loans - need option for sub accounts on creation
When setting up loan accounts in the Accounts Default section, you must assign only one account for Loans Payable, Loans Receivable and Loan Interest. We have 3 separate loans that are sub-accounts of these accounts. So each time I set up a loan, create a voucher for the loan payment, invoice interest payments, or invoice for a principal repayment, I need to reset the defaults so that they map to the correct sub account. Is there a way that you could allow us to enter the main account as the default but then choose the correct sub account as a drop down of the default account when creating vouchers and invoices. Thanks!!!

Record of steps used to build campaign
We will often build campaigns by adding/removing profiles based on the same parameters used in an earlier campaign, though the profiles themselves differ based on data updates: e.g. invitations to our annual reception, generating the e-newsletter mailing list. There are usually several steps required to correctly add profiles to these campaigns; we have been writing them down and recording them as notes attached to the campaigns (e.g. "filter profiles by profile type id=xyz and add as household; then filter donations by last donation date<xyz and remove from campaign," etc.) It would be wonderful if CSuite could record these steps for us instead (perhaps in the log or as a note?) so we are easily able to keep track of complicated list-building steps when it is time to refresh the list.

Allow Editing/Deleting the Automatic Pledge Adjustment
Please provide a way for us to edit/delete an automatic pledge adjustment. There is no way to do that in the system, and if you accidentally miskey something that causes an automatic pledge adjustment, it's permanently recorded. This not only messes up the GL details, but it also creates an inaccurate pledge total amount that shows up in the system.
Case in point, we accidentally added an extra number on a payment which then increased a pledge by $2.5 million. It was a simple mistake, pure accident. However, we're stuck now in perpetuity with the wrong figure showing on this pledge and we'll always have to back out the accidental figure from any future cancelations. I have no doubt it will show up on the audit. It's terrible that we are unable to fix a simple error like this, especially since it will undoubtably cause issues down the road for us with our audit (and hopefully won't mean a finding). Can you all please add the functionality to at least edit the automatic pledge adjustment amount even if you don't want to let us delete it?

Profile Information Updates via RSVP'S
When campaigns are created for events, and a linked is shared to RSVP, is it possible, for people who RSVP with demographic information, for CSuite to identify if they already have a profile in our system? And if so, could it prompt them to update their demographic information in there profile?

Make tasks viewable to all when in a profile or household
Copied task from an idea that was flagged "implemented" ... it is not implemented!
It would be really nice if tasks could be tied to profiles, funds, grants, etc. and if they could show up like notes do (or at least having that option for them to show up). We are used to the "contacts" tab in FIMS which both informed the team of communications between donors and staff as well as provided an option to follow up if necessary. Thanks

Add a feature for grants that they can link to a Pledge on a profile. When someone gives a grant from a Pass-thru fund to a fund that they have a pledge, I am not able to link it. I need to cancel the payment.

GLM post by payment
In order to track our commitments, we would like to use GLM and have it sync to CS. The advantage to using it in GLM instead of recurring grants in CS, is that we can refer back to the commitment to see the awarded amount, what has been paid, and what is left to pay. The problem is, if it is a multi year commitment, when created, the total amount will hit the GL. We would only want the $ amount to hit the GL as it is being paid, not the full amount in the 1st year. Can this be done? Thank you!

Add Organization Name and Contact Title as Template Fields for Grant Award Letters
Add Organization Name and Contact Title as Template Fields for Grant Award letters. This addition will allow for proper acknowledgment of those fund advisors who advise Corporate DAFs and list their business address as their primary contact.

Term Investment report for "Investing Fund"
When entering the information to calculate interest on term investments in bulk, is there a way for the Select Dates for Interest Calculation Description to include the term investment “Investing Fund” or “Short Name”? This would be similar to the merge fields in the templates.
When these entries are exported and sorted, there is no reference to what term investment the interest goes to.

yearly tax letter assigned by division, donor or fund
It would be nice to assign yearly tax receipts based on funds similar to regular tax receipts. We only send yearly receipts to our annual campaign fund donors. There is no way to segregate these tax receipts at this time.

Alerts
Create a way to add different "Alert Areas". We can add additional Notes/Task types, it would be great to add additional alert types, or enable a sticky note to be pasted to the main profile or fund page.

Close a Functional Expense
It would be nice to have to ability to close a Functional Expense, similar to how you can close a GL Account. We use a lot of Functional Expense codes, some of which are not being used anymore, and it would be nice to be able to hide those from the list without deleting them entirely.

Custom Report - Event Campaign Guest List
Would like the ability to create a custom report for an event campaign guest list. Ideally all fields from the "Guest List" export (located in the campaign profiles tab) would be included as well as "work organization" and "work title" from an individual profile.
Use case: Professional advisors attend an event and are invited by an organization that is not their employer. When printing name tags for the event, if a profile has a work organization and title, would like to pull this information onto the name tags (not the organization that registered the individual for the event).

Tax Receipts - Enable Multiple Recipients and System CC
Please can you revisit the idea of allowing tax receipt to be sent to multiple contacts on a profile even when sending in bulk. Please also give us the possibility to have a copy of the communication sent to our system email.

Add Donation Advisor Field to Donation Import File
Please add the donation advisor field to the donation import file for bulk donation uploads. This would be extraordinarily helpful for our workplace giving program.

Allow for Nestled Opportunities
It would be helpful if we could nest one opportunity within another. For instance, we use an Opportunity to track our relationships with BIPOC donors, focusing on engagement rather than immediate fundraising goals. It would be ideal to add this relationship-building Opportunity under a larger, overarching Opportunity, such as New Fund or Legacy Society.

Tributes sent - should be in the logs for the profile receiving the notification
Again, with my struggle for documenting when a tribute was sent and who & how it was sent to - please make this reportable.

Combine credit card fees with the donation amount
Instead of having two separate "entries" for a donation when a donor is covering the CC fees, it would be great for those two numbers to be combined and show as one donation. When this process generates two donations, i.e., $500 donation and $23.50 in credit card fees, when you run a report for the Fund Advisor to update them on the number of donations that the Fund received, the number is not accurate because it is counting some of donations as two.
120 votesThis just released today..This should help with the reporting.
6/11/2025:Custom Reports: Added a new "CC Fee Donation" boolean field to donation reports. This enhancement allows users to easily identify and filter donations where credit card fees were covered. The field is now available as both a report column and a filter option, offering more flexibility when customizing donation reports.

Grant Catalog Item Donations
Currently, Grant Catalog only accepts monetary donations to support the needs of Grantees. We would like to propose an additional option allowing donors to contribute essential items, which could then be tracked through the platform. For example, we envision connecting Grantees with local hardware businesses to provide computers and other tangible resources.

grant notification to grantees - have two default emails
Currently the grant notification to grantees includes one default email and the option to manually add a second email notice. Is it possible to allow us to have a second default email load rather than adding manually. We have a number of grantees who have two people they want to receive a notice and it is not conducive to have to always remember to add the second person.
