Identify Recurring Donations
It would be great if donation email notifications to fund advisors specified if donations are recurring, so that we can steward these donors differently. Also would be great if recurring donations were identified in the donation list in the portal.

Sort Voucher Items Columns
Similar to the grants bucket and other areas of the system with sorting capabilities, it would be great if the Items columns in individual Vouchers could be sorted - Expense Account, Description, Quantity, Unit Cost, Total, and Campaign. When entering a voucher with many items, the sort order changes once the voucher is saved, so it would be very helpful to be able to sort these columns on screen. Thanks for considering!

Change global search bar search options
Have the ability to change the way the global search bar/other search bars pull up data. example: right now the global search bar alphabetizes by last name, then prefix, then first name. Would like to be able to switch that order to Last name then first name.

API for Constant Contact
We recently switched from MailChimp to Constant Contact as it offers more options and we believe it is a better platform. Would appreciate it if you would revisit adding Constant Contact as an option for the Campaign API kep.

FA Donation notifications should include tribute information
Fund Advisor donation notifications currently don't include tribute information, if the donation has been made in honour/memory of someone. It would be helpful if that was a field that could be added to donation notifications, as it's very important to some of our fund advisors to keep track of this for their own fundraising purposes.

file
Are you able to add an "Attach File" option to Bulk Actions in Custom Reports? We are trying to attach a file in bulk to our agency funds that are using a particular investment strategy, but there is no easy way to do that! We know you can use "Attach File" under Accounts, as well as under "Fund Groups" but it does not give you the option to filter on those lists for specific investment strategies. Thank you!

I would like to propose a change of the drop-down "ACTION" choices. Instead of the current default "replace with validated address" have the "Do nothing" as the default. This is helpful and will save time because profiles may have old addresses that we dont need to touch. Choosing the "do nothing" as the default will allow us to only click what is needed. Also, change the caps to lower, as someone else suggested, please. Thank you

birthday - option to not include year
Can we please have the option to select birthdays without a year or even a specific date?
Sometimes we may know the Month and Year
Other times, we may only know the Month and Day, but not a year.It is nice to capture this information for donor development

Additional information for Grantees (T3010) Report
In the Grantees (T3010) Report (under CRA Reporting), it would be helpful to add a field for the expense account related to each grant. Then one could sort the data and tie back to the financial statements much more easily. I'm adding this information manually and would love to eliminate this step!

android
The Android version of the new portal needs attention. The columns are jumbled on top of one another. It was a lot cleaner in the older version. We are competing against Fidelity's DAFs, and this is a real problem for us.

New Portal FUND SUMMARY Recent Grants - 20 displayed only
When a fund advisor is looking at the FUND SUMMARY page and Recent Grants, the list of Recent Grants that displays on this page is a maximum of 20 grants. It’s not a list determined by a lookback of a month or anything that seems to make sense, in fact an advisor of ours made a bunch of grants on the same date and this list was only showing some of them, which led her to believe that not all of them had gone through. Adding to the confusion is that it looks like the advisor can choose to edit the grants that display on the page (from 20 to 100 - see screenshot attached), but even when they choose to see the last 100 grants, it only displays 20. That is extremely confusing!
Once I figured this out, I added an explanation at the top of the page to hopefully clarify confusion – under Portal Options, Fund Advisor tab, Portal Fund Advisor Header. So that hopefully helps a bit, but unfortunately that header content is not exclusive to the FUND SUMMARY page, it also shows up on the general FUNDS page. I don’t see a Content setting to have a header for Fund Summary only but not the entire Fund Advisor page.

Fund Advisor Portal - Prompt to Confirm before Grant Request is Deleted or Cancelled
Please prompt the fund advisor to confirm that they want to Delete or Cancel a Grant Request before the record is deleted or cancelled. It is too easy to remove a grant request by accidentally clicking on those action choices.

Total Contributions and Total Grants
Total Contributions and Total Grants should be customizable. When using lookback dates this wording is misleading as the totals don't include data that precedes the lookback date.

Assign Two Funds to the Same Campaign
We run what we call "Hybrid Campaigns". With these campaigns we help organizations fundraise for two different causes that require two separate funds for tracking and accounting. Currently, this is cumbersome and difficult to track within C-Suite.
With the new fundraising campaign feature, it would be great to solve this issue by allowing both funds to be assigned to a campaign and allowing an allocation calculation to each fund. This would save us a ton of time reconciling and tracking each fund.
For example:
Building Campaign Fund - 60%
Savings fund - 40%The Building Campaign Fund would then receive 60% of all donation proceeds while the Savings Fund would receive 40%.

budget
It would be great to be able to put alternate budgets (reforecasts) into CSuite for the same year so report on both the original budget and updated forecast. Right now, it only allows one budget per year.

Multiple Tributes to One Donation
Currently, it is only possible to add 1 tribute per donation in Community Suite. Is there a way to add the ability to apply multiple tributes?
The case exists in that we have multiple appeals, and even regular donations, where donors send in one gift, one fund, and name many tributes. They are NOT sending one gift to multiple funds with multiple tributes.

Journal Entry Sort
Currently, journal entries are displayed sorted by debit and credit values, which makes it difficult to review and approve entries efficiently.
When comparing entries against the entry spreadsheet, which lists them in the order of journal entry ID, the current sorting method disrupts the sequence and increases the likelihood of oversight or error. This misalignment between the system view and the entry format complicates the review process and slows down approvals.
Requested Change:
Please update the journal entry review interface to list entries by journal entry ID by default, rather than by debit/credit values. Alternatively, providing a sorting option that allows users to toggle between ID, date, and value would offer greater flexibility.Benefits of This Change:
Aligns the system view with the import spreadsheet format
Improves accuracy and efficiency during the review process
Reduces time spent searching for and verifying entriesI have attached a screenshot of the current interface and the corresponding entry spreadsheet for reference.

exposed profile email, phone, address id in Profile Custom Report
CSuite has a Profile Email, Address, Phone ID unique to each value on a profile. These ID's, which are required to bulk update the values, are only exposed in the Profile Email, Address, Phone reports. These reports are not useful because they have no other attributes (Prim, Inactive, etc.). Please expose these fields on the Profiles Custom Report to allow for better filtering for bulk update actions.
