  1. When pulling a grant report, voucher report, funds report, and several others, there is no total included when you select 'see all'. We have to export the report and have excel calculate it. It would be much easier and faster if it was included. With the Funds report, it includes to totals of each fund type but not the total of funds. It would also help if that report showed the percentage of assets in that fund type.

  2. On the check template the student name is limited to being presented as last name, first name. It would be nice if it could be formatted to be first name last name for those that do a combination of a letter + check.

  3. It would be very helpful if we could split event campaign ticket payments between two or more profiles. Indivduals and companies sometimes split payment of sponsorship tickets. When this occurs, we have to create additional tickets for these two payments. This also makes reporting on the event more difficult.

  4. Our system at our CF is for our Director of Finance and Operations to review all gifts after they are entered but before they are posted to ensure accuracy and correct entry. It would be helpful if there was a way to have a more thorough filter to post only gifts that have been selected as 'reviewed'. That way, you can more efficiently post bulk amounts of gifts that have been reviewed at once, rather than trying to remember what gifts have been reviewed or clicking into each one to know if they're ready to post.

  5. We need to be able to see the StripeIntent field to allow for manual inspection and verification of a successful payment in the Payment Processors tab for Stipe.

    We've had a handful of donations that didn't go through, however, the list we see gives no indication of which ones were successful and which ones had a "Bad_Request".

    It would be most helpful if the information showing whether a payment was successful was client facing so we can see it.

  6. When paying invoices or grants, it would be beneficial to have other payment types, or have the option to create custom payment types. There are some invoices that are auto w/d or paid online, and having to create separate electronic batches so they aren't imported in the NACHA file can lead to issues. Being able to choose between ELECTRONIC, and Auto Draft, or Online bill pay, something along those lines would be helpful.

  8. I would like to be able to create different types of mail labels and salutations (i.e. a formal, informal, board member, Professional Advisor). We use formal mail labels and salutations when notifying a non-profit of whom they can thank for the grant. But when we are sending mail to a fund advisor we use an informal label and salutation.

  9. Having the ability to update the employee name would be great. Right now, everything defaults to "Last Name, First Name." Right now when I send system generated emails, they get signed like this;

    Would love to change that so other employees that send system generated emails are not in the same boat.

  10. It would be nice if recurring donors could login or follow a link in their monthly receipt email that would allow them to edit or cancel their recurring donations instead of having to call our office to make any changes or stop their donations.

  12. We are using opportunities and opportunity tasks to help with reporting on development activities. This often requires creating an number of tasks to detail some of the ongoing activities in a more dynamic way than is offered by a recurring task.

    I would love to see a new function in opportunities to add a "Task Flow" which would add a list of tasks and time frames at once. These flows could be custom designed for different development activities in an ideal world and could even further follow advanced logic if built out completely.

    For example: A development lunch.

  15. Please have the date format consistent throughout the system. MM/DD/YYYY. If you add dates to someone's org role, the formatting starts with the year. Other places it will start with the month. It would be really helpful if they were consistent.

  18. It would be nice to have the ability to apply a percentage or dollar amount of a donation to the spendable and the remainder to the endowed portion. We have some funds that have been setup this way but currently the donation has to be entered as two separate donations in order to achieve the split.

  20. We like the new feature which allows us to indicate the reversal date for a journal entry. Sometimes, when we create an entry, we don't know we'll need to reverse the entry at a later date. Can functionality be added so that we can reverse an entry after it's been posted? I'm envisioning an option on the left menu.
