Multi Fund Grant Reporting
Current Challenge: The grant reporting system currently lists each fund disbursement as a separate grant, even when multiple funds contribute to a single board-approved grant. This results in:
Overstatement of grant count: A single grant appears as multiple entries.

new fund advisor
We work with organizations with high administrator turn over. When replacing a new administrator, they need to be set up as a Fund Advisor and then we have to manually add each individual fund. This is cumbersome.
Under "add funds" function, can you add a "Fund Advisor Like...." option that would allow multiple funds to be added at once. For example, Mr. Smith leaves an organization, can Mr. Brown be set up as a Fund advisor, click Add Fund, and Set up funds "like": [enter Profile name] Mr. Smith in this case.

Alert or Task Pop-Up Reminders
It would be very helpful if you could set a pop-up reminder for a task or alert that automatically popped up when you log into the system on the date that the reminder is set for.

Submit idea
When someone donates with a credit card and agrees to pay the processing fee (we use Stripe), the PDescription language that shows up in the ledger states "Cover creditcard fee". Creditcard is misspelled. It should be "credit card". My suggestion is to change that hard coding.

deceased in donor portal
Add donor address type to fund/donor portal as well as if donor is active or deceased.
Please show the type of address next to the addresses listed when you click on a donor in the portal. It would also be nice to see if this donor is active, deceased or inactive. Currently all donors even if now deceased.When a fund rep clicks on a donor with multiple addresses, all the active addresses are shown, however you can't tell if it is the primary address, the home address, the business address, etc because the address type is not shown.

Hide/Archive Option for Templates
Since it is not currently possible to delete templates that have grants/donations attached to it, it would be super helpful to be able to "hide" or "archive" old templates. Since so many hands touch these systems over time, it can get pretty overwhelming and difficult for anyone using the system.

Donor Portal
The donor portal graphs for fund advisors currently default to depict the prior 12 months of activity. Our donors find little utility in this view as they are most focused on the activity which aligns with the calendar/tax year perspective. Can there be an option available on the portal for a Foundation to set this as the default view rather than ask the donor to make this switch each time they log in? Further, can there be an option for the Foundation to select to have the default for the graphs to depict the current calendar year vs the prior…

Include Opportunities, Fund Advisors, etc. in Ref Name column for note reports
We internally report "contact" notes to our staff on a weekly basis using the Scheduled Report function. This provides all of our staff with a snapshot of important conversations that have occurred over the previous week and been recorded in the database. I include the Ref Name column on this report because it's great context to have when viewing a list of notes. However, I've noticed that when a note is added to an opportunity or fund advisor record, the Ref Name is blank. Grant Award Letter Email
On a grant record, "Email" is an option next to the field "Grant Award Letter". It seems that this field is not working as expected. It returns a yellow warning message, and doesn't send the email.

New Quick Reference Guide - Allow Users to Edit/Customize
Please make the quick reference guide able to be edited by users to create an org-specific guide within CSuite, rather than having to create guides outside of CSuite (in PowerPoint, Canva, Scribe etc). If we were able to add text to, or highlight, or change language in the Quick Reference Guide, it would make this functional in a few more important ways. For example, we could indicate in the Quick Reference fields our org requires staff to populate and which we do NOT want staff to utilize.

Printed Fund Statement Letter Template
Is it possible to have a template letter to include with the printed Fund Statements just like the template for the emailed Fund Statements? We want to customize the letter each quarter and pull in the "Salutation" field for each printed Fund Statement.

Add Content section for Yearly Tax Receipt emails
We recently sent out our yearly tax receipts (we call them Annual Donation Summaries) and when these are emailed in Bulk, there is no option to add an email Subject or Body and no option to update the PDF file name. Technically, they aren't tax receipts but a summary of the donations and tax receipts the donors received the previous year. We would like to see the following updates:
1) Ability to update email subject and body for bulk emails (this functionality exists when sending them individually)
2) Ability to rename the merged PDF documents before printing/emailing

Export Reports with Filters in the Donor Portal
It would be great if there was a way that reports exported through the donor portal could include applied filters. For example, I tried it in the donations tab and I can apply the filter but it doesn't show up when I download a report. Thank you!

Fields for DonorSearch Import
There are certain fields requested by DonorSearch to complete wealth screenings on profiles. Most are readily available in CSuite, but some are not as easy to access. In order to reduce the amount of manual and spreadsheet lookup work needed to prepare an import file, please consider adding the following enhancements for the donor rollup report to make HH reporting easier: Largest Gift Date, Last Gift Amount, First Gift Amount, and First Gift Date and Last Gift Date to aggregate data across all rolled up profiles (currently shows HH dates even if IND profile dates are first/last).

Make PDF Names customizable
Right now, our fund statements attach to the email as statement.pdf. We prefer more specific naming conventions (ideally the Public Name of the Fund and the Time Period of the Statement) but at a minimum would like to be able to name the PDF with our Organization name.

budget
It would be great to be able to put alternate budgets (reforecasts) into CSuite for the same year so report on both the original budget and updated forecast. Right now, it only allows one budget per year.

Affiliate/Supporting Org Portal Internal Grant Funds
It would be great if an affiliate/supporting organization that's set up with online fund advisor portal access could make internal grant requests to their own affiliate/supporting org funds. When I login in as a fund advisor and go to create a grant request on the portal and go to previous grantee or fund, it only lists non affiliate/non supporting org funds because those are marked as private so they don't show on our org's main online donation page. However it would be nice if affiliate/supporting org fund advisors could request internal grants to other funds within that affiliate/supporting org group.…

Grant letter template
Please consider assigning a grant letter template through the Fund profile. Looking at the fund profile for the name of the grant letter template is so much more efficient than going back to the Template listing and scrolling down to find the fund and their assigned grant letter template.

Add Subject Line for Resend Guest Link
Please add a field so that the subject line of the guest link email can be changed. While the recent updates to allowing for the email body content are great, they still do not solve the issue that individuals will not open emails that look like spam, and the current subject line looks like spam.
The current subject line is: Event Ticket Portal Link.
Refrencing this recent update: Portal Options-Giving Hub Content-Campaigns: Added a Resend Guest Link Content area. This will allow users the ability to customize the resend guest link content.
