internal grant letter template field
In the Internal Grant letter template, I would love to have the advisor household salutation. You have included the advisor household label, but my only option for the salutation is one member of the household. So, we are manually editing all the internal grant salutations. Please help us be more efficient by providing the advisor household salutation!

Edit calculate date of manual fees
When processing manual fees, the calculation date automatically generates as the date that the fees were processed. That's inaccurate for us as our fees are all calculated as of quarter end but most likely not processed until a month later. We would prefer that a calculation date field be added so that we can select the date ourselves.

Edit default subject field for emailed tax receipts
The option to email tax receipts directly from a donation does not provide a customization option, so you have to edit the text that will be in the subject of the email for each donation if you don't prefer to use C-Suite's default subject field. Please add the ability to create our own default subject field that will generate for every donation.

Description Grammar for Non-deductible Items on Tax Receipts
Currently, the donation_letter template field ({{description}}) includes the donation amount along with any non-deductible items. For Giving Hub Campaign Ticket purchases, the {{description}} text also includes the number of tickets. To improve clarity and grammatical accuracy, especially since most purchases are for a single ticket type, it may be helpful to update the logic to account for singular versus plural cases. For example, receipts could display “1 Ticket” instead of “1 Tickets,” or simply show the quantity without the word “Tickets,” which would avoid incorrect grammar altogether.

Affiliate Portal Permissions
We are creating an affiliate program as a Foundation, and our Foundation has been in existence for over 30 years. Some of our affiliate partners already have funds set up with us because they are historical partners. We will provide a different level of access to donor information and donation amounts for our affiliates. We are running into setup roadblocks because several permissions are set as global or fund-level permissions that would be helpful to have on a more granular level—at the individual fund advisor and/or affiliate level. Specifically:
Look Back Dates - Right now, this is a global-level permission that applies to every fund in CSuite. We would like to be able to give our Affiliate Advisors permission to specific donor information starting on a certain date, when they sign the agreement with us. (This applies to our historic partners, specifically.)
Hide Donor Name, Email, Phone, Address settings: We do not share donor email or phone with non-affiliate partners. We would like to share more donor information with our affiliate partners, and this is a global setting that applies to all portals. Bringing permissions to the affiliate portal level would be helpful.
Hide Amounts: This setting is currently at the fund level and it would be great to bring to the Fund Advisor and/or Affiliate Advisor level. Again, we do not share donation amounts with anyone except our affiliate partners. So, if we have a Designated fund set up, we would want the Affiliate advisor to see donation amounts, but not the fundholder who set up the fund.

Household Steward Reports/Functionality
Working on a Stewardship Report for our development team using a Gift Report and it's been a hassle to identify the Household Steward for Individuals/Advisors. Is there any way we can either have household Steward/advisor household steward fields, or a way to roll up these fields so that we don't have to manually check on their profiles for these fields?

Add Social Media Links to Nonprofit Directory
Currently, the Nonprofit Directory in CSuite allows only a single website link to be displayed for each nonprofit. Many nonprofits have a variety of online presences beyond their main website—such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube—which are important touchpoints for donors and community members.
We would like the ability to:
Enter multiple links for each nonprofit on the administrative side.
Label each link with the platform it corresponds to (e.g., Website, Facebook, Instagram).
Display recognizable social media icons next to each link on the public-facing directory.
This enhancement would make the directory more engaging, help donors and community members connect with nonprofits across multiple platforms, and highlight the full range of ways nonprofits share their story.

I created a test opportunity in the sandbox to explore the new features, including assigning a primary assignee, two additional assignees, and a professional advisor. While I appreciate the effort that went into developing these updates, I did notice something that could become problematic.
Currently, when viewing the assignee, additional assignees, or professional advisor profle, it appears that each of them is also shown as having a duplicate opportunity identical to the donor’s. From a fundraiser's perspective, this could be quite confusing and potentially overwhelming.
As a friendly suggestion, for anything related to moves management or fundraising, it may be helpful to consult with someone who works closely in this area to ensure the features align with day-to-day use.
Unfortunately, I won’t be able to use these new features just yet. Ideally, only the Opportunity ID should appear under the assigned relationship—whether in the Assigned Opportunity section or the Advised Opportunity section for PA roles—without displaying any additional details or images. This would help prevent any confusion for fundraisers when reviewing the record.

Add a downvote option in Idea Lab
I have recently been surprised by some new implementations/announcements that are very disruptive to my work (specifically, the change in the fund search function and the announcement that there will now be a Donate button next to the grant request button in the advisor portal). Can there be a more democratic process for the ideas that get implemented? Currently it seems that the process is to get some/lots of votes in Idea Lab or to be an "important" person/organization and get your wishes granted.
At the very least, can we have a downvote option in Idea Lab so we can vote against something that sounds like a very bad change for our workflow or customers?

Edit button placement on Funds - too much scrolling
With the "shiny new look", the Edit button for funds is at the top of the screen. If you're scrolling through the setting tab and find something that needs editing, you have to scroll all the way back up to the top of the screen to hit the edit button. In the past it was always on the left menu wherever you were in scrolling through the settings options.
Could the box of fund information at the top, including the edit and other buttons, be frozen as you scroll down through the fund settings and other information so that it is always available wherever you are?
Better yet - it would be awesome to have an edit button on each section of the fund settings...Distributions, Fund Statements, Admin Fees, etc. That way if only something needs to be changed in a given section, only those fields need to be opened for editing instead of scrolling through ALL the fund fields to get to what you need.

Make Fund Beneficiary Info Available in the Grantee Portal
Currently we give fund beneficiaries access as a fund advisor to the fund where they are the beneficiary. There are some funds that have multiple beneficiaries on one fund so it gets confusing for the different nonprofits. We have fixed this by now when setting up designated funds we set up one fund per beneficiary. Looking through Compass discussions everyone seems to deal with this in different ways.
We want to provide the nonprofit with the information readily available for them but we do not necessarily want them to have all the information on the fund. Being set up as fund advisors then it pulls a fund statement for them and causes manual work for us anyway we do it.
It would be great if this could be a feature could be added to the grantee portal. Grantees could log in, see what funds they are receiving money from, and how much.
