profile type
Display Profile Type in the main profile information, not under Relationships. The profile type is one of the most important pieces of information when contacting donors, but is currently hidden under 'relationships', so one must remember to click there to see that information. Our team thought that the attributes previously assigned were gone, but it seems they've just been hidden. While I now know where this information is, it's still not easy for those who do not use CSuites every day to find the information.

Bring back the option for archived campaign to show on a profile!
I love the ability to archive campaigns and get them off the campaign list, but we would like to be able to continue to see some of the campaigns on profiles. We track programming participants through campaigns and we would like that history to remain easily visible on their profile.
10 votesThere is an option in the left side menu to list all campaigns. Selecting that will bring up a filtered list of all campaigns for that profile.

Automatic Birthday Emails
Our organization would like to input a generic birthday email template into Community Suite that automatically populates donor info on their birthday and sends to the donor.

Can we please have the option to select birthdays without a year or even a specific date?
Sometimes we may know the Month and Year
Other times, we may only know the Month and Day, but not a year.It is nice to capture this information for donor development

opportunity
It would be a nice feature if you could alpha-sort opportunities. We utilize opportunities for a lot of different things and it takes a lot of time to look through them when you can't alpha-sort. I have tried the column at the top, but nothing happens.
5 votesThe Opportunity list defaults to sort by ID. When you select a different column title to sort, you must then "deselect" the ID column which will remove the arrow. The profile column will then sort alphabetically. This sort functionality is the same for all tables in CSuite.

Manual entries - Admin Fees, Distributions, Journal Entries
I'd like to see a link to "create" another entry immediately after posting a manual admin fee, distribution, or journal entry. It's cumbersome to have to back up multiple screens to get back to the "create" link.

pledge promise notify
It would be helpful to add notifications to Fund Advisors of new Pledges and Promises as a function on the Fund Advisor designation in a Profile.

Copy Voucher
It would be helpful when using the copy voucher feature on a multiple fund voucher that it copies it exactly like you entered it prior.

In the ticket portion of a campaign, change the label in the "Edit Guest Information" button to "Complete Guest information."

Manipulation of Fields in Fund Statements
It seems like we are limited to the fields given in the Fund Statement - All Fields List. Let's create a way to manipulate field codes to give us unique data.
For Example, if I want to take the funds {{beginningbalance}} and subtract {{donationstotal}} to make a new data field.

Tribute "Bucket" notification
On the donation page, it would be great if the Tribute Bucket would also reflect when something is sitting there and needs attention. We try to check this regularly, but it's easy to forget when you are a small shop.

Clear spendable: Option to clear by distribution type
When Clearing spendable grants, can there be an option to clear by distribution type?

Fund Statements: default fund stmt template
Make it easier to change the default fund statement format, like make it doable on the Fund Statement format page rather than selecting the default format edit it, save it and then go edit another format to make it the default.
Another option would be that if a default is not selected that when you create fund statements, you could select which format you would like to use.1 vote -
Organization's name in event ticket
Please add option to include organization/company name when someone registers for an event as an individual.

ability to make a grant from the fund advisor portal grant history page
When a Fund Advisory clicks on an organization in their grant history with the intention of making another grant please add a link/option directly on this screen so that they have the ability to make the grant request. Currently there is no streamlined process for this - they have to leave this screen and go to the Make A Grant Recommendation tab.

On/Off Toggle for Post By Payment
Adding an On/Off toggle to the "Post By Payment" dimension for scholarship creation would be helpful for our Foundation. We’ve requested that members of our scholarships team not use the “Post By Payment” feature when creating scholarships, but it still happens on occasion by mistake. This causes a variance between the General Ledger and the Grants by Fund Report which our Finance Team prefers to avoid when possible for a variety of reasons.

phone number extension
Work Phone No. - Many facilities include an extension. Would be nice to be able to add phone number followed by ext. or extension. Perhaps a new field with phone extension. At the moment workaround is to use Other Details.

Viewing vouchers under a vendor
It used to be that when I clicked on the Vouchers tab underneath a Vendor record, I could see the information listed in a tighter table. What I mean by this is I could view the date column and the clickable voucher ID column, at the same time that I could see the Amount column.
Some change over the past year or so expanded this table, so that I now have to scroll far to the right to see the amount, which makes it hard to click on the corresponding ID when I scroll back to the left.

Fund Statements
At year-end, is there a field that is or could be made available in the fund statement template that will pull the calculated spendable for the upcoming year for each fund? Right now I use a custom field and bulk update.

grant catalog - do not require all fields
When creating a new grant from an application, all fields in the application are required. We don't want to display website or contact information in the catalog - so we have to add fake data, create the grant, edit the grant and remove the information we do not want to display. In the future when synching with GLM, again ALL fields are required. We don't want to ask applicants for information we do not use and again we will need to create and edit.
