  1. When entering a donation and using the multi-fund feature, a payment is automatically created. The payment date is defaulting to today's date - it is not pulling the date used when entering the donation. Unfortunately there is no way to adjust the payment date after the fact. This used to not be the case and something has changed.

  2. I had an idea that could help strengthen donor relationships and enhance our customer service approach. It would be nice if the system could track donor birthdays and send birthday email or greetings.

    It’s a simple gesture, but it communicates that we see and value our donors as people, not just as numbers or contributions. Small personal touches like this can go a long way in building rapport, deepening relationships, and showing genuine appreciation for their support and connection to an organization.

  3. I am curious to know if it is possible to hide non-custom fields? For example, if we never utilize the Recognition Name field in a profile, can this field not be provided as an option in the creation and view of a profile?

  4. When assigning opportunities -- The initial assignee and secondary assignee selections function and look differently. It would be appreciated if these were consistent for system literacy. Apart from this, it seems that you can continue to re-add a secondary assignee.

  5. Please add the ability for staff to edit non-notify tribute donations. Many times our donors make a tribute donation knowing that the person named is known to our community foundation, so they don't feel the need to fill in the notify fields. Other times, they don't know the address or email of the person/the family to notify, but our staff does.
    Right now we are manually pulling that data for every non-notify tribute, increasing staff time on this administrative task. Also, our tribute lists are not accurate because these non-notify gifts do not show in it. We have had a…

  6.     It would be very helpful to make Fund ID numbers visible more easily on Fund Manager. At the Community     Foundation of the Ozarks, we regularly urge agency partner fund advisors to use Fund Manager to initiate grant requests, but we still have several who email in their requests or simply reach out with questions about their funds. We have been encouraging them to use their fund ID numbers when emailing a grant request or questions, so we can ensure we look at the correct fund, but fund IDs are NOT currently easy to find in Fund Manager.   7. We would like to add two designation types to the existing options: Planned Giving/Gift/Giver (whatever makes more sense) and Prospect. We currently use a Profile Type, but it hides that under the Relationships tab. It would be helpful to see they have a planned giving commitment at the native profile level, just as easily as whether a profile is a Donor. We also anticipate this will give us other ways to run reports and dashboard data not currently available.

  8. It would be great to allow us to add a section that asks how the donor heard about the fund they are donating to. They could make a selection from options we provide, such as website, event, referral, etc. This would help greatly with marketing efforts.

  10. We would like to request native DocuSign integration within CommunitySuite (CSuite).
    Currently, DocuSign integration appears to be available in other Foundant products such as Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) and Scholarship Lifecycle Manager (SLM), but not within CSuite. This creates a gap in workflow efficiency for organizations that rely on CSuite for fund management, donor engagement, and grant processing.
    Adding DocuSign integration to CSuite would allow organizations to:

    Streamline document workflows (e.g., fund agreements, donor acknowledgments, and grant-related documentation)
    Reduce manual processing and duplicate data entry
    Improve turnaround times for signatures and approvals
    Maintain a centralized system of record within CSuite

  12. We would like to limit access to the Donor tab (and the options within it) in the Portal as we can with the Fund Management tab. It would be ideal to show/hide the Donor tab and the category options offered on each profile.

  13. Please consider adding an approval log (or something similar) to a scholarship record. Currently there is nothing that mimics the 'Approval' log that appears on a grant. When a scholarship record has 'auto-approve' turned on, it auto runs through the grant stage, and still does not receive a logged approval. There is no easy way to see which user made the approval on the scholarship record, at any point in the system (SLM through to CSUITE). The lack of this transparency means we have to upload additional documentation to CSuite, showing who approved the scholarship to be paid, even when…

  15. We would like the profile-fund link feature to function more like profile to profile linking and org role feature, with the ability to add start/end dates, mark the link as active, and have a record of historical links.

    We are utilizing profile-fund linking to track folks who participate on committees for specific scholarship funds. It would be very useful to have a record of who has participated in the past and when folks began participating.

  16. It would be great to access both Individual and Household opportunities under the Household's profile. I am imagining something similar to how you can view all the donations under the household whether it be the individual or household.

  17. It would be great if there was a way to sync those who check the newsletter opt in button on the giving hub to Mailchimp. Currently we are having to run a custom report to capture those profiles and manually add them to Mailchimp.

  18. It would be awesome if the option to bring in the Public Name of a fund was available everywhere Fund Name is. Anytime I send out correspondence, I am using the Public Name, not our internal name.

  20. We would like to add instructions on when to use individual vs household vs org on the checkout page. Currently, a lot of households use the individual setting and we can't change it on the back-end.

    That, or make the choices more visible. They're easy to miss!
