  1. Would it be possible for donors to receive Candid/Guidestar data via CSuite? It would be great if donors could get that information.

  2. We would like to ensure that anonymous profiles/donors are anonymous throughout the system. Basically their information would be masked (similar to the SIN numbers in Foundant) and only those individuals with access can un-mask the information like names, emails, etc. Otherwise it would just show as anonymous with their address.

    This would help to ensure anonymous donors remain anonymous, as it would limit the information throughout the organization as well. We have many staff that need access to Csuite for campaigns and events, but are contract staff and students. We are trying to limit the access to temporary staff to…

We would like the functionality for our fund steward's business contact information to only show in the portal and have another set of public facing contact data to show on promoted/public funds in the giving hub. this way we keep the personal connection within the portal and sensitive contact information away from the public.

  5. Currently on the household record, the Last Donation Date does not roll up all donations from the household members. So, if the household has not given since 2021, but a member of the household gave in 2023, that is not reflected in the Last Donation Date on the household record, it shows their last donation was in 2021. This is not an accurate representation of the household's giving. Please have all household and household members giving be reflected on the household record's Last Donation Date.

  6. Currently, Community Suite does not alert us when a recurring gift is about to end. We would like an alert to be added and an email sent to the donor on the second-to-last donation telling them the recurring donation is about to expire. The email could have a link for the donor to log in and extend the donation date, or it could email us to let us know the donor would like to extend the donation.

  7. We have a custom field for grants that would be very helpful if it was available in the grant requests on the portal. We are implementing a work around with using the summary and a bulk action in reports but the availability of the custom field in the portal would be much easier.

  8. Would love to have the "Reconcile List" button that takes you back to the list of reconciling accounts within the completed bank reconciliation page. As I'm now approving bank recs within CSuite, I currently have to press "Back" and then "Reconcile List" once I've approved a bank rec and I'm ready to go to another one.

  9. Allow for the option to add 'all emails' or just 'primary emails' from a report to a Campaign. When there is more than one email on a profile, we want the ability to add them all to an email campaign.

  10. Right now the ability to add a profile while on a campaign requires the Campaign Edit permission. Staff that are adding profiles to campaigns from that screen shouldn't necessarily be able to edit the campaign. Can this be a separate permission?

  11. Allow for multiple directories to be tied to profiles. For instance, we use the nonprofit directory feature, which is awesome. We would also like to have a consultant directory. I'm thinking same look and functionality, just allow for more than one directory option.

Similar to the grants bucket and other areas of the system with sorting capabilities, it would be great if the Items columns in individual Vouchers could be sorted - Expense Account, Description, Quantity, Unit Cost, Total, and Campaign. When entering a voucher with many items, the sort order changes once the voucher is saved, so it would be very helpful to be able to sort these columns on screen. Thanks for considering!

  13. If someone is registering for a tournament and they need to select their T-shirt size, choose their level of difficulty, etc., it is very inefficient to assign these to the profiles after they have checked out. If we have 100 users signing up, we need to contact each one for this information?

    As a workaround, we are using the notes tab hoping the majority of users use it to enter their team name, t-shirt sizes and difficulty level, but this should really be an option for users to complete for all campaigns/events during checkout.

I am in agreement that they s/b able to correct their contact information but I think it would be better at the profile level to then be toggled "inactive" instead of disappearing altogether "deleted". Instance that just happened they removed their work email and replaced with a personal email, which is fine but now the work email is no longer on their profile at all. Please change to inactivated vs deleted when changes are done on the portal.

  15. We love the bulk update functions in custom reports for grants. It would be incredibly helpful to have the option to bulk upload IDs and then gain access to the bulk options for grants.

    For example, we are tracking grants for Hurricane Helene, which requires pulling reports and sorting in excel. It would be worlds more efficient if we could bulk upload grant IDs to mark the custom fields on these grants at once (vs. going one at a time, incredibly time consuming during a challenging time in our state).

  16. Please provide the option to list the school's name in the grantee detail section of a scholarship fund statement. This field is currently blank or will list the student's full name since the student is considered the grantee according to C Suite even though the payment was sent to the school. This is confusing for donors. This update would also protect the privacy of the student by including the school's name, and not the student's full name. We are not interested in the post by payment option as that feature can cause issues with financial integrity.

    After review by our engineering team, we are moving this back to proposed. The school name populates if using Post by Payment. The reason it does not without that option is that the scholarship populates the fund statement on the post date, and the school is assigned on the payment lines, which could be later than the post date.

  17. In the Giving Hub, there is currently no way to differentiate between funds that appear on the promoted-funds page because they are promoted and those that appear there because a logged-in fund advisor is viewing the page. I would like to be able to apply different styles to those two types of fund cards so it is clear to fund advisors at a glance which funds are theirs and which are promoted. To enable this, please add classes to the fund cards that reference the reason they are appearing on the page, such as "promoted-fund" and "advised-fund."

  18. Csuite currently allows us to set a CC fee percent that donors have the option to cover when processing a donation online. It would be great if instead of a fee percentage, they could see a "live calculation" for their credit card fee. I have attached an image of another platform that uses Stripe as their payment processor and they have integrated a "live calculation" so that the donor can see a dollar amount versus a percentage.

  20. I’m wondering if this label ‘How do you want to be recognized’ could be changed to something like, ‘How would you like to be recognized if different than above.’

    I’m also wondering if it could be moved down to the Additional Information section instead of being in such a prominent location.
