  1. For recurring grants, the language used for the number of grants is confusing. The wording that advisors see when they make a request is "Number of Recurring", and the wording that staff sees is "Max Recurrence." However, in practice, the number in this field will be used for the total number of grants (one initial grant PLUS any recurrences). Can the language be changed to "Total number of grants" and "Max Occurrence" - or something similar that makes it clear that the first grant should be included in the count?

  2. It would be great if tasks could be viewed directly from the profile. Right now you have to click through a lot of places to see tasks. It would be great to have tasks that are not related to an opportunity which is currently not possible. We end up using notes a lot because it is so much more visible from the profile.

  3. option on custom reports to have a column on each record that only shows the profile types that were requested in the filter. For example, if filter equal Board Member and Legacy Member, show each record with only the profile type(s) that met the criteria for that profile not all profile types on the profile.

  4. Please bring back the Old Support click. The new Search Help Articles are not as easy to find the information you are looking for. By clicking an article and browsing through the 5x7 area is ridiculous. Why would you make a support site so small and not user friendly?? I don't understand the changes CS is making. I really hope this goes back to the old way.

  5. Could you all add more customization options for colors? I've been able to edit a lot using CSS, but I know that isn't an option for most people. Here are colors that I've manually modified or am working on finding the code to modify to match our branding:

    • Underscore on the current tab in the top menu (Giving Hub and Portal) that lists profile/funds/logout (portal) or funds/campaigns/grant catalog (giving hub)
    • Background color behind login form
    • Selection color for dropdown/fund changer in fund portal (and background color - if you set the background to anything other than white, it affects the…

  6. When fund advisors use the guide star search, when staff process the grants in the new bucket all they can see in the new grantee field is the name and that it was from guidestar search. Often times, even though the guidestar search was used, we actually already have the grantee in our system. Our grants manager has to make the new grantee, compare it to the one in our system, and if it already exists then delete the new profile, and change the grantee in the grant.   7. Add the ability to set the Grant Documents Template and mark Omit Grant Documents to multiple grants via the Bulk Action tool.

    Currently, you can set the Grant Award Letter Template and set Award Letter Needed (or not) but cannot do the same for the Grant Documents.

    Side note - it would be beneficial to have the language for Grant Documents be consistent throughout the system. When in a grant, it's Grant Documents Template, but when in the Templates section, it's "grant_letter".

  8. We have been instructed by Foundant's support team to populate the "Sponsored Org" field on grants with the Sponsoring Org. Can this field be renamed to "Fiscal Sponsor" so that it aligns with how it is intended to be used. This would also require "Sponsor", which appears on grant reports, to be renamed to "Sponsored Org". If that cannot be implemented across CSuite due to other clients using these fields as they are named, can we be given the ability to rename these fields within our specific CSuite site?

The "Add Opportunity" action still shows up when user is in the "Relationships" tab on a profile record, even though the the Opportunities tables has been relocated to the "Engagement" tab on a profile record. Would be great for this action be relocated to show up when a user is in the "Engagement" tab as well.

  10. The new updates for opportunities is great. It would be great to have the ability to add funds like you can add profiles. We have donors that have multiple funds under one agreement. But we don't have way to link the funds other than the relationship tab under fund owner.

  12. When I uploaded a new default tax receipt template, I see that it is applied to all past donations. For example, a tax receipt that was sent on 4/9/25 does not preserve the actual tax receipt that was sent - what is preserved is the date and time stamp, and when I click "tax receipt" next to the printer icon, what is created is a tax receipt using the most recent default template. Would it be possible to also save the tax receipt that was sent at the date/time of the time stamp?

  13. When profiles are marked as deceased and linked to a household, the household is being pulled with the deceased information instead of now defaulting to the active individual profile only. This impacts mailing lists for marketing campaigns and grant letters as it now pulls in deceased households.

    There should be an automatic unlinking/adjustment so that we do not have to manually unlink which is the only workaround to solve this issue right now. Ideally, there would be a way to keep the individual linked to the household profile for historical purposes too.

  14. The notes that are automatically saved to grantee profiles when a grant award letter is sent do not include emails that were cc'd, nor is the attachment included. There is a link where a file could be attached, but it gives me an error and I don't want to have to manually attach grant award letters to each note on a grantee profile anyway.

    When emailing grant award letters from CSuite, we have added a note in the Other Detail field on grantee emails that they are for grant notifications, but this detail isn't available as a field to pull…

It would be helpful if the Fund Statement Review Email Body email would allow for one email to be sent to a fund advisor letting them know that multiple fund statements are ready instead of an email for each individual fund statement. We have some donors that are fund advisors to several funds so will receive multiple emails. It would be efficient to have this information all in one email.

  17. The category function is great for organizing files but we would like to provide more organization by having sub categories. Like a main category would be Finance and sub categories would be documents finance would be concerned with such as W9s. Thank You cards would be a Donor sub category. etc.

  18. I would like to be able to pull a report with all pledges and donations related to a specific fund. This would allow us to tell who has and hasn't been reached about their annual giving whether or not we have the cash in hand yet.

  19. We're running into an issue with running year over year financials for February. The system is pulling 02/28/2025 and 02/28/2024, instead of 02/29/2024. We run quite a few comparative reports and we're having to manually manipulate the 2024 column. It would be great if the engineers could fix the coding so the system would pull the month end date, rather than a set date.
