Allow notes to be added to closed funds
We closed a fund and wanted to add a note, but closed funds apparently can't appear in the "Fund (Optional)" field on the Add Note screen.

Archive Campaign
It would be helpful to be able to archive a campaign from the actual campaign page. When doing it from a campaign list, there are multiple steps that seem unnecessary.

description
When I enter a payment, I usually will enter a description for what that payment is for. The description I entered does not show up. Instead it shows the name of the customer. We need the description to actually show up everywhere it says Description. This is also related to grants and donations.

profile type - add note option
Would like a notes option for each Profile Type so that you can add a little history about what your intention behind the profile type was. Could also help with old profile types that were integrated from FIMS that are listed a little differently in CSuite.

Be able to export all gifts made by a profile directly from their donor designation. Similar to how gifts to a fund can be exported.

Yearly Tax Receipt Templates Download Word.Doc
Currently, Yearly Tax Receipts can only be produced in bulk as PDF's versus Word Documents. I would like to have the ability to select the file format download you'd like (PDF or Word.docx) for the Yearly Tax Receipt. This would then keep the options for YTR the same independently if you run them in bulk or individually.
Currently, we would need to have something similar to Adobe Acrobat to turn the PDF into a Word Doc.

Fund Statement Sort
I saw a June 2022 idea about sorting Fund Statements by newest first that apparently has been implemented. I don't see this on my live site since statements are sorted by the Start Date column (see file). That pushes the 2023 calendar year statements at the beginning (bottom) of the 2023 reports rather than at the end (top). Sorting by End Date would move it near the top, but not exactly if the secondary sort is alpha by Description.

Rev Share Start Date
When creating a new fund, can the Rev Share field include a start date like the Admin Fee field now does? We don't apply rev share until a fund is fully endowed.

Bulk year-end receipts - remove extra $ above the Total line
When printing bulk year-end receipts, the Total of gift receipt amount is generated and added to the receipt although the receipt letter has an extra $ above the $ with the total gift amount. Small thing but it looks like a mistake when we send this to donors. And also add, to gift Total with no cents, .00. Right now it just prints gift amount without decimals if it is an even amount.

Automate the Grant Card Template
The grant card template (giving card acknowledgement/receipt, not tax receipt) is available as a template and can be sent manually from the donor's grant card page, but the process is unable to be automated.
Donors should receive a letter letting them know how their grant card was spent. There is no reason this shouldn't be automated just like every other template. And if they aren't going to be automated, they need to at least show a timestamp after one is manually sent so that it is clear that a letter has been sent.

Ability to edit Vendor "Terms" for Vouchers
Currently the only billing "Terms" available for use on Vendor records is "Due on Receipt". Having the ability to edit this field to include additional billing terms would allow for more complete vendor records and assist with payment schedules.
It would also be beneficial if the "Due Date" field auto populated during Voucher entry should specific "Terms" be selected on a Vendors profile.

Task ID Hyperlink for Custom Reports
When building a custom task report, would like "task id" to be an active link so that tasks could be easily opened and updated from the report. This is currently available for "note id" in a custom note report, but not "task id" in a custom task report.

Next Check Number Used Process
When Checkrun is processed, C-Suite populates the next highest number check in the "What Is The First Check Number" prompt when a new check batch is created rather than the last check number used. When we converted data we had historical check number sequences higher than current check stock in use. Therefore, the wrong check number populates. Suggestion is that the system use a timestamp for the last check used rather than a sequential number currently used. There are valid reasons historical check numbers would fall out of sequence.Check, First Check, Checkrun, Check Batch, Confirm and Post Checks, Check Run
