Tribute information fields should be added to Donation Notify Email Content
We need the fields for tribute information on a donation to be available to pull into the donation notify email body content. Right now, the tribute fields aren't available for this template.
We send agencies notifications about donations made to their agency endowment, and we need tribute information to be included. If it's not, the agency doesn't get the full context of the gift.

Sort Voucher Items Columns
Similar to the grants bucket and other areas of the system with sorting capabilities, it would be great if the Items columns in individual Vouchers could be sorted - Expense Account, Description, Quantity, Unit Cost, Total, and Campaign. When entering a voucher with many items, the sort order changes once the voucher is saved, so it would be very helpful to be able to sort these columns on screen. Thanks for considering!

A solution/integration like Expensify or Concur for vendor Receipts
A module or integration with Expensify/Concur, which allows vendor receipts to be recorded. If Csuite could use OCR and AI technology to interpret receipt expense accounts, it would be great. If not, then it would be a good thing to allow Expensify/Concur to upload the images and data from their cloud database into Csuite. This would be used for expense tracking and budgeting purposes for nonprofit organizations.

Option to Turn Off Grouping of Journal Entries on Import
Right now when I import Journal Entries, it combines random entries with the same date. It isn't even all one date, there could be two or three. We need these to all be separate as they're different deposits, different payment methods, etc. Grouping them makes reconciliation incredibly difficult.

Option for a donor to select if their donation is to be applied to the principal or spendable balance of an endowed fund.
For endowed funds, We would like there to be an option somewhere in the donation process for a donor to select whether they would like their donation to go towards the principal or spendable balance of the fund.
Right now all donations are automatically applied to the principal but we have some donors that will make a contribution to the spendable balance of a fund in order to cover the difference for a grant/scholarship going out.

"Invoice Me" Option for Ticket Purchasers
We've come across some businesses that require an invoice prior to the purchase of a sponsorship style ticket. Currently, the only way to do this is to have the purchaser call our office, and then we can purchase the ticket for them with the "create receivable" option.
It would be great to see an option available for purchasers to do this themselves when they navigate to an event to purchase a ticket or sponsorship ticket.

Assign Scholarship Letter Templates to Grantee/School Profiles
Sometimes different schools have differing criteria for the student information they would like us to communicate along with scholarship payments and being able to accommodate those differences within the templates assigned would be a great convenience. At the simplest level, some schools request we include a student info form and it would be great if our letter could reference that form as part of the complete correspondence, while not referencing any attachments on letters to schools that do not request supplemental documentation.

Add "Primary" Fund Advisor as Reportable Field
Please add Primary Fund Advisor field to the Profile Fund custom report. Currently there is no way to see which funds do not have a primary advisor or have out-of-date primary advisors, without opening each individual Fund record. It's making system setup and maintenance unmanageable.

Overstatement of grant count: A single grant appears as multiple entries.
Underreporting of average grant size: The total amount is split across entries, skewing metrics.
Reduced clarity for stakeholders: For example, a $25,000 grant funded by five sources appears as five $5,000 grants, misrepresenting board decisions and complicating analysis.

new fund advisor
We work with organizations with high administrator turn over. When replacing a new administrator, they need to be set up as a Fund Advisor and then we have to manually add each individual fund. This is cumbersome.
Under "add funds" function, can you add a "Fund Advisor Like...." option that would allow multiple funds to be added at once. For example, Mr. Smith leaves an organization, can Mr. Brown be set up as a Fund advisor, click Add Fund, and Set up funds "like": [enter Profile name] Mr. Smith in this case.

Submit idea
When someone donates with a credit card and agrees to pay the processing fee (we use Stripe), the PDescription language that shows up in the ledger states "Cover creditcard fee". Creditcard is misspelled. It should be "credit card". My suggestion is to change that hard coding.

deceased in donor portal
Add donor address type to fund/donor portal as well as if donor is active or deceased.
Please show the type of address next to the addresses listed when you click on a donor in the portal. It would also be nice to see if this donor is active, deceased or inactive. Currently all donors even if now deceased.When a fund rep clicks on a donor with multiple addresses, all the active addresses are shown, however you can't tell if it is the primary address, the home address, the business address, etc because the address type is not shown.

Hide/Archive Option for Templates
Since it is not currently possible to delete templates that have grants/donations attached to it, it would be super helpful to be able to "hide" or "archive" old templates. Since so many hands touch these systems over time, it can get pretty overwhelming and difficult for anyone using the system.

Donor Portal
The donor portal graphs for fund advisors currently default to depict the prior 12 months of activity. Our donors find little utility in this view as they are most focused on the activity which aligns with the calendar/tax year perspective. Can there be an option available on the portal for a Foundation to set this as the default view rather than ask the donor to make this switch each time they log in? Further, can there be an option for the Foundation to select to have the default for the graphs to depict the current calendar year vs the prior calendar year? This will allow fund advisors at a quick glance to see how the donation and grant activity are trending.

Add Advisor field(s) to "Import donations"
It would be great if the Import Donations file had options/fields to add Advisor information. When there are giving campaigns such us Giving Days, we receive multiple donations through a third party. EX: Colorado Gives Day donations are done through Colorado Gives Foundation. We would like to import the donations individually but Colorado Gives Foundation needs to be the primary donor and the individual donors are the advisors. Thank you!

Include Opportunities, Fund Advisors, etc. in Ref Name column for note reports
We internally report "contact" notes to our staff on a weekly basis using the Scheduled Report function. This provides all of our staff with a snapshot of important conversations that have occurred over the previous week and been recorded in the database. I include the Ref Name column on this report because it's great context to have when viewing a list of notes. However, I've noticed that when a note is added to an opportunity or fund advisor record, the Ref Name is blank. Could descriptive references please be added to this field for notes added to all areas of the system, including opportunities and fund advisors?

Default Bank Account Selection per Fund for AP/Voucher Payments
It would be helpful to have the ability to assign a default Bank/GL account to specific funds, so that when vouchers are created for those funds, the system pre-populates the designated account. This would streamline AP workflows and reduce the chance of user error, especially for organizations that manage legacy funds with dedicated legacy bank accounts.
Organizations managing multiple legacy funds that have their own bank account(s) need a reliable way to ensure vouchers tied to those funds are consistently paid from the correct account without relying on filtering or memory.

Grant Award Letter Email
On a grant record, "Email" is an option next to the field "Grant Award Letter". It seems that this field is not working as expected. It returns a yellow warning message, and doesn't send the email.

payment date
When importing grants you currently can not import into the payment date field. I would like this field to be added as an import option. If we want to book a years worth of grants when the request is received but schedule grants to go out each month, we now need to manually change the payment date for each grant. This is very tedious and would be great if we could just schedule the grant date and payment date in the import template.
