  1. When creating a grant request, an error is still presenting if the user enters a dollar sign and a comma in the Amount field.

    It does not error out if they only enter one of these.

    Can you strip out the characters rather than display an error message?

  2. We schedule weekly custom report emails to all staff. This report includes Note ID. If a note refers to an attached file, having the ability to jump into Global Search to bring up the Note ID would be a time saver for all staff.

  3. Before the system automatically creates a profile, add a 'review' step with options to choose to create the profile or add to an existing profile, or place the new profiles in a buffer where they can be easily identified and reviewed.

    Auto-creation of profiles from event checkout, and online donations, is challenging our ability to maintain the integrity of our database.

  4. We would like to link grants to opportunities. We have some clients where we are managing a few multi-year grant commitments. These are not through GLM but through a separate agreement. We'd like to use opportunity tasks to collaborate on these, list the beneficiary profiles, and link the actual grant records. This would allow us the flexibility to utilize opportunities to track the work done for these relationships as these donors trust us to steward these specific grants that would not work as a recurring grant series because there is added complexity.

  5. It would be great if tasks could be viewed directly from the profile. Right now you have to click through a lot of places to see tasks. It would be great to have tasks that are not related to an opportunity which is currently not possible. We end up using notes a lot because it is so much more visible from the profile.

  6. Some fund agreements require a portion of spending be reinvested back into the fund's principal

    Currently, CSuite does not allow a fund to be its own beneficiary. Therefore, a manual journal entry is processed annually to reclass the reinvested amount from spendable to principal. And it is must be entered after Create Spendable Grants has been completed.

    Example:
    - 80% of spending granted externally
    - 20% must be reinvested into the fund's principal
    - After "Create Spendable Grant" runs, a manual journal entry is posted to reclass the 20% from spendable to principal.

  7. Our fund advisors would really like to see support fees (aka admin fees) on the Fund Summary page. Currently the only way we can report the fees assessed to their fund on a quarterly basis is by producing a statement of activity. Including this information on Fund Summary would provide a clearer picture of activity in their fund. Thanks!

  9. The dates of recorded webinars/trainings are not shared. This is really confusing. I just watched one saying an update will be pushed out "next Wednesday" and I have no idea when that will be or was. Makes it hard to know when information is outdated - I don't want to waste my time watching a webinar that is no longer relevant.

  10. I would love to be able to bulk edit nonprofit radial buttons, categories and status. I am spending all day today checking boxes when it could be done in literally 10 minutes. Please consider this for future users!

We'd love to use the affiliate portals, but we've historically run into legal issues with having affiliates listed in ways that could be perceived as their own entity, thus we'd love the option to NOT make the affiliate the grant advisor (and therefore the vendor) for internal grants so the grant still flows through our main org's profile and the grant advisor is listed on grant letters as such.

  13. Please implement a feature that allows for the system to automatically post the subsequent donation for recurring donations.

    Currently recurring donations must be posted manually on some sort of cadence, which takes up a lot of time. It would be highly beneficial if the system could post these automatically when they are due for their next donation.

  14. It would be great to have the option to include the public name of the receiving fund for internal grant records. Right now this option only seems to exist for the originating fund. Since many of our Funds have a public name, right now when we create our fund records for example, they are showing the internal name of our Funds like Operating Fund, rather than the public name, CNYCF Community Fund.

  15. Very frequently, when updating a report filter, this error comes up on a new page "Invalid reporting action ',editfilter'" - you have to go back to the report and select the filter again.

    Please fix this issue and allow us to only select the field to update once when editing a report.

When sharing direct links to pages within the Giving Hub, there are no defined metatags (og:title, og:image, og:description) which means the link preview in social media sites (or other places it's shared digitally, i.e. new Outlook) is empty/blank. This is not optimal for marketing purposes and particularly when we'd like donors/orgs to share direct links to donate pages and/or to campaigns.

    The same is true of the landing pages for each section of the Giving Hub.

    We could, I suppose, create a page on our org's native website "news" feed to correspond to each campaign for the purposes of social…

  17. Would really like the ability to create customized communications that would appear as a pop-up in the portal when a fund-holder logs in to share things they are working on, foundation news, funding opportunities, etc. with fund advisors.

  18. Create option to generate yearly tax receipts via a template (like we can with Fund Statements) that we can add to the portal in either Statements or Files. Currently donors can see and print their receipts individually, but not a yearly tax receipt. A yearly tax receipt on the portal would be an great addition!

  19. The new "Redirect Legacy Fund Advisor Portal" option goes to the email address login page. We would like it to go to the "?userpass=1" page instead so the fund advisor gets the username and password prompt to be more like their previous experience for ones who just bookmarked the old link. Can this be added as an option or as the default for when that option is turned on?

  20. When a grant request is submitted through the portal and requested to be anonymous, the record that it was requested to be anonymous should carry through all stages of the grant. Currently, the grant requests in the portal tab show whether the grant is anonymous, but once the grant is created, the Online Grant Request details do not show whether or not the grant was anonymous. It would be helpful to have this here for easy reference, especially for funds that do not always send grants anonymously.
