Giving Hub: Edit "Continue Giving" Options
At the time of testing (1/27/2025) The "Continue Giving" option in the Giving Hub is awkwardly placed at the top of the shopping cart and checkout screens. It is easy to overlook and does not make it clear how to continue adding donations to your cart. I would like to reposition this element to the bottom of the fund list summary. Ideally the text could be editable as well, at least providing a short caption to explain if we cannot edit the language on the buttons or headers.

Geographic mapping tool for reporting
Hello - I am wondering if at some point you all could have a geographic mapping tool for reporting so that we can share pins on a map for grants, gifts, and other reportable things as long as we have an address. This would be great for strategic planning, Board meetings, etc. Thank you

Prevent Duplicate Fund Short Names
We would love to have a way that C Suite could prevent duplicate short names from being created or provide a warning that there is another fund with the same short name. We use short names in lots of financial reports and having a way to prevent a duplicate would reduce human error. Thanks for considering.

Admin Fee Report in Funds
When running an admin fee report within a fund, it only includes fees that were charged in the quarterly process or done manually. It does not include transactional admin fees charged for each donation, grant, etc. in this report. This can make it difficult to get a complete picture of the fees charged to a fund. It would be ideal if this report included ALL admin fees charged to the fund. Thanks!

Include reporting of notes for all records they can be added to
It would be nice to be able to report notes with a profile, fund, or recurring grant or any other object on the same report. And the report still report the main object (profile, fund, grant) information even if a note is not present. We are trying to monitor recurring grants the donors initiate from the portal. They often include a note that never gets seen unless you expressly go looking for notes.

Tributes Search Field When Entering Donations
When you are in the Tributes page, you can search a name and it will show who the person to notify is behind the searched name.
Ex. Jane Doe [Doe, John] (public)
It would be nice if the same kind of populated search would show when entering a donation. I find if there are two different notifications, I have to go into the Tributes page and look to see which I need to choose. AND if they would be labeled the exact same (Example: "Jane Doe" and "Jane Doe" vs "Jane Doe" and "Dr. Jane Doe" I have no idea how to tell which is which.

Grant Catalog Request Page - need character limits
Grant Catalogs have request submission pages. The boxes for short and long descriptions need character limits. At this time, there is a stated character limit of 250 characters on the short description, and none on the long. We use 60 for the short, and 255 characters for the long, and have to edit down every request to fit these numbers. Either let us set the limits, or please set the limits for us.

Financial Reports
It would be useful to delete or add certain accounts when preparing a monthly income statment especially when preparing actual to budget. There are some items, mainly the investment income accounts that are not included in my original budget, therefore are not needed in the statement. Because of this, I have to export the report and delete the line items I do not need instead of running it straight from CSuite which would save a lot of time.

Can we please have the option to generate a system email notification when a new file has been shared to a fund advisor's profile.

Anonymous for publication option
Create an "anonymous for publication" option on the donate page. This would allow the gift to be known within the organization, committees of volunteers, etc., so we could accurately thank and track the donor, but not include the donor contact info in publication. Looking at our annual report we want to make sure we aren't listing funds that don't want to be published. Right now we just put (Do Not List) on the fund name and hope that we all catch them.

Tributes and Stripe gifts
Stripe gifts come into Csuite posted. If a tribute is added to the donation in Stripe, the tribute does NOT go into the tribute bucket. Also, there is no way to edit the tribute. We need the ability to make changes and add the tribute into the tribute bucket in order to properly notify people
7 votesThere is an option now to clear a tribute and and then add the correct one. I realize this is not the ask for the request, but it is a work around at this time.

Allow Fund Advisors to set recurring grant requests by % of spendable
We have some donor advisors who have endowed funds and want 100/50/etc% of their annual distribution to go to the same organization each year. Currently they can only set an amount for a recurring grant recommendation, but since their fund is subject to a spending policy their spendable balance amount varies year after year. Setting a percentage vs. an amount would be helpful.

GLM Grant Status in CSuite
It would be nice if the GLM status showed in CSuite the same way the CSuite status shows in GLM. This would keep from bouncing back and forth between applications.

Add Contact Block, Link or Section to Portal
Want to be able to have generic contact information on the portal should there be any questions/concerns that is available from all pages, not just the steward block on the fund summary screen.

Hide Contact Information for Show Student Data on Portal
When "Show Student Data" selected in the Donor Advisor Portal Setting have it only show student's name and school they're attending, but no personal information.

Allow option to update/not update synced profile fields between GLM and CSuite
Currently, when a profile is linked from GLM to CSuite, existing CSuite data is overwritten with GLM data if it differs. Since CSuite is our database of record, and since applicants often misspell, type all caps, put their home addresses instead of org address, use abbreviations, etc., we often find that bad data has replaced the good in CSuite. It would be nice to have either: 1. a checkbox option that offers a choice to update a profile at the time the GLM and Csuite profiles are linked; 2. a global setting to allow or not allow updates to flow from GLM to CSuite; or 3. when a link is established, data flows in the opposite direction (CSuite to GLM). We can't be the only foundation that uses CSuite as our database of record; everyone relies on that info, not just the grants team.

Do Not Allow users with Donation Display permission to click [sent] or [clear] in the Tax Receipt field on a Donation record
The Donation 'Display' permission allows a user to click [sent] [clear] in the Tax Receipt field enabling them to 'edit' the record. This should not be allowed when the user group only has 'Display' permission.

Adding an additional column for Registration beside RSVP and Attended
To complete online registration, the registrar needs to provide their details, including credit card information, and optional the guest's name; the guest must be included to enable RSVP confirmation and appear on the guest list.
If the registrar represents an organization, the RSVP status won't be displayed in the profile. Is it feasible to incorporate a registration column for this purpose? Please note, that activating RSVP to yes will treat the organization as an additional guest, impacting the total RSVP count.12 votes
