  1. I would like to be able to pull a report with all pledges and donations related to a specific fund. This would allow us to tell who has and hasn't been reached about their annual giving whether or not we have the cash in hand yet.

  3. Current Challenge: The grant reporting system currently lists each fund disbursement as a separate grant, even when multiple funds contribute to a single board-approved grant. This results in:

    Overstatement of grant count: A single grant appears as multiple entries.
    Underreporting of average grant size: The total amount is split across entries, skewing metrics.
    Reduced clarity for stakeholders: For example, a $25,000 grant funded by five sources appears as five $5,000 grants, misrepresenting board decisions and complicating analysis.

  4. Sometimes nonprofits don't cash their checks for grants and after months we need to void and reissue a check for the grant. The problem is that the system sends a grant paid email to fund advisors who have grant notify on. This causes a lot of confusion because fund advisors are notified that a grant is paid and think it is a mistake, they don't attribute it to the original grant they made because it could have been months ago. They also don't except to see multiple emails of a grant payment for one grant. Can there be a way…

  7. We need to modify giving levels for a fundraising campaign. As is right now, fundraising campaigns follow the system wide giving hub giving levels. Even if we set specific giving levels on the fund tied to the fundraising campaign, the levels shown on the campaign still default to the default giving hub levels, not the fund.

  8. Please create a "convert to household" button in campaign to easily convert individual profiles to household profiles (with household members) added as guest. Sometimes individual profiles are pulled in from a profile type and there's not option to bring in the household. It would be great to just scroll down the list of profiles in the campaign, see who is in a household, and add the household (with household members as guest) with just one click! (We have a workaround for this now, but it's time consuming!!)

  9. It would be helpful if we could add a checkbox for a donor to request further information on starting a fund or making a charitable estate gift when they make a gift on the Giving Hub and be notified that they are asking to be contacted.

  10. Utilizing Engagement Strategies for tracking and managing pools of constituents is a great tool, but it would be more useful if we were able to set criteria for each "Strategy" created. This would allow for a more structured system and provide some context to the intent/purpose of each strategy.

  11. Currently, it is only possible to add 1 tribute per donation in Community Suite. Is there a way to add the ability to apply multiple tributes?

    The case exists in that we have multiple appeals, and even regular donations, where donors send in one gift, one fund, and name many tributes. They are NOT sending one gift to multiple funds with multiple tributes.

  13. Currently, journal entries are displayed sorted by debit and credit values, which makes it difficult to review and approve entries efficiently.

    When comparing entries against the entry spreadsheet, which lists them in the order of journal entry ID, the current sorting method disrupts the sequence and increases the likelihood of oversight or error. This misalignment between the system view and the entry format complicates the review process and slows down approvals.

  14. We internally report "contact" notes to our staff on a weekly basis using the Scheduled Report function. This provides all of our staff with a snapshot of important conversations that have occurred over the previous week and been recorded in the database. I include the Ref Name column on this report because it's great context to have when viewing a list of notes. However, I've noticed that when a note is added to an opportunity or fund advisor record, the Ref Name is blank.   15. Is it possible to have a template letter to include with the printed Fund Statements just like the template for the emailed Fund Statements? We want to customize the letter each quarter and pull in the "Salutation" field for each printed Fund Statement.

  16. Currently, internal grants do not show on the portal grant summary charts. This is confusing for fund advisors who want to see all that their fund has given to. The charts are not showing the true picture by excluding internal grants. If the same date range as the chart is used to filter the detailed grant history, the amounts are different. Again, this is confusing to fund advisors.

  17. We schedule weekly custom report emails to all staff. This report includes Note ID. If a note refers to an attached file, having the ability to jump into Global Search to bring up the Note ID would be a time saver for all staff.

  18. Please add a Fund ID column to ANY report that lists funds (at the very minimum if fund group/subgroup/division can not be added)
    When in Accounts and click on the account hyperlink to see what funds are associated with that account - it is a combined name i.e. "xyz fund::Designated" with no fund identification. Makes it very difficulty to export/copy-paste and do any v-lookups.

  19. I created a test opportunity in the sandbox to explore the new features, including assigning a primary assignee, two additional assignees, and a professional advisor. While I appreciate the effort that went into developing these updates, I did notice something that could become problematic.

    Currently, when viewing the assignee, additional assignees, or professional advisor profle, it appears that each of them is also shown as having a duplicate opportunity identical to the donor’s. From a fundraiser's perspective, this could be quite confusing and potentially overwhelming.

  20. Currently, there is not an automatic field for the Profile Age based on the DOB field. Is there a way that this can be programmed so that we don't have to export a list of people into an Excel spreadsheet and create a formula for this? In our organization, we do a lot of programming for age groups and having the age automatically show up on the profile page, would be awesome and less time consuming on the staff.
