We would like the option to add content for bulk email for year-end receipts. There is no option currently to edit the content or the subject of the email. Currently, the content of the email is:Attached is your 2022010120221231 tax receipt summary.
The subject is:
Subject: Yearly Tax ReceiptOur fear is donors won't open the email.

Recurring Grants - Update Language from "Recurrence" to "Occurrence"
For recurring grants, the language used for the number of grants is confusing. The wording that advisors see when they make a request is "Number of Recurring", and the wording that staff sees is "Max Recurrence." However, in practice, the number in this field will be used for the total number of grants (one initial grant PLUS any recurrences). Can the language be changed to "Total number of grants" and "Max Occurrence" - or something similar that makes it clear that the first grant should be included in the count?

Add household engagement strategy as a field option in reports on fund advisor reports. Right now, you can only see individual profile engagement strategies for fund advisors, and we keep the engagement strategy on households to avoid duplications in mailings. Thanks!

I’d like the option to customize the Search box text in the grant catalog. The current “search grants” feels internal-facing, and “search nonprofits” would be more donor-friendly.

Checking Account on closed funds
All funds, even closed funds are required to have a checking account. However, if a checking account is listed on any fund, that account can't be closed when the bank account is no longer in use. We are running into an issue where we have a bank account that has been closed, but there are many (44) old, closed funds that have it listed as the checking account, so the account can't be closed in Csuite. While I can reopen and change the checking account on the closed funds, this is time consuming and I still have to change it to another bank (rather than leaving blank) account, which could in the future be closed. It would be great to have an option to remove default accounts from closed funds completely or at least edit them in bulk.

Create "Convert to Household" button in campaigns!
Please create a "convert to household" button in campaign to easily convert individual profiles to household profiles (with household members) added as guest. Sometimes individual profiles are pulled in from a profile type and there's not option to bring in the household. It would be great to just scroll down the list of profiles in the campaign, see who is in a household, and add the household (with household members as guest) with just one click! (We have a workaround for this now, but it's time consuming!!)

Separate "hide description" for Donations vs Grants
The "hide description" functionality for the Fund Advisor portal currently hides the description on both donations AND grants. Based on other available settings related to fund advisors, there does not seem to be a setting that will allow for one description to show but not the other. It would be more practical to have control over those independently (e.g. turn off descriptions for donations, turn on descriptions for grants).

Multifund grant filter
It would be beneficial to be able to filter on custom reports or in the grant buckets whether or not a grant is multifund. Currently only available in Home > Grants > Reports.

Checks Content
I would like to disable or change check content for different accounts. Not all checking accounts are the same, and it would be beneficial if we could edit the verbiage depending on which account the check was being issued from.

copying a grant
Many donors recommend the same grants from their DAFs every year. I'd like to be able to copy grants that have been made before and have the custom fields carry over into the new copied grant instead of having to fill them all out again.

Default Template - None
I would like the ability to set 'No Default Template', as opposed to leaving the field blank and having the system automatically assign the predetermined default template.
Most of our grant notification happens via GLM/SLM, and we do not need to generate a 'Grant Letter' or 'Scholarship Letter', or 'Award letters' for individual grants in CSuite.
However, we have some programs that run through CSuite only, and need a letter attached. Because these programs are the only ones using the 'Grant Letter' template type, the system automatically pulls this letter template for ALL grants, at this time. As it currently stands, thousands of grants will be generating 'Letters' unnecessarily. This also make the information on the grant inaccurate, as we cannot remove the 'Grant Letter', or set as 'Not needed', as you can with the 'Grant Award Letter'.I would like the ability for default to be 'No Template' for both Letter and Award Letters, and to select the template(s) for the grants, as needed during grant entry.

Recurring grants - Add additional confirmation to delete a record
Currently, if you click "Delete" on a recurring grant, there is no page to say "Are you sure you want to delete this item?". Once deleted, there is no way to find the recurring grant record to add a note.
We have an internal policy to NOT delete recurring grant records for this reason, and instead max out the occurrence so the record moves to closed/inactive, but we maintain the records.
I have accidentally hit "Delete" when I am intended to click "Edit", luckily only for recurring grant records where I am trying to close out the request, but one click means the record is completely gone.
I have not experienced this in any other place in CSuite, there is always an option to confirm before the record is removed from the system. I would like to have this added to recurring grants as well.

Track tasks using a Kanban Board
It would be very helpful to create a Kanban board for ALL tasks with the ability to sort by status, who is assigned, priority, task type, due date, etc. This will help assignees to stay on track and leadership to see what everyone is working on.
