new checks - total for all checks and each batch
In the checks module, when there are checks in the new check bucket, it would be helpful to have a total of all checks in the bucket on that screen. Additionally, when you click into a given batch of checks (regardless of which bucket it's in), it would be helpful to have a batch total appear on that screen as well.

Improve Campaign Requests
Update campaign requests so that they appear before a guest checks out. Please also add functionality to assign guest names before checkout. There is no indication for a purchaser to add their guest's name or meal choice (request) after checkout and we have to contact literally every single person who buys a ticket to get their meal choice for events. This is a huge inconvenience.
We would all appreciate this implementation!!

Ability to build custom dashboards
Similar to HubSpot's dashboard features, it would be useful to build custom dashboards where a collection of reports are saved on a particular page with a customized name.
With this feature, the user could build custom reports and save them in a collection on a page where other users could access the dashboard to check metrics.
This would help users who need to track custom metrics that aren't necessarily represented on the dashboards already created by CSuite.

Automated Workflows for Donor Stewardship
Used to be a RE NXT user, and one of the best features was Workflow Designer. You could create processes — known as workflows — as an automated series of steps in the form of actions, emails, or conditions. You can assign actions to someone in your organization to complete, then add conditions to have the workflow move to the next action.
You could add emails to your workflow and set conditions to automatically send those emails to your constituents. You'll add actions and emails based on your chosen criteria and let the workflow do all the work, saving yourself…16 votes -

Affiliate organization
We would like to see the Affiliate/Supporting organization or division field from the fund details appear in the grants.
We need to be able to recognize the funds from our affiliates in order to process the grants using the correct payment type and award letter.

Manual entries - Admin Fees, Distributions, Journal Entries
I'd like to see a link to "create" another entry immediately after posting a manual admin fee, distribution, or journal entry. It's cumbersome to have to back up multiple screens to get back to the "create" link.

board portal
Create a Board portal. A place to put documents, ByLaws, minutes, agendas, governance documents etc. Board would login here to retrieve documents for meetings instead of email and re-emailing with changes.

Grant documents
Currently when you click "process documents" to print grant letters, the letters are by batch. It would be great if there was a way to "check all" or select which individual ones we want to print and which we want to "mark as sent" without having to go into each individual batch ID.
This would be very helpful with scholarships because we don't always print them in batches and I haven't been able to mark all of them as complete because it would take way too much time to go through each individual one.

Non Tribute Gift Reporting - Donor vs Donation reports
This defect or design issue was discovered in comparing our non-rolled-up donation report (#1660) which indicates that there is a tribute made by a particular user during a particular time period, while the rolled-up donor report (#1699), using the exact same fields, does not. The fields used are Tribute Name and Tribute Donation. With help from Support, we learned that this particular donation lands in the Non Notify Tribute field because the donor did not populate the Whom To Notify Field and/or did not select the mode of notification. Receipt for multiple donations with import
Needing a multifund receipt option for imports. We are planning to utilize the file import for donations when we have large campaigns to save data entry time. When we go to pull the receipts however it's doing 1 page per donation instead of 1 page per donor.
I understand that we can manually enter the multi fund donation and get the same outcome but that is much more time consuming.2 votes -
Decouple the inactive button from the deceased button
When you mark a profile deceased, it is automatically marked inactive and you have to reopen it to make that change. Not all deceased profiles are inactive - we pull them frequently but if they're also marked inactive they might not get pulled.

Donor Report Vs Custom report
It appears that when creating a Donor Report for a Fund, which can give you helpful information immediately, does not translate very well to a Custom report.
You have the ability to "save" the Donor Report, but when you open it up under a Custom Report (Which is where it ends up) all the columns are completely different. Therefore, giving you different information.
Both the Donor Reporting tool and the Custom Reporting tool give you different abilities, which are not always available for both options. It would be nice to streamline these reporting abilities so you can add/remove more information.

Allow custom fields from funds on list of available merge fields for Grant award letters

Bulk print year-end envelope template
Add same field options for the envelope template that are on the year-end receipt template. The names on the bulk year-end envelopes are not the same that print on the letter.

ability to make a grant from the fund advisor portal grant history page
When a Fund Advisory clicks on an organization in their grant history with the intention of making another grant please add a link/option directly on this screen so that they have the ability to make the grant request. Currently there is no streamlined process for this - they have to leave this screen and go to the Make A Grant Recommendation tab.

Household profiles - two birthdates
I would like the option to add birthdays to a Household profile that contains two individuals (typically a couple) who want to be recognized as one entity.... without needing to create two individual profiles.

At year-end, is there a field that is or could be made available in the fund statement template that will pull the calculated spendable for the upcoming year for each fund? Right now I use a custom field and bulk update.

Change GL Code on AP Voucher
Sometimes we need to change an expense code on an AP voucher after that month has been closed. Would love some functionality that would allow this in a subsequent month. The current workaround is a JE but that means the voucher has the wrong code for 1099 purposes.
