  1. While reviewing fund statements, at times a statement may be skipped/not marked reviewed due to some issue with it that needs to be researched, etc. Going back later to find those few statements that still need review out of a list of 900+ statements is cumbersome by just scrolling through the list looking for those without a review date. It would be helpful to have a option to show only "Not Reviewed" statements in the batch.

  2. When adding an email from a sent email, the search function only searches the sender, not the "to" or "cc" emails. As we cannot use the integration when drafting an email, the next best option is to attach from the our Outlook send. However, we have to manually enter the email to get to the right profile, as the search is only searching the "from" of the email.

    In addition, the search function is only searching the primary email. Many contacts have more than one email (work, personal, volunteer etc).

  3. Currently, Community Suite does not alert us when a recurring gift is about to end. We would like an alert to be added and an email sent to the donor on the second-to-last donation telling them the recurring donation is about to expire. The email could have a link for the donor to log in and extend the donation date, or it could email us to let us know the donor would like to extend the donation.

  5. We have so many duplicates in our system that do not pop up in the "duplicates" tab because they are not a 100% match.

    For example, John Doe and Mr. John Doe would not populate as a duplicate because of the title.

    Can there be a function that detects possible duplicates that may match 90%?

  6. We pay most of our vendors via ACH. When the email is sent to our vendor, it is a generic email that states they received a payment from the Foundation. It would be great if the vendor would receive an email stating the amount of the voucher, invoice number and what the payment is for. We do not want to use Bambora.

  8. I would like the option to have an event listed on an affiliate's giving hub only, and not on our main giving hub.

    Right now the work around is to mark the event as private and let the affiliate use a direct link to the ticket.

    While this keeps the event off of our main giving hub, it also hides it on the affiliate's giving hub event tab.

  10. When reviewing a Grantee's Grants Tab, the Grants Awarded table accurately reflects values. However, clicking on the total value for a specific year only displays completed grants. This limitation becomes problematic when assessing the total grants for the current year, including both vouchered and completed grants.

  11. It would be nice if Edit Payment Schedule, Grant Type, and all other grant related fields are available on the edit grant screen. It slows down workflow if I have to select some fields individually to edit, and then go into the main edit screen for the rest of the fields.

  12. Adding a Deferred Revenue option when setting up a new Event:

    It looks like when you set up a new event in CSuite you need to select a revenue account. However, our procedures (and GAAP standards) dictate that revenue incurred in months prior to the month when "the performance obligation is met" must be allocated to deferred revenue rather than a current revenue account. Deferred revenue is not currently an option for this, and only back-end journaling workarounds exist to remedy it. The clean fix would be to allow for non-revenue accounts to be selected when setting up an event.…

  13. Is there any way you can program the system to generate the actual age of a donor? Our organization runs reports, lists, mailing labels, etc. by age groups from Raiser's Edge/Blackbaud. Having this system give us the current age would be extremely helpful. Otherwise, we have to export the report into an excel file and add a formula to show the persons current age which is time consuming.

  14. Besides the "List Carts" report under Fund Advisors which shows all carts, it would be helpful to see on an individual fund advisor if they have an abandoned cart. This would be on the Fund Advisor record in Csuite...an option on the left menu to "List Cart".

  16. It would be extremely helpful to us, as we continue to clean up our data after implementation, to be able to create reports, and group profiles, by Uploading Legacy Profile Code IDs. We're still grabbing data from our previous system, and those records do not have any connection to their counterpart Profile Id in CSuite.

  18. In the new Fund Portal, users have expressed several issues with navigation and confusion because of a lack of information:

    1. When in a specific page on the fund portal, the tab is not highlighted, nor is the text emboldened, in the left-hand menu to reflect what page they are on.
    2. Add a logout button in the top menu options without clicking through to profile.
    3. Add customizable text options to the Profile page - we currently don't allow users to update their contact details while we are merging profiles on the back end. We want to add text to let them…

    Request #2 and #3 are complete. There is a content block that can be customized in Portal Options: Portal Options>Portal Content>Profile tab>portal_profile_header. The option to logout has been moved to the top menu next to change profile.


  19. Request: Add the ability to customize the subject line of the Donation Notify Email.

    Clear, tailored subject lines are essential for fund holders to immediately recognize the purpose and source of the email. As it stands, the default subject line is vague and can appear suspicious or irrelevant. Allowing subject line customization would improve clarity, trust, and overall communication when donations are made to a fund holder's fund.

  20. Right now when I import Journal Entries, it combines random entries with the same date. It isn't even all one date, there could be two or three. We need these to all be separate as they're different deposits, different payment methods, etc. Grouping them makes reconciliation incredibly difficult.
