  1. When a user is on a Fund and selects History, it will list Total Grants with a dollar amount. We discovered that this total will include unposted grants and clicking the link for the backup list of grants does not include unposted grants. This is confusing and needs to be fixed.

    We'd rather Total Grants under Fund History did not include unposted grants in the total. Or if unposted grants are part of the total, at least include them in the linked report.

  2. It would be helpful to have a total populate when reconciling Stripe donations in the Till, similar to the checks. When processing numerous Stripe donations on different days, it can be difficult to ensure that all boxes are checked.

  3. After a person clicks Add to Cart for an event registration (from an affiliate/SO branded portal), the portal defaults to the main portal and leaves the affiliate/supporting org branded portal. Further, if the registrant needs to add additional "event tickets" they must navigate through the general event tickets page and find the event they are looking for.

    Please keep the registrant on the affiliate/SO branded portal and allow them to go back to that specific event registration to add more to their cart. The current navigation is not donor/registrant friendly.

  4. In an effort to clean up our database, we've been marking profiles as "inactive" if they don't meet recent activity requirements. We recently discovered that those inactive profiles aren't showing on the list of possible profiles when a donation is being entered; therefore, a duplicate profile was created. We would find it helpful if the inactive profile was still listed in the drop-down menu so we would know that it needed to be "reactivated" so the donation could be processed properly.

  5. On the individual campaign event page (event?eventdateid=xxxx), you show the event name, date and start time. Then there is a rather large blank space before you see the campaign details. Is there a way to move up the Location information -- maybe just the street address -- to that blank space?

    Or is there any way to compress that space if there is no image added for the event?

  6. The Add Fund field for templates currently does not recognize shortnames. It should look up funds by shortnames like most all other fields in the system.

  8. Is there a way to enter a voucher for an annual subscription where it automatically records the prepaid and corresponding monthly subscription expense in each following month? Or can the prepaid only be spent down through journal entries? I think it would be very helpful to have the option to enter the prepaid voucher with corresponding monthly spend down at the initial input.

    Once the voucher is posted, you could create a recurring journal entry with an end date. Not a perfect solution, but you would not need to remember to create a new journal entry each month.

  9. I am wondering if CSuite could make it possible to add an Org profile to a household. This would be extremely helpful for donor roll-up reporting. We have many donors who hold DAFs outside of the foundation. When necessary, we create an Org profile for these DAFs. Over time, our donors may give from different entities (as an individual, as a household, and/or from their external DAF). For internal reporting, it would amazing if we could add the external DAF to the household so that in a roll-up report we get a summary of donations from all entities.

  10. It would be helpful to have a checkbox to track if a thank you has been sent for each donation. It looks like this used to be available but no longer is. Sometimes a thank you is sent via email, phone, or mail and it would be helpful to have a simple 'thank you sent' check box to keep track of this.

  11. The new functionality for linking more than one individual to an org profile is great! But we need the ability to report on it. This is a huge help in creating mailing lists, but we can't use it if we can't report on it. Thanks!

  12. We are testing using Loans in Csuite for the first time. It would be great if a loan could also have the option to be between 2 funds so that the system would not only create the entries on the fund making the loan, but also on the fund receiving the loan. And this would extend to the payments as well - that the system would make entries on both funds. In our case, we are loaning to an affiliate organization which has its funds with us. The payments are coming from that fund.

  13. Looking to see if this can be a possibility in the future. For INACTIVE household donations, made inactive due to one member of the household having died, to be absorbed by the living members profile. This would make it so the household itself would no longer have to be linked to that individual. Also when that individual logs into the portal, they could see their past household donations included in with their individual donations, if there are any.

  14. The bulk create yearly tax receipts is a great function - and I would love it if we could leverage the way we do statements. Currently, the option is to mail or email the yearly receipt on an individual level. If we could have a way to bulk create them for donors and publish to the fund advisor portal, not the donor portal, so that fund advisors can see the tax receipts this would get around the issue of individuals having to change the profile to the household to see household donations.   15. The copy buttons don't require any confirmation that you actually want to copy prior to the copy being completed currently. This is an issue because it is often next to "edit" or "merge" buttons, so it is fairly easy to mistakenly click from time to time. Additionally, it can be fairly easy to miss that you did copy the record since the only indication is a refresh of your screen in most cases, so this can result in duplicate records and confusion. A simple screen asking if you want to copy this record would avoid this without causing too much…

  16. Grant tab on Grantee page: I would love to see "Grant Award Summary" and "Grant Paid Summary" be separate tabs from "Grants" OR be able to collapse them. For certain grantees this is a VERY LONG list. We use the Grants section much more often and it is a lot to scroll through. It is easier for us to find a grant when we can see the description. Thank you!

  17. We now allow users to edit their own information. Our records allow photos to be included for each user. So when the user clicks on "Personal Information" -> "Edit Information", can we allow them to add (or change) a photo?
    - It's unclear to me how the photos in the profiles are used. I don't see where they show up.

    - They should show up at least when you are viewing the profile. But other photo uses are possible including when you are listing the advisors/managers of funds, photos are worth a thousand words.

  18. Could a new "payment contact name" field be added to the Organizational profile? Currently, the fields "Contact" and "Contact Title" populate the address blocks on an envelope. If we have a separate "PAY" mailing address for checks, then we need a payment contact name to correspond/match to that PAY mailing address.

  20. Stripe gifts come into Csuite posted. If a tribute is added to the donation in Stripe, the tribute does NOT go into the tribute bucket. Also, there is no way to edit the tribute. We need the ability to make changes and add the tribute into the tribute bucket in order to properly notify people

    There is an option now to clear a tribute and and then add the correct one. I realize this is not the ask for the request, but it is a work around at this time.
