  1. When trying to see a full picture of a donor and upcoming tasks, it would be nice to see future Opportunity tasks on the profile. Right now, I have to open the Opportunity to see if there is a future task set (or search All Tasks) and it would be nice if it were just to appear on the profile as a future task.

  2. When you do a donation rollup report in custom reports, it spits back inactive household profiles. We would still like to use the rollup report to get the advised and household donations rolled up, but would like to see the name of the active individual attached to this household profile.

  3. Allow public facing campaigns to display similar to Fund listings. The Header and body text have a large amount of space between them. Feels like a mistake visually like something is missing. It gives the graphic designer in me the twitches. Examples below.

  4. After creating a campaign, there is an option to import a CSV document with the Profile IDs of donors/advisors who received the email. This allows you to add multiple profiles to the campaign at once.

    There should be the same feature for donations attributed to a campaign, we should be able to upload a CSV file of Donation IDs to the marketing campaign instead of having to manually add each donation 1 by 1.

  5. Allow Profile Fund link Categories to be edited vs having to delete the Profile Fund link and adding the fund back with the newly desired Category. Example, we are changing 'advisor' to 'primary advisor' or 'secondary advisor' and having to delete the Profile Fund link w/ 'advisor' category and then adding the fund back with the Profile Fund link of 'advisory-primary' or 'advisor-secondary'.

  6. We have received requests to notify a fund advisor via text when a donation or grant is available. CSuite currently allows emails. Any chance the texting those notifications could be added?

  8. When generating an internal grant letter (e.g., a DAF granting into an Agency Fund or Field of Interest Fund), foundations may want to notify the receiving fund advisor that a grant has been made into their fund.

    Currently, there are no available merge fields that allow users to pull:
    -The primary fund advisor of the receiving fund
    -The receiving fund advisor’s mailing address
    -Other advisor contact details from the receiving fund

    This limitation makes it difficult to automate internal notification letters for:
    -Interfund grants
    -DAF → Agency Fund grants
    -DAF → Field of Interest grants

  9. In the Internal Grant letter template, I would love to have the advisor household salutation. You have included the advisor household label, but my only option for the salutation is one member of the household. So, we are manually editing all the internal grant salutations. Please help us be more efficient by providing the advisor household salutation!

  10. We would like to add more than one fund to a manual fee entry. We frequently have to process manual fees for more than 100 funds, and it would be cleaner and less time consuming if this could be all in one manual fee entry with different funds (like journal entries where you can add a fund). In addition, a duplicate or copy function would be ideal so we can simply edit information as needed each quarter after duplicating last quarter's fees.

    The current manual fee entry process is so very time consuming compared to our previous software which allowed…

The option to email tax receipts directly from a donation does not provide a customization option, so you have to edit the text that will be in the subject of the email for each donation if you don't prefer to use C-Suite's default subject field. Please add the ability to create our own default subject field that will generate for every donation.

  13. Currently, the donation_letter template field ({{description}}) includes the donation amount along with any non-deductible items. For Giving Hub Campaign Ticket purchases, the {{description}} text also includes the number of tickets. To improve clarity and grammatical accuracy, especially since most purchases are for a single ticket type, it may be helpful to update the logic to account for singular versus plural cases. For example, receipts could display “1 Ticket” instead of “1 Tickets,” or simply show the quantity without the word “Tickets,” which would avoid incorrect grammar altogether.

It is important to have historical data accurately reflected in our records and currently the importing of historical scholarships does not provide for the automatic creation of the corresponding historical grants and vouchers.  Currently, the creation of new corresponding grants and vouchers after importing new scholarships results in duplicate/erroneous records.  How can we make sure that the import of new scholarships will result in accurate corresponding grant and voucher records?

  15. Give us more characters in the donation Description field, please! Currently, there is a limit of only 256 characters, which is very limiting. We use that field to list the details with stock gifts, as that field is visible on the portal for donors. 256 characters doesn't go far when donors are donating multiple stocks.

  16. When printing multiple page financial reports, we need to have the column headings print at the top of the column on each page for ease of reading. It is impossible to know what each column is for once you print more than one page.

    For example, if I print an fund audit report for multiple funds, you cannot tell what the columns on the second page are reporting.

  17. We would like to be able to run a report or somehow be able to see how many Profiles have a specific Profile Type. There is no way to quickly access this in a single report - we have to run a report for each Profile Type, then see how many profiles populate. Having a list to easy reference the number of profiles that have a Profile Type would be helpful to keep the data clean and up to date.

  18. HELP - VOTE FOR THIS! Multifund vouchers are unable to be copied in CSuite. When you copy it will only copy the first one, so these will need to be made from scratch each time. Csuite doesn't have the functionality to fully copy a multifund voucher. So, those monthly employee-benefit breakdowns have to be done from scratch every time!!!

  19. When entering a donation and using the multi-fund feature, a payment is automatically created. The payment date is defaulting to today's date - it is not pulling the date used when entering the donation. Unfortunately there is no way to adjust the payment date after the fact. This used to not be the case and something has changed.
