  1. Stripes non-profit credit card fee is 2.2% +.30, it would be nice if we had the option to charge that exact fee amount in CSuite to prevent over charging our donors and causing confusion and extra activity on the fund statements. It should be a complete wash if the donor wants to cover the charge.

  2. It would be very helpful to have donor names tied to all stripe activity in fund statements- specifically fees (admin and stripe). We can sometimes have up to 4 or 5 line items under a donation and the only line that has the donor name is the actual donation line. If we get multiple stripe donations in the same day, the fees aren't always in order so it makes it difficult to see what fee is associated with a specific donor.

    I've attached an example of a section of a fund statement in the activity detail.

  3. When we generate fund statements for mailing, we also export a CSV of the fund advisors who should be receiving the statements to merge into an envelope. When the CSV is generated, contact information is not exported for organizations, only individuals. This is critical as fund statements should go to certain people within the organizations and sometimes even multiple people within the organization. Please fix the CSV export!

  4. When Bulk Updating profiles, there are four different files to bulk update the profiles with. When editing profiles, we usually need to update all four areas of the profile and this requires us to download and manipulate all four.

    Instead, it would be better if they were consolidated into a single file/sheet so we could update all of those fields in one go. This would make this process much less tedious and allow us to make one bulk edit, instead of four individual bulk edits.

  5. When a user is on a Fund and selects History, it will list Total Grants with a dollar amount. We discovered that this total will include unposted grants and clicking the link for the backup list of grants does not include unposted grants. This is confusing and needs to be fixed.

    We'd rather Total Grants under Fund History did not include unposted grants in the total. Or if unposted grants are part of the total, at least include them in the linked report.

  6. My idea is for the donor portal. When a donor advisor submits a grant, it would be super helpful for the "short name" of the fund to populate on the Grant Request page that we use to process the grant. The fund name populates but we use the short name when processing through payables to pay the grant. We have several donors who have more than one fund and this would take human error out of the process.

  7. We hold a paid program for executive directors for other local nonprofits every other year. We use C-Suite's Invoices to invoice the nonprofits. For those nonprofits that pay by credit card, the transaction ends up in Donations. It would be great to link their "donation" to their open invoice.

  8. Grant Catalogs have request submission pages. The boxes for short and long descriptions need character limits. At this time, there is a stated character limit of 250 characters on the short description, and none on the long. We use 60 for the short, and 255 characters for the long, and have to edit down every request to fit these numbers. Either let us set the limits, or please set the limits for us.

  10. Please add the option to send out emails automatically based on when an Opportunity's stage is changed/reached.

    We would like for CSuite to send out emails automatically, with both an external and internal option, when a particular stage or stages are reached in an Opportunity. This would cut back on much of the tedious work associated with changing stages and needing to send emails manually outside of the system.

    This would help a lot with new donors as they receive a lot of communication, as well as with mid-year checkups.

  11. Revise the login page so I don't have to scroll down to enter my username and password, and the same with the next page when I need to scroll down to enter my choice for authentication, and the next page when I have to enter the code. Attached are screen shots showing the inconvenience.

  12. It would be helpful to have a total populate when reconciling Stripe donations in the Till, similar to the checks. When processing numerous Stripe donations on different days, it can be difficult to ensure that all boxes are checked.

  14. Create an "anonymous for publication" option on the donate page. This would allow the gift to be known within the organization, committees of volunteers, etc., so we could accurately thank and track the donor, but not include the donor contact info in publication. Looking at our annual report we want to make sure we aren't listing funds that don't want to be published. Right now we just put (Do Not List) on the fund name and hope that we all catch them.

  15. It would be great if we could integrate a third party app/software to manage credit card receipts/AP. Some on our team struggle with turning in business credit card receipts in a timely manner and there are apps out there that allow for the user to take a photo of those receipts, which are then integrated into the accounting system.

  16. It feels like it should be an option to archive reports that may need to be used in the future but not at this moment.

    We have noticed since you are unable to write over reports not made by you and there isn't a permission to change that, we're saving similar reports over and over. Whereas if we could archive similar reporting, we might be able to keep the Custom Reports clean and still manage information needed in the future.

  17. In the new portal, Fund Statements, Files, Nonprofit directory, Financials, Investment Report, Term Investments and Split Interest are located under Resources and Documents. Is there a way that they can be their own menu on the left hand side? It doesn’t make sense as some of these aren’t a resource or a document.

  18. When creating a grant, I need the option to set which grant letter I want during the creation of the grant instead of entering the information, then saving, then having to go back and edit the grant to set the grant letter. I usually end up forgetting to set the letter. My way would save a few steps in the process.

  19. there should be a check box on the fund advisor record that allows you to make them inactive. In some cases I don't want to delete them as I want to still know they are the fund advisor but I don't want them in the list

  20. When paying out a scholarship, currently, the award date can be later than the payment date. There should be a safeguard in place where this can't happen, in case someone makes a mistake.
