add phone number followed by ext. or extension. Perhaps a new field with phone extension. At the moment workaround is to use Other Details.

  10. It used to be that when I clicked on the Vouchers tab underneath a Vendor record, I could see the information listed in a tighter table. What I mean by this is I could view the date column and the clickable voucher ID column, at the same time that I could see the Amount column.

    Some change over the past year or so expanded this table, so that I now have to scroll far to the right to see the amount, which makes it hard to click on the corresponding ID when I scroll back to the left.

  11. At year-end, is there a field that is or could be made available in the fund statement template that will pull the calculated spendable for the upcoming year for each fund? Right now I use a custom field and bulk update.

  12. When creating a new grant from an application, all fields in the application are required. We don't want to display website or contact information in the catalog - so we have to add fake data, create the grant, edit the grant and remove the information we do not want to display. In the future when synching with GLM, again ALL fields are required. We don't want to ask applicants for information we do not use and again we will need to create and edit.

  13. Sometimes we need to change an expense code on an AP voucher after that month has been closed. Would love some functionality that would allow this in a subsequent month. The current workaround is a JE but that means the voucher has the wrong code for 1099 purposes.

  14. We like the new feature which allows us to indicate the reversal date for a journal entry. Sometimes, when we create an entry, we don't know we'll need to reverse the entry at a later date. Can functionality be added so that we can reverse an entry after it's been posted? I'm envisioning an option on the left menu.

  16. When running an admin fee report within a fund, it only includes fees that were charged in the quarterly process or done manually. It does not include transactional admin fees charged for each donation, grant, etc. in this report. This can make it difficult to get a complete picture of the fees charged to a fund. It would be ideal if this report included ALL admin fees charged to the fund. Thanks!

  17. For yearly tax receipts, allow the fund Public Name to be an available template merge field. Given that the receipt is a public facing document, the fund public name should be able to be used rather than the internal name which may include internal language.

  18. It would be nice for the Grant Document to be available to print prior to Approving and Posting the Grant...this would come in handy if the individual that typically signs the grant document will be out when the grant is actually paid. This way the document is signed and ready to be enclosed with the check payment

  19. After sending email Fund Statements it would be beneficial to see within the batches if the "Sent" job was successful. The only way to see if an email statement was delivered is to view the email history within a Fund Advisors Individual profile.

  20. It would be extremely helpful to our workflow to have the Grant Administrator included as a column. If blank, this lets the team know the grant needs further work before it can be paid. Without this column there is no way to tell if an administrator has reviewed the grant.
