Please add the ability to have custom fields on vendors. I'd like to be able to flag those who are corporations, or otherwise meet a 1099 exception so never need a 1099.

Bank Reconciliation - CSV upload - Multi Fund Check being delete from upload and not matched
The CSV upload within the bank reconciliation does not work correctly for checks with Multi as the transaction ID. The worst part about that is the Multi checks do not stay as an unmatched item, the system automatically deletes all the multi checks that were original uploaded in the CSV file. this forces us to manually reconcile the checks to our upload to find out which checks were deleted from the file. Why can't the multi check stay on the bank reconciliation file as UNmatched so the user knows which check numbers the system is having issues matching?? it would be easy to manually match if the item was never deleted. Please help we have 200-1000 checks being issued each month.

The Ability to Toggle Public Facing Contact Information for Fund Stewards
We would like the functionality for our fund steward's business contact information to only show in the portal and have another set of public facing contact data to show on promoted/public funds in the giving hub. this way we keep the personal connection within the portal and sensitive contact information away from the public.

Custom Grant Fields available in portal
We have a custom field for grants that would be very helpful if it was available in the grant requests on the portal. We are implementing a work around with using the summary and a bulk action in reports but the availability of the custom field in the portal would be much easier.

Reclass transactions and 1099 Reporting
If you reclass a transaction to a different GL account, then the 1099 status of the current account should be applied and not the original account.

Fund Advisor portal updates s/b marked inactive instead of deleting from original profile.
I am in agreement that they s/b able to correct their contact information but I think it would be better at the profile level to then be toggled "inactive" instead of disappearing altogether "deleted". Instance that just happened they removed their work email and replaced with a personal email, which is fine but now the work email is no longer on their profile at all. Please change to inactivated vs deleted when changes are done on the portal.

Campaign Registrations source info and Dedupes
A. There should be a way to see what information was imputted when they registeded. This would be beneficial so that
1. If there is an issue with a registration it is easy to see what information was actually submitted and
2. If they add additional information like phone or address info we did not have before that it could be added to the profile.
B. When matching registrations to profiles, if the information entered matches a profile with it marked primary, it should trump other profiles not marked primary (aka if matching email, and I have 3 profiles with that email, it should match it to the profile marked primary before looking at the address or other information on the profile.)
C. When someone registers for an event, the receipt needs to go to the person who registered and not the primary on the profile that Foundant matched and Foundant should not change the email on the ticket to the primary either.A. Campaigns: Option to add all or primary emails to report
Allow for the option to add 'all emails' or just 'primary emails' from a report to a Campaign. When there is more than one email on a profile, we want the ability to add them all to an email campaign.

Multiple directories tied to profiles
Allow for multiple directories to be tied to profiles. For instance, we use the nonprofit directory feature, which is awesome. We would also like to have a consultant directory. I'm thinking same look and functionality, just allow for more than one directory option.

Grant third party access to real-time event ticket sales
When creating campaigns to sell tickets for our affiliate partners' events, the ticket sales can go directly into their funds, rather than dealing with third party payment processors. However, they do not have access to their ticket sales info, which they need to coordinate the planning of their event. They also need an up-to-date guest list to be generated shortly before the event starts. This is a major strain for weekend activities when the foundation is not staffed to manually monitor and send ticket sales reports.
This could be resolved by enabling scheduled ticket sales reports, where the time can be scheduled. Currently, these can be scheduled by date, but there's no way to know when they will be sent, and this information is time sensitive for event organizers. These reports would need to be able to be sent to external email addresses. We would also need to be able to schedule guest lists by time and date, also to be sent to external email addresses.

Budget % Over year automation
When putting in a budget for a fund, is there a way to have it not spread evenly out over the 12 month period? For example, can you allocate different % to different quarters? Like 20% Q1, 25% Q2, 35% Q3 etc. I know there is a manual way where you can put in a specific number for each month, but automating this with % amounts per quarter/month would be great.

Pending Grants in the "New" bucket
Pending Grants in the "New" bucket entered by an internal user are visible on the fund advisor portal. These amounts are still in draft form and have not been posted or approved. It would prevent issues if there was a separate tab for grants entered by internal users or when entering a grant to list the external users who will be able to see it or even a "publish to the portal" option for unposted grants.

Would really like to be able to see a calendar view of tasks and deadlines in CommunitySuite or be able to integrate with their Outlook or Google calendar.

Affiliate Portal Logo
It would be great if there was an easy way to upload a logo for the affiliate portal that would automatically change it from the overall system logo. Right now, the only way to update the logo for our affiliate's Giving Hub is through complicated coding that our team is not able to do. Thank you!

Add classes to fund cards to distinguish promoted funds from advised funds
In the Giving Hub, there is currently no way to differentiate between funds that appear on the promoted-funds page because they are promoted and those that appear there because a logged-in fund advisor is viewing the page. I would like to be able to apply different styles to those two types of fund cards so it is clear to fund advisors at a glance which funds are theirs and which are promoted. To enable this, please add classes to the fund cards that reference the reason they are appearing on the page, such as "promoted-fund" and "advised-fund."

Recognition Name - How do you want to be recognized
I’m wondering if this label ‘How do you want to be recognized’ could be changed to something like, ‘How would you like to be recognized if different than above.’
I’m also wondering if it could be moved down to the Additional Information section instead of being in such a prominent location.

Add closed funds to fund advisor designation
Now that closed funds have an option to be viewed in the portal, it would be nice to have the option to add closed funds to the fund advisor designation so folk can see the history in the portal.
