  1. Very frequently, when updating a report filter, this error comes up on a new page "Invalid reporting action ',editfilter'" - you have to go back to the report and select the filter again.

    Please fix this issue and allow us to only select the field to update once when editing a report.

  2. Please add an AUTOMATIC way to add SLM Follow Up Form, student thank you notes and pictures as files to share with Fund Advisors - in their "files" section.

    The current process is to individually:
    1) download each thank you note and student picture from the SLM Follow Up Form
    2) match with the known fund advisor, listed on file in C-Suite
    3) email each fund advisor (and donor) the thank you note and picture

  3. Report on all notes in the system and be able to see the profile associated with the note, whether the note is directly on the profile or the note is on an opportunity with a profile as the primary opp profile.

  4. Are you able to add an "Attach File" option to Bulk Actions in Custom Reports? We are trying to attach a file in bulk to our agency funds that are using a particular investment strategy, but there is no easy way to do that! We know you can use "Attach File" under Accounts, as well as under "Fund Groups" but it does not give you the option to filter on those lists for specific investment strategies. Thank you!

  5. We have many donors who are entering their prefix (Mr/Mrs/Ms) to the "Suffix" field in the Giving Hub. I'm shocked that these aren't fields that we can customize in the Giving Hub Settings/Content pages. Or why isn't "Prefix" field being used already? Why have one and not the other?

    The Giving Hub check out page as it is currently configured is importing names incorrectly, and is causing a lot of data clean up work. We can't mail a thank you letter to John Doe Mr. - and what if a donor wants to put his name in as Mr. John…

  7. This has NOT been implemented per previous post:

    We have multiple funds that either roll some or all of their spendable back to the principal balance of the SAME FUND each year to grow the fund or for a specified amount of time (until the donors' death for example). Currently, you can not select the SOURCE fund as the BENEFICIARY fund; it has to go to ANOTHER fund. It would be nice to be able to automate these grants annually instead of manually moving money from Spendable to Principal.

  8. Create option to generate yearly tax receipts via a template (like we can with Fund Statements) that we can add to the portal in either Statements or Files. Currently donors can see and print their receipts individually, but not a yearly tax receipt. A yearly tax receipt on the portal would be an great addition!

  9. The new "Redirect Legacy Fund Advisor Portal" option goes to the email address login page. We would like it to go to the "?userpass=1" page instead so the fund advisor gets the username and password prompt to be more like their previous experience for ones who just bookmarked the old link. Can this be added as an option or as the default for when that option is turned on?

  10. We love that we are able to add a campaign to a voucher. This helps with tracking and reporting events. It would be great if we could add the campaign after the voucher is already posted and the check is already cut.

  11. I have some donors who prefer their tax receipts to be send via mail (or email). There should be way to filter for this under "Donations Needing Receipts" other than using the "Do Not Email" field (because some donors wish to receive emails for other communications, but hard copies of tax receipts).

  12. When a grant request is submitted through the portal and requested to be anonymous, the record that it was requested to be anonymous should carry through all stages of the grant. Currently, the grant requests in the portal tab show whether the grant is anonymous, but once the grant is created, the Online Grant Request details do not show whether or not the grant was anonymous. It would be helpful to have this here for easy reference, especially for funds that do not always send grants anonymously.

  13. We used to use the Funds search bar to only search open funds. When we wanted to search all funds, including closed funds, we used the main search bar in the top left of the main screen.

    Having open and closed funds in the main Funds search bar takes so much more time and is a hassle to have to sift through more similar fund names. We were required to set up test funds when we started with Foundant that we were not allowed to delete out. Now these test funds continue to show up on the Funds bar when…

  14. In Portal Options> Portal Settings allow the settings to be more granular. For example, allow 'profile updates' to be set only on profiles with 'Student' designation.

    We have a need to pull donations for certain subsets of profiles, which we achieve by running profile reports and filtering. However, we need to pull donation reports for these. Which would be simple if we have the option to upload IDs (as you do for other reports) and then be able to run a donation report on that uploaded list.

  16. It would be very helpful if we could bulk add year-end receipts to the portal so our fund holders can view their year-end receipt with all gifts in one receipt in one place. Fund Statements are generated and posted on the portal so it seems like the mechanics are in place to do something similar for year-end receipts. It would be great for our donors who have a fund, especially those who make multiple gifts during the year, to be able to view/print a year-end receipt from the portal.

  17. With thanks to @Jessika Ellis: We really need this

    Could a custom report for Opportunity ALSO include available fields for Opp Task Names, associated Descriptions and Notes text, as well as fields for the Profile associated with the Opportunity?

    Currently, there are 3 potential Custom Reports (Task, Note, Opportunity) we can use to pull out almost all of this information, but the Available Fields vary dramatically within each of these, and none give a full Opportunity view or export.

  19. We need the fields for tribute information on a donation to be available to pull into the donation notify email body content. Right now, the tribute fields aren't available for this template.

    We send agencies notifications about donations made to their agency endowment, and we need tribute information to be included. If it's not, the agency doesn't get the full context of the gift.

  20. Similar to the grants bucket and other areas of the system with sorting capabilities, it would be great if the Items columns in individual Vouchers could be sorted - Expense Account, Description, Quantity, Unit Cost, Total, and Campaign. When entering a voucher with many items, the sort order changes once the voucher is saved, so it would be very helpful to be able to sort these columns on screen. Thanks for considering!
