Grant Catalog Stripe Fee on Donation Report under Grants
We recently used the grant catalog for the first time to handle our Week of Giving Campaign. When I went into the grant after the week to put the donation report for each nonprofit and exported it as a CSV it does not include the "net of fee" amount or even just the stripe fee amount so that I can manually calculate the net amount. Can this field be added into the donation report.

Add the Ability to Reserve/Assign Incoming Grants to Staff Members
We need a way to reserve incoming grants from the request bucket to an individual staff member, because we have two people who work on processing DAF grants, due to large volume. Ideally, we would “reserve” multiple grants at once, and no one else would be able to edit these grants, even while they are in the “new” bucket. Once they move into the “approval” bucket, we would “unreserve” them so that they can be batch vouchered together. This would avoid duplication of profiles and grants themselves. Since more than one staff member is working on grants at once, sometimes the requests in the “request” bucket are duplicated—creating more work on our end.
Alternatively, we would need to put a new measure in place that prevents the duplication of grant requests in the “request” bucket. Now, if we both click “create grant” at the same, it will create a duplicate record of the grant—essentially processing it twice, leading to duplicate grant payments and profile creations for new organizations— the system is not catching the duplications since they are created within a split second of each other.
But we are open to other solutions to this issue from Foundant.

Bulk Delete Profiles from Campaign
There should be a function to 'bulk delete' profiles using a checkbox when manually scanning the profiles tab, instead of having to click "delete" individually from a campaign, which causes the page to refresh each time and makes you lose your spot.

Donation Report
It would be great if there was a way to sort first time donations, but if the household already gave and then the individual then gave, it would not show up as a first time donation. Since, they already gave through their household.

Bulk Action - Set Grant Documents Template, Set Omit Grant Documents
Add the ability to set the Grant Documents Template and mark Omit Grant Documents to multiple grants via the Bulk Action tool.
Currently, you can set the Grant Award Letter Template and set Award Letter Needed (or not) but cannot do the same for the Grant Documents.
Side note - it would be beneficial to have the language for Grant Documents be consistent throughout the system. When in a grant, it's Grant Documents Template, but when in the Templates section, it's "grant_letter".

attach files
in some areas of CSuite when you click "Attach File" you are given the option to check a box that says "External", however other areas such as vouchers that check box is not available.
As a user I would like the option to attach external links in all areas where "files" would be attached, this would allow my team to link to our Sharepoint rather than saving in Sharepoint and in CSuite.2 votes -

Import Template for Add Ticket
I would like an import csv for creating campaign tickets as an alternative to the "Add Ticket" method. This would help greatly in reducing the time in takes to create multiple tickets and ensuring that the tickets have uniform/correct settings without clicking back into each ticket.
Fields would include Name, Seats, Price, Value, Available, Private, Description, Donation Account, Non-Donation Account, Sort Order, Sponsorship Type, Receipt Template, etc.

Multiple Engagement Strategies
We have different engagement strategies based on internal personas. For example, we might have a "Frank Founder," (Founding Donor) that is also an "Andy Advisor," (professional advisor). Both have different engagement strategies such as the Andy Advisors getting invited to continuing education opportunities and Frank Founders getting invited to donor appreciation events. Is it possible to make change the drop down menu so that multiple engagement strategies can be selected? Or be able to add a custom field to help capture additional or "secondary engagement strategies?" Thank you for your consideration! :)

editing scholarship fund
Resurrecting an idea that had 9 votes and was archived.
There should be a way to edit scholarship/schol fund rather than delete it and re-enter. We had a new staff some new scholarships and picked the wrong fund. Even though the award was still in the NEW bucket we couldn't edit the fund.

Add an In Kind Donation Import to the Auction Item Import
CSuite currently has the ability to import auction items into the campaigns module
Auction items are often donated and need to be entered as an In Kind donation
Could Donor information be added to the auction item upload to also create the in kind donations when the auction items are uploaded.
This could would eliminate the current need for double entry

Fund Report with Pledges and Donations
I would like to be able to pull a report with all pledges and donations related to a specific fund. This would allow us to tell who has and hasn't been reached about their annual giving whether or not we have the cash in hand yet.

Adding a field for the check number in the grant award letter Templates.
Due to the high volume of grants processed weekly, it’s very important to ensure timely donor recognition and to streamline the process for recipient organizations. Currently, it can take up to 10 days between the award letter email and the arrival of the check via USPS. This delay makes it difficult for organizations to connect the award letter with the check when it arrives.
Additionally, we’ve received multiple requests from grantee organizations particularly in cases where checks from the same donor are issued in the same amount. Including the check number in the award letter would significantly reduce confusion.
Our auditors have also recommended implementing this step to improve tracking and reporting accuracy.Adding a field for the check number in the grant award letter Templates.

Additional payment types when creating a batch of checks
Similar to where you can check a box to include blank default payment types to populate when you create a batch of checks add an option where you can select alternative payment types.
Currently if you want to pay with a check for something that is typically electronic or ACH you have to change the default payment in order to create a check and then remember to change it back.4 votes -
Require Two-Factor Authentication Option
Allow the option to require two-factor authentication for Fund Advisors in the portal. Currently we can only advise they enable this feature but would like the toggle option to require it as an added security measure.

Data Visualization Export Permissions
We appreciate the options for new data visualizations. However, the ability to send reports externally from internal data on a recurring basis for any user is concerning. We need to be able to restrict this based on staff who have the awareness of what should or shouldn't be shared externally without review. Can permissions be added for this?
Internal data needs to remain internal with no ability to unintentionally leak it externally.

Bio field on primary profile page
We'd like to see a field on the main page of the donor profile that allows us to enter donor biographies (2-3 sentences), we'd like it to be a field that will pull into reports. This is a feature Blackbaud offers and is so nice when pulling a donor report for staff, board, and volunteers to prepare them for donor engagement.
