  2. Would like to suggest a change to what happens when you click on the menu item "account transfers." Currently you get two part display of a limited number of physical transfers on the top and balance swaps below. If I need to "see more" to get to an older date, I lose the ability to see the other type of transfer. It would be helpful to be able to choose which type of transfer and display more of each by opening separate windows so I can see them side by side, or to have both the top and bottom sections…

  3. Add partial cancelation field in pledges in custom reports. This will allow for a formula to get the true amount outstanding for a pledge in custom reports.

    I am aware the information is available in the pledge module. Unfortunately, the reports in the pledge module are not able to be linked to PowerBI or Google Looker Studio.

  5. Add additional staff members to a profile/fund so a team could work together with fund advisors or prospects. Fund Steward remains primary and additional staff could be secondary/tertiary or even equal members of the supporting team. When a note is added to an opportunity or fund, team members who are also stewards for that fund/profile could be notified to see updates about the fund. This helps with collaboration, covering a fundholder's needs if their fund steward is out, provides updates in real time to members of the team.

  6. It would be so helpful to bring some enhanced budgeting tools into CSuite.

    Currently, only one Budget is allowed per fiscal year as far as I can tell. Having the ability to populate and maintain different budget "scenarios" for each fiscal year would be amazing. The adjustment to Projected Budget seems quite limited and we are not able to "calendarize" the total adjustment or have multiple versions. With this the idea would be to apply a filter to select which "scenario" we are opting to look at for a given report with budget involved and ensure our headers reflect that…

  7. Greater Milwaukee would like a feature to create a new donation and new grant with Fund ID number in addition to Fund Name. We have many funds with the same exact name with no way to differentiate. This could mean money is donated to or granted out of the wrong fund.

  9. Traditionally in financial statements, long-term liabilities are listed after current liabilities. Currently, it's the opposite, long-term liabilities are listed before other liabilities.

  10. Greater Milwaukee Foundation would like a more finance-oriented approach to financial statements and variances. Specifically, when looking that the budget variances on the Income Statement/Budget Column option, the revenue section is correct in that the variance is 'actual minus budget'. However, the expense section is backwards, and should be 'budget minus actual'. We currently have to edit this in excel.

  11. Some donors have committed to attending an event, and we would like the ability to attach event tickets to a promise (with no finance involvement). We cannot use a pledge, as some commitments are paid in various ways and require complex financial processing to adjust and apply payments. Using a promise will enable us to reserve the tickets until payment is applied. This approach will also allow us to present the reserved seats and the remaining balance.

  13. We would like to create a custom letter that exports all the grant data for an organization in a fiscal year - similar to a donation report for funds.

    We are looking at ways to reduce the administrative burden on our grantee partners and one of the things we are looking at is reporting.

    Currently in GLM we require our grant recipient organizations to complete a report for every single grant they receive. As some organizations receive over 10 general purposes grants a fiscal year, they have to complete 10 individual reports. To try and relieve this burden, we would…

  14. Bulk Payment date edit + ability to see payment date within NEW bucket

    I would like to have a way to bulk change payment date similar to grant date, and/or see the payment date within the new screen so we can tell when a date was missing adjusting. The payment date is as important and drives a lot of the same functions that the grant date does.

  15. When deleting a grant, have a message appear about making sure you want to delete the grant. I've deleted numerous grants on accident and having an extra step would be helpful to prevent this.

  17. When checks are created for regular grants, please also post the payments for internal grants. Csuite used to do this and now internal grants have to be 'paid' one at time. If there was a reason the functionality was changed, please create an ability to batch 'pay' internal grants.

  19. When adding an account group in the financial view, it would be helpful to be able to have a box "select all" accounts and then unselect the ones that are not needed. Otherwise, it takes a long time to select a large group of accounts.

  20. Please include a Pledge section/table in the fund statement template. Currently, there are only two fields in the entire fund statement fields list that are related to pledges and they only exist in the donations section/table.

    We are requesting that a Pledge section/table be added to the fund statement template and available fields. Fields like the Pledge Balance, Pledge Anonymity, Pledge Status, Pledge Description, Pledge Total, etc.

    Overall, a section related to just pledges would give our fund holders better insight into the pledges for the fund and what they can expect to be receiving.
