Task Calendar Invite
Currently we us Outlook 365 and the Outlook desktop program. When I create a task for myself and choose to send a calendar invite, outlook does not allow me to save to my calendar (on the desktop version OR the web version) This means its double duty to create a task so I can track in the CRM system AND then have to create my own calendar invite. This gets to be really redundant and time consuming. Would love a fix or a work around that is not sending my task to another employee to have to send back to me to get on my calendar.

bank investments integration

Log for Online Grant Requests Before Creating the Grant
Currently the first log item for an Online Grant Request is once the grant is created. However, the grantee can be changed before the grant is created. If an incorrect change was made to the grantee field, there's no backup of the original Fund Advisor's request. Please have the log show when changes are made to the grantee before the online grant request is created.

Do not send Grant Notify email when a grant is unposted
We would like to be able to turn off the Grant Unpost email, as it tends to cause concern for Fund Advisors when minor changes are made to a posted grant. It would be nice to separate the settings!

inactive users - remove from assign to task list
Remove inactive users from the Assign To search box when creating a Task. When creating tasks inactive users are still listed as options to assign a task to which makes the list of users cluttered and can cause a task to be assigned to a former employee.

Filter by TOTAL Donations in Donor Report
We would like to be able to filter the donation report by cumulative donations in a specified time frame. We send certain mailings to donors who have cumulatively donated $501+ per year (even if they've made multiple $100 donations to equal $501+) and right now the Donation Amount filter only filters those who have made a one time donation of $501+ or more. We also send certain mailings to donors who have made cumulative lifetime gifts of $10k+. There is no way to filter by this option to easily add to a Campaign.

fund advisor portal grant notification-advisor specific
Please make Grant Notify specific to the advisor who made the recommendation. There are many funds with multiple advisors and only the person who recommended the grant should receive notification that it has arrived or is being paid. Telling all the relatives every time one makes a grant is intrusive.

Edit Profile Payments
Please add the ability to edit profile payment details. If you've gone through the process of creating a profile payment but set an incorrect date or amount, the whole profile payment has to be deleted. This is particularly challenging once you've already created invoices and donations tied to the profile payment.

Fiscal Sponsorships/Sponsored Orgs
Currently, the ? icon for the "sponsored org" field indicates this is the vendor the check will be made out to. We're having trouble making that work when giving to a group with a fiscal sponsor, though this is the field we've been directed to use for those situations. The check needs to be made out to the fiscal sponsor, since that's the legal entity, but it makes no sense to put the sponsor in the "Sponsored Org" field, since it's the opposite of that. We're worried staff will never understand what the information in that field means, since it's contrary to some of the situations it's most likely to be used for. If that field isn't intended to be used for groups with a fiscal sponsorship, it'd be great if the terminology of the field could be changed so it's more clear. Also, since it doesn't seem to be intended to be used for groups with a fiscal sponsorship, it'd be great if there was a setup for those groups to receive funds.

Cancel Interfund Grant/Donation
We have multi payment and multi year interfund grants/donations that sometimes need to be canceled or reversed. Right now they cannot be canceled unless you pretend to pay it and the pretend to pay it back by the receiving fund. There should be the ability to reverse the unpaid Receivable/Payable without pretending to pay it.

payment date
The payment date for grants should automatically become the check date. It doesn't make sense for the payment date to be the date it was entered and causes confusion with donors wondering why organizations haven't received checks when the payment date is before the grant date and/or before the date checks are run.

notes by date
Notes descending by date. When we bulk uploaded Notes we found even if the note had a past date, the note was at the top of the list of notes since the order is determined by the Note ID. Allow admin to pick how the notes are sorted.

Add to Calendar on Emailed Event Receipt and/or Event page
It would be wonderful if there was an easy way to include a link that automatically populates an "Add to Calendar" option for events when folks view and/or register for an event. Currently, individuals have to manually add event details, time-date,name, etc to their individual calendars.

Option for household changes to populate individual profiles linked to household
We would like an option for changes to households to populate/update the individual profiles linked to that household.
Now, when we make an address change or a change to Profile Types for a household profile, we must make the same changes to each individual profile linked to that household - in other words, we often must make the same exact edit on three or more profiles.
For example, if we discover that the address we have on file for a household with 2 linked individual profiles is incorrect, we mark the incorrect address as inactive, then add the correct current address. We must do this 3 times: on the household profile and then on each individual profile.
When making a change to household information, if there were a prompt for the edit to populate linked individual profiles, it would drastically reduce the amount of work we must do when making routine changes in CSuite.
If there currently is a workaround that has helped other users, please let us know!

Checks printing sort order
The checks can now be GROUPED in different ways, and you can sort the vouchers in different ways, but when the check run is created, they do not stay in the sort order. The check run isn't in any order that makes sense to me now.

Bank reconciliations - option to hide checked items for easier list of open transactions
It would be helpful on the Bank Rec screen to be able to refresh or filter the screen based on checked/unchecked items. So once items have been checked off, you can refresh the screen to show only what has been left open. It would save a lot of time scrolling up and down while doing a rec.

Donor Contact
Since one of the primary purposes of Community Suite is customer relations management (CRM), there needs to be more sophisticated options for recording contact with donors. Right now the only way to do this is to add a note for each contact. Other CRM systems I have used make it much easier to open a box to record each contact: date, nature of contact (phone, email, visit, etc.), who made the contact, etc. This should be stored in such a way that it is easy to pull up a list of all contacts with a particular donor.
