Hide Inactive Org Role and Profile Link or Reorganize Structure to make easier to read
It would be great to have a toggle at the top of each section for "show inactive roles/links" that would then show the table as it is, but otherwise would only show the active roles. Another option would be to seperate out the dates from the "Roles" column into their own column to make it easier to read and add a column for "active" with a check for active and nothing for inactive.
The current structure for the org roles and profile links works well when there is only a couple links, but it is very difficult to read once there is a long history or a lot of connections on a profile. The italic text for the inactive roles just blends with the rest of them. The current sorting of inactive to bottom also doesn't always work that well because of cases like I have attached that have severed in multiple roles at the same org where there is a mix of inactive roles and active. It would be great to have a toggle at the top of each section for "show inactive roles/links" that would then show the table as it is, but otherwise would only show the active roles. make fund advisor inactive
there should be a check box on the fund advisor record that allows you to make them inactive. In some cases I don't want to delete them as I want to still know they are the fund advisor but I don't want them in the list

Allow Fund Advisors who are Staff Members to update the Contact Preferences
We have Staff Users who are also Fund Advisors. When the Primary email is set to their work email address, they receive all csuite notifications to the Primary email address, auto emailed csuite reports, which should go to their work email but they also receive notifications for their personal Funds. I was only able to update the Donation Notify to be linked to their Personal and preferred email address but there is nowhere else we can update their email/communication preferences to try separate their work email and personal email/notifications. This also happens in reverse, if their personal email is set as primary, they receive work notifications to their personal email. On the Fund Advisor setting, we should have the option to choose a default email for the Fund Advisor and/or allow the Fund Advisor to update their information in the portal.

pledges
Currently, pledges can be linked to campaigns, but the linking does not carry through to the general ledger posting resulting in campaign revenues being understated on the campaign income statement.
Add the event id to the pledge journal entry to complete the “link” to the campaign.1 vote -
award date
When paying out a scholarship, currently, the award date can be later than the payment date. There should be a safeguard in place where this can't happen, in case someone makes a mistake.

Do Not Allow Admin Fee to make a Fund Balance Negative
Admin Fees should not make a fund balance negative. The situation we recently had was that a fund was set for closure, the final grant had been made and the balance was $0. However, the fund had not yet officially been closed in Csuite (we wait for the final check to clear.) Quarterly Admin Fees were posted which included this fund. It then made the fund balance negative. It seems an alert should pop that there are not sufficient balance to cover the fee. .....and yes, ideally we should remove the admin fee type on a fund when it is set for closure. But another layer of control to prevent a fee on a $0 balance fund would be most helpful.

Link profiles to voucher items for credit card vouchers
It would be wonderful to have the option to link a profile to voucher items in a similar way to how you can add an "advisor" to a donation for indirect credit. For purchases made on our organization credit cards, we input an itemized voucher into Csuite to the credit card company, but then it is very difficult to see where purchases were actually made since it is only visible in the item description text. If there was an option (not requirement) to link to another profile, then we would be able to see from the profile the payments made to them directly and payments made to them through a credit card.

2 votesHere is a link to a help article that might help in this situation. A voucher is entered for each charged item directly to the vendor. The vouchers are then paid to the "credit card" liability account. When the statement is received, a voucher is created for the statement value to relieve the liability. This credit card liability account can also be reconciled each month. If only one voucher is created per statement, it is common to see the vendor/employee name in the description. https://support.foundant.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405347571863-Record-Credit-Card-Transactions

Minimum Yearly Fee
We would like to able to assess a yearly minimum fee that is not at the end of the calendar year but at the end of Q2. If we could adjust the dates for minimum fees that would be very helpful for our process.

Bulk change check numbers
Unfortunately, checks are sometimes loaded out of order. In our old system, we were able to renumber checks beginning and ending with specific numbers. We need a way to renumber multiples without changing them one by one.

Adding Custom Fields
Allow Custom Fields to help select a tax receipt template. For example, we have a custom field to indicate if a certain tax receipt should be tied to a fund. It would be great if when we change that field, the tax receipt template is then also updated. I know there is functionality to include funds to templates based on their group, subgroup, segment and division but those are fields already used that don't apply to how we want to differentiate our templates.

Net Deposit amount on Securities Tax Receipt
Can you PLEASE add an additional field to the securities section of the tax receipt? We need the Net Deposit Amount. We would also appreciate have the Fees as an option to pull onto our tax receipt. We would like to communicate to donors the amount that will show in their fund. Thanks so much.

Fund Restriction Reporting and Naming
For the fund level restriction coding Default Restriction has a reporting field name of "funit type Id" and "Fund Restriction" but Spendable restriction and Principal Restriction are "spendablefunittypeid," "spendablefunittypecode;" and "principalfunittypeid," "principalfunittypecode."The naming convention is not consistent with the front end field display, and is not intuitive. Additionally the Fund (Default) Restriction is available in custom reporting, the others are not, and in the fund export the Fund (Default) Restriction is not near the other fields. I would prefer them all to be consistent in naming, and all reportable in custom reporting.

Record of steps used to build campaign
We will often build campaigns by adding/removing profiles based on the same parameters used in an earlier campaign, though the profiles themselves differ based on data updates: e.g. invitations to our annual reception, generating the e-newsletter mailing list. There are usually several steps required to correctly add profiles to these campaigns; we have been writing them down and recording them as notes attached to the campaigns (e.g. "filter profiles by profile type id=xyz and add as household; then filter donations by last donation date<xyz and remove from campaign," etc.) It would be wonderful if CSuite could record these steps for us instead (perhaps in the log or as a note?) so we are easily able to keep track of complicated list-building steps when it is time to refresh the list.

Allow Editing/Deleting the Automatic Pledge Adjustment
Please provide a way for us to edit/delete an automatic pledge adjustment. There is no way to do that in the system, and if you accidentally miskey something that causes an automatic pledge adjustment, it's permanently recorded. This not only messes up the GL details, but it also creates an inaccurate pledge total amount that shows up in the system.
Case in point, we accidentally added an extra number on a payment which then increased a pledge by $2.5 million. It was a simple mistake, pure accident. However, we're stuck now in perpetuity with the wrong figure showing on this pledge and we'll always have to back out the accidental figure from any future cancelations. I have no doubt it will show up on the audit. It's terrible that we are unable to fix a simple error like this, especially since it will undoubtably cause issues down the road for us with our audit (and hopefully won't mean a finding). Can you all please add the functionality to at least edit the automatic pledge adjustment amount even if you don't want to let us delete it?

Single Sign On with Microsoft 365
Could C-Suite consider integrating single sign on capabilities with Microsoft 365 for employees? This would increase security and cut back on the number of passwords to maintain per user.

Profile Information Updates via RSVP'S
When campaigns are created for events, and a linked is shared to RSVP, is it possible, for people who RSVP with demographic information, for CSuite to identify if they already have a profile in our system? And if so, could it prompt them to update their demographic information in there profile?
