  2. Ability to bulk edit fund statement type by fund type, via custom reports. We are migrating to email all fund statements to just agency funds and would like to bulk edit all advisors to receive email statements.

  3. In the new portal there is an option to rename the Grant Request left navigation menu tab, which is great. However, the persistent Create Grant Request button on the top left is not something to rename. So if we want to rename the left navigation to "Recommend a Grant" which is the language our fund advisors are used to seeing, the language of Create Grant Request is not consistent. So, regardless of the option to customize the tab name, because the button is fixed we are going to be restricted to naming it consistent to the button. If we can…

  4. Please add a content area to the "change profile" page of the Portal. If someone logs in and has multiple profiles associated with the same primary email address, it would be great to have the ability to add some instructions for our fund advisors, donors, etc. about which profile to select in order to accomplish their desired task (donate, grant request, etc.). Thanks!

  5. With the new ability to create a "promote end date" for a promoted fund (awesome!!) it would be great to be able to report on those. Our public-facing fund descriptions often change after a period of promotion, and it would be great if we could easily find funds whose promotion has expired so that we can adjust the fund summary.

  6. Please implement additional sorting options for funds that are not promoted, but show up on the "Show Additional Funds" page. Currently, this page sorts alphabetically.

    It would be great if those funds could be sorted in different ways, including but not limited to fixed numerical ordering, like you can with promoted funds.

    Also, it would be helpful if the funds could be grouped based on fund group, sub-group, division, or segment. Then, sorting within each of those groupings as well.

  7. Please add yesterday and today for relative date filtering. We have a lot of scheduled reports we have set to this week, when we really need to check yesterday's or today's information. There is also not a great way to see only today's date unless you put the date in the range which is not intuitive and would take more work than just having a relative date option.

  8. It would be very helpful to have the option to post internal grants to receiving fund spendable during grant entry. As it is now, we have to post the internal grant, then click on the Donation ID, then click on Apply to Spendable [change].

  9. I would like to have more options for recurring donation cadence, or for it to be user-configurable. For example, I would like to add twice per month (to align with donors who are paid twice a month) and semi-annually (ie: 2 times a year) as options.

  10. Currently, you can only attach one file when creating a voucher. Most of our vouchers require more than one attachment, and an extra step is required to attach additional documents before posting the voucher. We would like the ability to attach multiple files when creating a voucher to make the process more efficient. Request by GMF.

  11. A common issue when reporting is building multiple different types of custom reports to pull all necessary data. This splits the information across multiple reports and requires Excel knowledge to combine them together. Instead, it would be much better if there was a single report that had all of the most commonly used/reported fields.

    Most of the custom reports in CSuite contain many extraneous fields that are never even reported on. Given that trying to load every single one of the fields on a page would be difficult, let's ignore the unused and un-reported fields and include only the most…

  13. The email address has an associated data field named "Other Detail". There is not a way to add the email address "Other Detail" field to a report. The "Other Detail" field is currently only viewable in the CSuite application screen. We would like to use the email "Other Detail" field to hold codes to subscriptions allowed at that address.

    There is a similar data field for the Phone number named "Detail" which is available in a reporting object.

  14. Currently, when setting up a campaign, the date that shows in the event registration first page to add tickets shows the end date of the event. However, the time that displays is the start time of the event, making this very confusing and doesn't align with the information being entered for the fields showing on the ticketing page. Suggestion is to fix the date showing noted as START DATE to align with the START TIME. The next screen that allows selecting the number of tickets should then reflect the END DATE and END TIME for ticket sales.

  16. We would like to eliminate the need for a custom row for tracking purposes. We would like to see both a Subscribed & Unsubscribed checkbox within the email rows. Sometimes our contacts move orgs or change emails and we'd like to track which email(s) are unsubscribed to ensure we are using the correct information. We would also like this option added in the reporting sections.

Similar to the grants bucket and other areas of the system with sorting capabilities, it would be great if the Items columns in individual Vouchers could be sorted - Expense Account, Description, Quantity, Unit Cost, Total, and Campaign. When entering a voucher with many items, the sort order changes once the voucher is saved, so it would be very helpful to be able to sort these columns on screen. Thanks for considering!

  19. Create new Campaign “Choose Profiles” option: "Add individuals not household profiles - If a profile is a household, add just the members of the household. If a profile is an individual or is an org, it is added. No profiles are added as guests. No household profiles are added."

  20. There have been 2 ideas archived on this, but it would be so great if we could see the profile name in the task list not just the id#.

    Also, you should be able to tie a task to a profile from the main tasks.

    This is really needed for optimal donor stewardship.
