  1. If you reclass a transaction to a different GL account, then the 1099 status of the current account should be applied and not the original account.

  2. I would love to see a column in the Vouchers listing showing which ones have attachments and which do not. Maybe it's just me but sometimes I mean to upload an invoice we've received to a voucher - showing the status of an attachment on a voucher will help me remember which ones to go back and upload.

  3. Please auto populate the Nonprofit Directory with an organization's contact information. We have to enter the same information twice which feels quite redundant! It would be much faster if the information appeared and we could then simply edit anything if needed.

  4. We would like a 'View Only' permission option for the 'Log In As' function in the new portal. For audit purposes, we can't have multiple people use this feature as it stands. However, it is crucial for our donor/partner engagement teams to be able to support our fund holders and grantees using this feature.

  5. When setting up a campaign, it would be helpful to select the fields required per event.
    At the moment, by default, CSuite allows registrants to select Individual, Household, or Organization. This has resulted in many individuals registering as a No Name Organizations.
    During setup, if we could choose the registrant type appropriate, for example, only allow individuals to register, we can get their appropriate information.
    Then, if "Add Organization Name" was an additional field that we could set to required when applicable, we would be sure to get all the info when needed.

  6. If someone is registering for a tournament and they need to select their T-shirt size, choose their level of difficulty, etc., it is very inefficient to assign these to the profiles after they have checked out. If we have 100 users signing up, we need to contact each one for this information?

    As a workaround, we are using the notes tab hoping the majority of users use it to enter their team name, t-shirt sizes and difficulty level, but this should really be an option for users to complete for all campaigns/events during checkout.

  7. Please add the "Do Not Enforce Spendable" field from the fund restrictions settings as a field and filter to the fund custom report.

    Currently, it is not possible to report or filter on this field whatsoever.

  8. Add partial cancelation field in pledges in custom reports. This will allow for a formula to get the true amount outstanding for a pledge in custom reports.

    I am aware the information is available in the pledge module. Unfortunately, the reports in the pledge module are not able to be linked to PowerBI or Google Looker Studio.

  10. It would be great if there was an easy way to upload a logo for the affiliate portal that would automatically change it from the overall system logo. Right now, the only way to update the logo for our affiliate's Giving Hub is through complicated coding that our team is not able to do. Thank you!

  11. When the user is on their main portal page, the "CREATE GRANT REQUEST" button appears on the upper right. Once they click on it, they're brought to a page that has three buttons (PREVIOUS GRANTEE, SEARCH GRANTEE, & MANUAL GRANTEE).

    The page is .../portal/fundadvisor/grant_request

    "CREATE GRANT REQUEST" still sits on the upper right. This button does at that point. That is, it brings the user to the same page. That button on the ".../grant_request" page should be deleted because it's confusing.

  12. Please introduce template logic for the Yearly Tax Receipts. Currently, you must change the default in order for the Yearly Tax Receipt to generate a different template.

    It would be great if, like the normal Tax Receipt, the Yearly Tax Receipt template was able to be configured to discern when the system should use it. This would be achieved by including the options for assigning logic to the template (payment method, donation type, etc.).

  13. The Android version of the new portal needs attention. The columns are jumbled on top of one another. It was a lot cleaner in the older version. We are competing against Fidelity's DAFs, and this is a real problem for us.

  15. Create option to generate yearly tax receipts via a template (like we can with Fund Statements) that we can add to the portal in either Statements or Files. Currently donors can see and print their receipts individually, but not a yearly tax receipt. A yearly tax receipt on the portal would be an great addition!

  16. Bulk Payment date edit + ability to see payment date within NEW bucket

    I would like to have a way to bulk change payment date similar to grant date, and/or see the payment date within the new screen so we can tell when a date was missing adjusting. The payment date is as important and drives a lot of the same functions that the grant date does.

  19. Please add the option to rename "Other foundation funds" in the Portal when fund advisors submit grant requests (Grant Request > Previous Grantee > Other Foundation Funds). Changing the name would help fund advisors better understand how to use this drop down.
